| 1 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အပြစ်တင်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။ ပြင်းစွာသော စိတ်တော်ရှိ၍ ဆုံးမတော်မမူပါနှင့်။ | O Lord, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure. |
| 2 | မြှားတော်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၌ စုဝေး၍၊ လက်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို နှိပ်လျက်ရှိပါ၏။ | For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand presseth me sore. |
| 3 | အမျက်တော်ထွက်သောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အသားသည် ကျန်းမာခြင်းမရှိပါ။ ဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်ကြောင့် အရိုးများထဲမှာ သက်သာခြင်း မရှိပါ။ | There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin. |
| 4 | အကျွန်ုပ်ပြုမိသော ဒုစရိုက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ခေါင်းကို လွှမ်းမိုး၍၊ လေးသောဝန်ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်မထမ်း နိုင်အောင် လေးကြပါ၏။ | For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me. |

| 6 | အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပြင်းထန်စွာခံရ၍၊ အလွန်နှိမ်ချ လျက်၊ ကြမ်းတမ်းသောအဝတ်ကိုဝတ်လျက် တနေ့လုံး သွားရပါ၏။ | I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long. |
| 7 | အကျွန်ုပ်ခါးသည် ပူလောင်သောအနာစွဲ၍၊ အသားသည်လည်း ကျန်းမာခြင်းမရှိပါ။ | For my loins are filled with a loathsome disease: and there is no soundness in my flesh. |
| 8 | နန်နဲခြင်း၊ ကြေကွဲရှိ၍၊ စိတ်နှလုံးလှုပ်ရှားသဖြင့် အော်ဟစ်ရပါသည်။ | I am feeble and sore broken: I have roared by reason of the disquietness of my heart. |
| 9 | အိုဘုရားရှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အလိုရှိသမျှသည် ရှေ့တော်၌ ထင်ရှားပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်ညည်းတွားခြင်း ကိုလည်း အကြွင်းမဲ့သိတော်မူ၏။ | Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee. |
| 10 | အကျွန်ုပ်၏ နှလုံးတုန်လှုပ်၍၊ ခွန်အားလည်း ကုန်ပါပြီ။ မျက်စိအလင်းသည် ကွယ်ပျောက်ပါပြီ။ | My heart panteth, my strength faileth me: as for the light of mine eyes, it also is gone from me. |
| 11 | အကျွန်ုပ်၏အဆွေခင်ပွန်း၊ အပေါင်းအဘော် တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အနာရောဂါကြောင့်၊ ဝေးဝေးရပ် လျက်၊ ပေါင်းဘော်တို့သည်လည်း၊ ရှောင်လျက် နေကြ ပါ၏။ | My lovers and my friends stand aloof from my sore; and my kinsmen stand afar off. |
| 12 | အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကို ရှာသောသူတို့သည် ကျော့ ကွင်းများကို ထောင်ထားကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ အပြစ် ပြုခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ရှာသောသူတို့သည် တနေ့လုံးမနာလို သောစကားကိုပြော၍၊ မကောင်းသောပရိယာယ်ကို ကြံစည်ကြပါ၏။ | They also that seek after my life lay snares for me: and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and imagine deceits all the day long. |
| 13 | အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ နားပင်းသောသူကဲ့သို့ မကြား။ နှုတ်ကို မဖွင့်တတ်လူကဲသို့ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ | But I, as a deaf man, heard not; and I was as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth. |
| 14 | နားမကြား၊ ပြန်၍မငြင်းနိုင်သော သူကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ | Thus I was as a man that heareth not, and in whose mouth are no reproofs. |
| 15 | အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ် တော်ကိုအကျွန်ုပ် ကိုးစားပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အရှင် ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ပြန်ပြောတော်မူမည်။ | For in thee, O Lord, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God. |
| 16 | သို့မဟုတ်၊ သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အမှုမှာ ဝမ်း မြောက်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ခြေချော်သော အခါ အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ ကိုယ်ကိုချီးမြှောက်ကြပါ လိမ့်မည်ဟု လျှောက်ပါပြီ။ | For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me. |
| 17 | အကျွန်ုပ်လဲလုသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို အစဉ်အောက် မေ့လျက်နေပါ၏။ | For I am ready to halt, and my sorrow is continually before me. |
| 18 | ကိုယ်အပြစ်ကိုဘော်ပြပါ၏။ ပြစ်မှားမိသော ကြောင့် စိတ်ပူပန်ခြင်းရှိပါ၏။ | For I will declare mine iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin. |
| 19 | အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရန်သူတို့ကား၊ ကျန်းမာလျက်၊ ခွန်အားကြီးလျက်ရှိ ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မဟုတ်မှန်ဘဲ မုန်းသောသူတို့ကား၊ များပြားကြပါ၏။ | But mine enemies are lively, and they are strong: and they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied. |
| 20 | အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကျေးဇူးတရားကို ကြိုးစား၍ ကျင့်သောကြောင့် ကျေးဇူးအတွက် အပြစ်ပြုတတ်သော သူတို့သည်အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရန်ဘက်ပြုကြပါ၏။ | They also that render evil for good are mine adversaries; because I follow the thing that good is. |
| 21 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို စွန့်ပစ်တော်မမူ ပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်နှင့်ဝေးဝေးနေတော် မမူပါနှင့်။ | Forsake me not, O Lord: O my God, be not far from me. |
| 22 | အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူသောဘုရားရှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုမစခြင်းငှါ အလျင်အမြန်ကြွလာတော်မူပါ။ | Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation. |
