| 1 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ခုံလှုံပါ ၏။ ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းနှင့် အစဉ်ကင်းလွတ် ပါစေသော။ တရားတော်နှင့်အညီ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်မတော်မူပါ။ | In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness. |
| 2 | အကျွန်ုပ်ဘက်သို့ နားတော်ကို လှည့်၍ အလျင်အမြန်၊ ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၌ ခိုင်ခံ့သောကျောက်။ အကျွန်ုပ်လုံခြုံရာ ရဲတိုက်ဖြစ်တော်မူပါ။ | Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me. |
| 3 | အကယ်စင်စစ် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ကျောက်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရဲတိုက်ကား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ပေတည်း။ နာမတော်အဘို့ အလို့ငှါ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို လမ်းပြ၍ သွန်သင်ပဲ့ပြင် တော်မူပါ။ | For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me. |
| 4 | ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်အဘို့ ဝှက်ထားသော ကျော့ကွင်းထဲ က အကျွန်ုပ်ကို နှုတ်ယူတော်မူပါ။ | Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for thou art my strength. |
| 5 | သစ္စာစောင့်တော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရွေးနှုတ်တော်မူ သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ဝိညာဉ်ကို ကိုယ်တော်လက်၌ အပ်ပါ၏။ | Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O Lord God of truth. |
| 6 | မုသာအနတ္တကို ဆည်းကပ်သောသူတို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည်မုန်း၍ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ခိုလှုံပါ၏။ | I have hated them that regard lying vanities: but I trust in the Lord. |
| 7 | ကရုဏာတော်ကြောင့် ဝမ်းသာရွှင်လန်းခြင်း ရှိပါလိမ့်မည်။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို ကြည့်ရှု၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဝိညာဉ်တွေ့သောအမှုကို သိမှတ် တော်မူ၏။ | I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities; |
| 8 | အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရန်သူလက်သို့မအပ်ဘဲ ကျယ်ဝန်း သောအရပ်၌ နေရာချတော်မူ၏။ | And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a large room. |
| 9 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ အမှုရောက်ပါပြီ။ ထိုကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို သနားတော်မူပါ။ ပူပန်ခြင်း အားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိ၊ စိတ်နှလုံး၊ ဝမ်းတို့သည် ပျက်ကြပါပြီ။ | Have mercy upon me, O Lord, for I am in trouble: mine eye is consumed with grief, yea, my soul and my belly. |
| 10 | အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပူပန်ခြင်းရှိ၍၊ အသက်ကာလ ကို လွန်စေရပါ၏။ နှစ်စဉ်အတိုင်း ညည်းတွားလျက် နေရပါ၏။ ကိုယ်အပြစ်ကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်အားလျော့၍၊ ရန်သူများကြောင့် အရိုးတို့သည် ဆွေးမြေ့ကြပါ၏။ | For my life is spent with grief, and my years with sighing: my strength faileth because of mine iniquity, and my bones are consumed. |
| 11 | အိမ်နီးချင်းတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အထူးသဖြင့် ကဲ့ရဲ့ကြပါ၏။ အကျွမ်းဝင်သော သူများတို့သည်လည်း ရွံကြပါ၏။ အိမ်ပြင်မှာ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို တွေ့မြင်သောသူတို့ သည် ရှောင်၍ ပြေးကြပါ၏။ | I was a reproach among all mine enemies, but especially among my neighbours, and a fear to mine acquaintance: they that did see me without fled from me. |
| 12 | မအောက်မေ့သော အသေကောင်ကဲ့သို့၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မေ့လျော့ကြပါ၏။ အိုးခြမ်းကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ် ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ | I am forgotten as a dead man out of mind: I am like a broken vessel. |
| 13 | လူများ ကဲ့ရဲ့ပြစ်တင်ခြင်းကို ကြားရပါ၏။ ပတ် ဝန်းကျင်အရပ်တို့၌ ကြောက်မက်ဘွယ်သောအကြောင်း ရှိပါ၏။ လူများတို့သည် အချင်းချင်းသင်းဖွဲ့လျက်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကို သတ်မည်အကြောင်း ကြံစည်ကြပါ ၏။ | For I have heard the slander of many: fear was on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life. |
| 14 | သို့သော်လည်း ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုးစားပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်ဖြစ်တော်မူသည်ဟု အကျွန်ုပ် လျှောက်ဆို ပါ၏။ | But I trusted in thee, O Lord: I said, Thou art my God. |
| 15 | အကျွန်ုပ်၌ဖြစ်လေသမျှသော အမှုအရာတို့ကို ကိုယ်တော်စီရင်ပိုင်တော်မူ၏။ ရန်သူတို့နှင့် ညှဉ်းဆဲတတ် သောသူတို့ လက်မှအကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။ | My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me. |
| 16 | မျက်နှာတော်၏ အလင်းကိုကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန် အပေါ်၌ ထွန်းလင်းစေတော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာတော်ကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုကယ်တင်တော်မူပါ။ | Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: save me for thy mercies’ sake. |
| 17 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို ဆုတောင်းပဌနာပြုပါသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းမရှိ ပါစေနှင့်။ လူဆိုးတို့မူကား၊ အရှက်ကွဲလျက်မရဏာနိုင်ငံ၌ တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာနေကြပါစေသော။ | Let me not be ashamed, O Lord; for I have called upon thee: let the wicked be ashamed, and let them be silent in the grave. |
| 18 | မာနထောင်လွှားခြင်း၊ မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုခြင်းနှင့် တကွ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူတဘက်၌ စော်ကားသော စကားကိုပြော၍၊ မုသာ၌ကျင်လည်သော နှုတ်တို့သည် တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာနေကြပါစေ။ | Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous. |
| 19 | ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သော သူတို့အဘို့ သိုထားတော်မူ၍၊ လူသားတို့ရှေ့မှာ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ခိုလှုံ သော သူတို့အဘို့ ပြုပြင်တော်မူသော ဆုကျေးဇူးတော် သည် အလွန်ကြီးလှပါ၏။ | Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men! |
| 20 | လူတို့ပြုတတ်သောပရိယာယ်နှင့် ကင်းလွတ်စေ ခြင်းငှါ၊ ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူရာ အတွင်းအရပ်၌ ထိုသူတို့ကို ဝှက်ထားသော်မူ၏။ ရန်တွေ့ခြင်း အသံကိုကွယ်ကာ လျက်၊ တဲတော်တွင်သူတို့ကို စောင့်မတော်မူ၏။ | Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man: thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues. |
| 21 | ထာဝရဘုရား၌ မင်္ဂလာဖြစ်စေသတည်း။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ခိုင်ခံသောမြို့၌ အံဘွယ်သောမေတ္တာ ကရုဏာတော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အား ထင်ရှားပြတော်မူပြီ။ | Blessed be the Lord: for he hath shewed me his marvellous kindness in a strong city. |
| 22 | အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏မျက်နှာကွယ်ရာ၌ ဆုံးရှုံးပါပြီဟု အကျွန်ုပ်တုတ်လှုပ်လျက် ဆိုမိသော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုအော်ဟစ်သောအခါ အကျွန်ုပ်ပြုသော ပဌနာစကားသံကိုကိုယ်တော်နားထောင်တော်မူသတည်း။ | For I said in my haste, I am cut off from before thine eyes: nevertheless thou heardest the voice of my supplications when I cried unto thee. |
| 23 | ထာဝရဘုရား၏ သန့်ရှင်းသူအပေါင်းတို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကိုချစ်ကြလော့။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သစ္စာ ရှိသောသူတို့ကို စောင့်မတော်မူ၏။ မာနထောင်လွှား သောသူတို့ကိုကား၊ အပြစ်များစွာဆပ်ပေးတော်မူ သတည်း။ | O love the Lord, all ye his saints: for the Lord preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer. |
| 24 | ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကိုးစားသောသူအပေါင်းတို့၊ အာယူ၍ ရဲရင့်သော စိတ်နှလုံးရှိကြလော့။ | Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord. |
