| 1 | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကြီးမြတ်တော်မူ၏။ သန့်ရှင်း သော တောင်တော်ပေါ်မှာ ငါတို့ဘုရားသခင်၏ မြို့တော် တွင် အထူးသဖြင့် ထောမနာချီးမွမ်းခြင်းကို ခံထိုက် တော်မူ၏။ | Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. |
| 2 | မြေကြီးတပြင်လုံးရွှင်လန်းရာ ဇိအုန်တောင်ထိပ် သည် အဆင်းလှပေ၏။ မြောက်မျက်နှာဘက်၌ မဟာ မင်းကြီး၏ မြို့တော်သည် တည်၏။ | Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King. |

| 5 | မြင်သောအခါ မှိုင်တွေ၍ ထိတ်လန့်လျက် ပြေးကြ၏။ | They saw it, and so they marvelled; they were troubled, and hasted away. |
| 6 | ထိုအရပ်၌ သူတို့သည် ကြောက်လန့်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်၍ သားဘွားသောမိန်းမ ခံရသကဲ့သို့ ဝေဒနာ ရှိကြ၏။ | Fear took hold upon them there, and pain, as of a woman in travail. |
| 7 | တာရှုသင်္ဘောတို့ကို ချိုးဖက်သော အရှေ့လေ နှင့်တွေ့သကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ | Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish with an east wind. |
| 8 | ငါတို့သည် ကြားဘူးသည်အတိုင်း၊ ကောင်းကင် ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၏မြို့၊ ငါတို့ဘုရားသခင်၏ မြို့တော်၌တွေ့မြင်ရကြ၏။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် မြို့တော် ကို အစဉ်အမြဲတည်စေတော်မူမည်။ | As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the Lord of hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish it for ever. Selah. |

| 10 | အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ နာမတော်သည် မြေကြီးစွန်း တိုင်အောင် နှံ့ပြားသည်နည်းတူ၊ ဂုဏ်အသရေတော် လည်း နှံ့ပြားလျက်ရှိ၏။ လက်ျာလက်တော်သည် ဖြောင့် မတ်ခြင်းတရားနှင့် ပြည့်ဝလျက်ရှိပါ၏။ | According to thy name, O God, so is thy praise unto the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of righteousness. |
| 11 | တရားစီရင်တော်မူချက်များကြောင့် ဇိအုန် တောင်သည် ဝမ်းမြောက်၍၊ ယုဒအမျိုးသမီးတို့သည် ရွှင်လန်းကြပါ၏။ | Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of thy judgments. |
| 12 | သားမြေးတို့အား ကြားပြောမည်အကြောင်း ဇိအုန်းမြို့ကိုပတ်ပတ်လည်၍ ပြအိုးတို့ကို ရေတွက်ကြလော့။ | Walk about Zion, and go round about her: tell the towers thereof. |
| 13 | ရင်တားတို့ကို မှတ်၍ဘုံဗိမာန်များကိုလည်း ဆင်ခြင်ကြလော့။ | Mark ye well her bulwarks, consider her palaces; that ye may tell it to the generation following. |
| 14 | အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထိုဘုရားသခင်သည် ကာလ အစဉ်အမြဲ ငါတို့၏ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ သေသည် ကာလတိုင်အောင် ငါတို့ကို ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူလတံ့ သတည်း။ | For this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death. |
