| 1 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ နက်နဲရာထဲက ကိုယ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ်ပါ၏။ | Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord. |
| 2 | အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ စကားသံကို ကြား၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ဆုတောင်းပဌနာပြုသံကို နားညောင်း တော်မူပါ။ | Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications. |
| 3 | အို ဘုရားရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်များကို မှတ်တော်မူလျှင် အဘယ်သူသည် ခံရပ်နိုင်ပါမည်နည်း။ | If thou, Lord, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? |
| 4 | ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့စရာအကြောင်း ရှိစေ ခြင်းငှါ၊ အပြစ်လွှတ်ခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ပိုင်တော်မူ၏။ | But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared. |
| 5 | ထာဝရဘုရားကို ငါစောင့်လျက်နေ၏။ ငါ့ဝိညာဉ် သည် စောင့်လျက်နေ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို ငါမြော် လင့်၏။ | I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope. |
| 6 | နံနက်ကိုမြော်လင့်သော သူတို့ထက်မက၊ ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်သည် ဘုရားရှင်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်နေ၏။ | My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning. |
| 7 | ဣသရေလအမျိုးသည် ထာဝရဘုရားကို မြော်လင့်ပါစေ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၌ ကရုဏာ ရှိ၏။ များစွာသော ရွေးနှုတ်ခြင်းကျေးဇူးရှိ၏။ | Let Israel hope in the Lord: for with the Lord there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption. |
| 8 | ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ခပ်သိမ်းသော ဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်တို့ အထဲက ရွေးနှုတ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ | And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities. |
