| 1 | အမြင့်ဆုံးသော ဘုရား၏ကွယ်ကာရာဌာန တော်၌ နေသောသူသည် အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်၏ အရိပ်ကို ခိုရလိမ့်မည်။ | He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. |
| 2 | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါခိုလှုံရာ၊ ငါ၏ရဲတိုက်၊ ငါကိုးစားသော ဘုရားသခင်ဖြစ်တော်မူသည်ဟု ငါပြော ဆို၏။ | I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. |
| 3 | အကယ်စင်စစ် မုဆိုး၏ ကျော့ကွင်းနှင့်၎င်း၊ သေတတ်သောအနာနှင့်၎င်း၊ သင့်ကို ကင်းလွတ်စေတော်မူမည်။ | Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. |
| 4 | အတောင်တော် အမွေးနှင့်ဖုံးအုပ်တော်မူ၍၊ အတောင်တော်အောက်၌ သင်သည်လုံခြုံစွာ နေရလိမ့်မည်။ သစ္စာတော်သည် သင်၏ ဒိုင်းလွှားဖြစ်လိမ့် မည်။ | He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. |
| 5 | ညဉ့်အခါဖြစ်တတ်သော ဘေးကို၎င်း၊ နေ့အချိန်၌ ပစ်သောမြှားကို၎င်း၊ | Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; |
| 6 | မှောင်မိုက်ထဲမှာ လည်တတ်သော ကာလနာကို၎င်း၊ မွန်းတည့်အချိန်၌ ဖျက်ဆီးတတ်သော ဥပဒ်ကို၎င်း၊ သင်သည်မကြောက်ရ။ | Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. |
| 7 | သင်၏ အနားမှာလူတထောင်၊ သင်၏လက်ျာ ဘက်မှာ လူတသောင်းလဲသော်လည်း၊ သင့်ကို မထိ မခိုက်ရ။ | A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. |
| 8 | သင်သည် ကိုယ်မျက်စိနှင့် ကြည့်၍၊ မတရား သော သူတို့၌ ရောက်ရသော အပြစ်ကိုမြင်ရုံမျှသာရှိ လိမ့်မည်။ | Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. |
| 9 | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏ဟု သင်သည်ဆို၍၊ အမြင့်ဆုံးသော ဘုရား၌ နေရာကျသော ကြောင့်၊ | Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; |
| 10 | သင်၌ မကောင်းသော အနိဌရုပ်မကပ် မရောက်။ သင့်နေရာသို့ ဘေးဥပဒ်မချဉ်းရ။ | There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. |
| 11 | သွားလေရာရာ၌ သင့်ကိုစောင့်ရှောက် စေခြင်း ငှါ၊ ကောင်းကင်တမန်တို့အား သင့်အဘို့မှာ ထားတော် မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ | For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. |
| 12 | သင်၏ခြေကို ကျောက်နှင့် မထိမခိုက်စေခြင်း ငှါ၊ သူတို့သည် သင့်ကို လက်နှင့်မစချီပင့်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ | They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. |
| 13 | သင်သည် ခြင်္သေ့နှင့်မြွေဆိုးအပေါ်မှာ ကျော် သွား၍၊ ခြင်္သေ့ပျိုနှင့်နဂါးတို့ကို ခြေဖြင့်နင်းလိမ့်မည်။ | Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. |
| 14 | သူသည် ငါ့ကို ချစ်သောကြောင့်၊ သူ့ကို ငါကယ် နှုတ်မည်။ ငါ၏နာမကို သိသောကြောင့်၊ သူ့ကို ငါချီး မြှောက်မည်။ | Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. |
| 15 | သူသည် ငါ့ကိုခေါ်သောအခါ ငါထူးမည်။ ဒုက္ခ ခံရသောအခါ သူ့ဘက်မှာ ငါနေ၍ ချမ်းသာပေးမည်။ သူ၏ဘုန်းကိုလည်း ထင်ရှားစေမည်။ | He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. |
| 16 | ရှည်သောအသက်နှင့် သူ့ကိုရောင့်ရဲစေ၍၊ ငါ၏ ကယ်တင်ခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို သူ့အားပြမည်။ | With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation. |
