| 1 | ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ရောက်သောကာလ၌၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ကိုယ်တော်စကားကို နားထောင်၍၊ ယာကုပ် ၏ ဘုရားသခင်နာမတော်သည် ချီးမြှောက်တော်မူပါစေ သော။ | The Lord hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee; |
| 2 | သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်ထဲက ကူညီ၍၊ ဇိအုန် တောင်ပေါ်က ထောက်ပင့်တော်မူပါစေသော။ | Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion; |
| 3 | ကိုယ်တော်၏ ပူဇော်သက္ကာအလုံးစုံတို့ကို အောက်မေ့၍၊ မီးရှို့သောယဇ်ကို လက်ခံတော်မူပါစေ သော။ | Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah. |

| 5 | ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကယ်တင်ခြင်းကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ် တို့သည် ဝမ်းမြောက်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ဘုရားသခင်၏ အခွင့်နှင့် အလံကို ထူကြလိမ့်မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကိုယ်တော်ဆုတောင်းသမျှအတိုင်း ကျေးဇူးပြု တော်မူပါ စေသော။ | We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the Lord fulfil all thy petitions. |
| 6 | ထာဝရဘုရားပေးတော်မူ၍ ဘိသိက်ခံသောသူ အား၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူကြောင်းကို၎င်း၊ လက်ျာလက်တော် ကယ်တင်ခြင်း အစွန်းနှင့် ထိုသူ၏ စကားကိုသန့်ရှင်း သော ကောင်းကင်ပေါ်မှာ နားထောင်တော်မူကြောင်းကို၎င်း ယခုငါသိ၏။ | Now know I that the Lord saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand. |
| 7 | အချို့သောသူတို့သည် ရထားကို၎င်း၊ အချို့တို့ သည် မြင်းကို၎င်း၊ ချီးမွမ်းတတ်ကြ၏။ ငါတို့မူကား၊ ငါတို့ဘုရားသခင်တည်းဟူသော ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမ တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြလိမ့်မည်။ | Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. |
| 8 | သူတို့သည်နှိမ့်ချ၍ လဲလျက်ရှိကြ၏။ ငါတို့မူကား၊ ထ၍ မတ်တတ်နေကြ၏။ အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ မင်းကြီးကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူပါ။ | They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright. |
| 9 | အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ခေါ်သောအခါ နားထောင်တော် မူပါ။ | Save, Lord: let the king hear us when we call. |
