| 1 | ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါတို့ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်၍၊ ခွန်အား ကို ပေးတော်မူ၏။ ဘေးရောက်သည်ကာလ အထူးသဖြင့် ကူမတော်မူကြောင်း ထင်ရှားလျက်ရှိ၏။ | God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. |
| 2 | ထိုကြောင့် ပထဝီမြေကြီးသည် ရွေ့သွား၍ တောင်များတုန်လှုပ်လျက် သမုဒ္ဒရာသို့ကျသော်လည်း၊ ငါတို့သည် ကြောက်လန့်ခြင်းမရှိ။ | Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; |
| 3 | သမုဒ္ဒရာရေသည် ဟုန်းဟန်းမြည်၍ မွှေနှောက်ပါ လေစေ။ လှိုင်းတံပိုးထသဖြင့်၊ တောင်များတုန်လှုပ်ပါ လေစေ။ | Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. |
| 4 | မြစ်တမြစ်ရှိသေး၏။ ထိုမြစ်ရေသည်စီး၍ ဘုရားသခင်၏ မြို့တည်းဟူသော အမြင့်ဆုံးသောဘုရား ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူရာ သန့်ရှင်းသော မြို့တော်ကို ရွှင်လန်း စေတတ်၏။ | There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. |
| 5 | ထိုမြို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူရာ ဖြစ်၍ တုန်လှုပ်ခြင်း မရှိရာ။ မိုဃ်းသောက်လင်းစ၌ ဘုရားသခင်ကူမတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ | God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. |
| 6 | လူမျိုးတို့သည် ဟုန်းဟုန်းမြည်ကြ၏။ တိုင်းနိုင်ငံ တို့သည် လှုပ်ရှားကြ၏။ ဗျာဒိတ်သံကို လွှတ်တော်မူ၍ မြေကြီးသည် အရည်ဖြစ်လေ၏။ | The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. |
| 7 | ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါတို့နှင့်အတူရှိတော်မူ၏။ ယာကုပ်အမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင် သည် ငါတို့ ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ | The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. |
| 8 | ထာဝရဘုရားစီရင်ပြုပြင်၍ မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ သုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်းခြင်း အမှုတော်များကို လာ၍ကြည့်ရှု ကြလော့။ | Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth. |
| 9 | လေးကိုချိုးလျက်၊ လှံကိုအပိုင်းပိုင်းဖြတ်လျက်၊ ရထားကိုမီးရှို့လျက်၊ မြေကြီး စွန်းတိုင်အောင် စစ်မှုကို ငြိမ်းစေတော်မူ၏။ | He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire. |
| 10 | ငြိမ်ဝပ်လျက်နေကြလော့။ ငါကား ဘုရားသခင် ဖြစ်သည်ဟု သိမှတ်ကြလော့။ လူမျိုးတို့တွင် ငါသည် ဘုန်းပွင့်မည်။ မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ ဘုန်းပွင့်မည်။ | Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. |
