| 1 | တဖန် ငါမျှော်ကြည့်၍၊ တိုင်းစရာကြိုးကို ကိုင် သော လူတဦးကို မြင်လျှင်၊ | I lifted up mine eyes again, and looked, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand. |
| 2 | အဘယ်အရပ်သို့ သွားမည်နည်းဟု ထိုသူအား မေးသော်၊ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ အလျားအနံကို သိလို၍ မြို့ကို တိုင်းခြင်းငှါ သွားသည်ဟု ပြန်ပြော၏။ | Then said I, Whither goest thou? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the length thereof. |

| 4 | သင်သည် ပြေး၍ ထိုလုလင်ကို ဆင့်ဆိုရမည်မှာ၊ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့သား လူသတ္တဝါတိရစ္ဆာန်တို့သည် အလွန် များသောကြောင့် ရွာတို့၌ နေရကြလိမ့်မည်။ | And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein: |
| 5 | ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ငါသည် မြို့ကို ကာသောမီးမြို့ရိုးဖြစ်မည်။ မြို့အလယ်၌လည်း ငါသည် မြို့၏ဘုန်းအသရေဖြစ်မည်။ | For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her. |
| 6 | အချင်းတို့၊ အချင်းတို့၊ မြောက်မျက်နှာအရပ်မှ ပြေးလာကြလော့ဟု၊ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။ မိုဃ်း ကောင်းကင်အောက်လေးမျက်နှာတို့၌ သင်တို့ကို ငါနှံ့ပြား စေပြီဟု၊ ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူ၏။ | Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the Lord: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the Lord. |
| 7 | ဗာဗုလုန်မြို့သမီးထံမှာနေသော အချင်းဇိအုန် သတို့သမီး၊ အလွတ်ပြေးလော့။ | Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon. |
| 8 | ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ သင်တို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီးသောလူမျိုးတို့ ရှိရာ သို့ ဘုန်းထင်ရှားပြီးမှ ငါ့ကို စေလွှတ်တော်မူ၏။ သင်တို့ ကို ထိသောသူသည် မျက်ဆန်တော်ကို ထိသောသူဖြစ်၏။ | For thus saith the Lord of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye. |
| 9 | သူတို့ကို ငါတိုက်၍ သူတို့၏ ကျွန်များသည် လုယူဖျက်ဆီးကြလိမ့်မည်။ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ကို စေလွှတ်တော်မူသည်ကို သင်တို့ သိရကြလိမ့်မည်။ | For, behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me. |
| 10 | အို ဇိအုန်သတို့သမီး၊ သီချင်းဆို၍ ရွှင်လန်း လော့။ ငါလာ၍ သင့်အလယ်၌နေမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။ | Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the Lord. |
| 11 | ထိုကာလ၌ လူမျိုးအများတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ဘက်သို့ ဝင်စား၍ ငါ၏လူဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင့်အလယ် ၌ ငါနေမည်။ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ့ကို သင့်ဆီသို့ စေလွှတ်တော်မူသည်ကို သင်သိရ လိမ့်မည်။ | And many nations shall be joined to the Lord in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto thee. |
| 12 | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သန့်ရှင်းသော ပြည်၌ မိမိ အဘို့ ယုဒပြည်ကို အမွေခံ၍ တဖန် ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို ရွေးချယ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ | And the Lord shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again. |
| 13 | အိုလူသတ္တဝါအပေါင်းတို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာနေကြလော့။ သန့်ရှင်းသော ကျိန်းဝပ် ရာဌာနတော်၌ ထတော်မူပြီ။ | Be silent, O all flesh, before the Lord: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation. |
