သင်တို့သည် ကိုယ်အဘို့ ထုလုပ်သော ရုပ်တုဆင်းတုကို မရှိစေရ။ သင်တို့ပြည်၌ ကိုးကွယ်စရာ မှတ်တိုင်ကို မစိုက်ရ။ ထုသောကျောက်ကို ထောင်၍မထားရ။ ငါသည် သင်တို့၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ဖြစ်၏။ | Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God.
Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.

စပါးနင်းနယ်သော အမှုသည်၊ စပျစ်သီးညှစ်ရာ ကာလတိုင်အောင်၎င်း၊ စပျစ်သီးညှစ်သောအမှုသည်၊ မျိုးစေ့ကြဲရာ ကာလတိုင်အောင်၎င်း မှီသဖြင့်၊ သင်တို့သည် ဝစွာစား၍၊ ကိုယ်ပြည်၌ ဘေးလွတ်လျက် နေရကြလိမ့်မည်။ | And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.
သင်တို့ပြည်၌ စစ်မှုကို ငါငြိမ်းစေ၍၊ ခြိမ်းချောက်သောသူ မရှိဘဲ သင်တို့သည် အိပ်ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ ဆိုးသော သားရဲတို့ကိုလည်း ငါပယ်ရှားမည်။ တပြည်လုံးသည် ထားဘေးနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်လိမ့်မည်။ | And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.
သင်တို့သည် ရန်သူများကို လိုက်၍ ထားလက်နက်ဖြင့် အောင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ | And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.
သင်တို့တွင် လူငါးယောက်သည် ရန်သူတရားကို လိုက်လိမ့်မည်။ လူတရာသည် ရန်သူတသောင်းကို ပြေးစေ၍ ထားလက်နက်ဖြင့် အောင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ | And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.
သင်တို့ကို ငါစောင့်မသဖြင့် တိုးပွားများပြားစေ၍၊ သင်တို့နှင့် ငါပြုသော ပဋိညာဉ်ကို ငါမြဲမြံစေမည်။ | For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.
သိုထားသော စပါးဟောင်းကို စား၍ မကုန်မှီ၊ စပါးသစ်ပေါ်သောကြောင့်၊ အဟောင်းကို ထုတ်ရကြ မည်။ | And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.
ငါသည် စက်ဆုပ်ရွံရှာခြင်းမရှိဘဲ သင်တို့တွင် တဲတော်ကို တည်မည်။ | And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.
And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.
အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်၌ အစေကျွန်ခံရသော သင်တို့ကို ငါလွှတ်၍ နှုတ်ဆောင်သော သင်တို့၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားဖြစ်၏။ သင်တို့၏ ထမ်းဘိုးကြိုးကို ငါဖြတ်၍ သင်တို့ကို တည့်မတ်စေပြီ။ | I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.
သင်တို့သည် ငါ့စကားကို နားမထောင်၊ ဤပညတ်အလုံးစုံကို မစောင့်၊- | But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;
ငါ့စီရင်ထုံးဖွဲ့ချက်များကို ရွံရှာ၍၊ မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုလျက်၊ ငါ့ပညတ်တရားကိုမကျင့်၊ ငါ့ပဋိညာဉ်သစ္စာကို ဖျက်လျှင်၊- | And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:
သင်တို့၌ ငါပြုလတံ့သောအမှုဟူမူကား၊ သင်တို့၌ မျက်စိပျက်လျက်၊ စိတ်ပူပန်လျက် ရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ထိတ်လန့်သော သဘော၊ တူလာ၊ ဖျားနာတို့ကို သင်တို့အပေါ်မှာ ငါခန့်ထားမည်။ သင်တို့သည် မျိုးစေ့ကို ကြဲသော်လည်း အကျိုးမရှိ။ ရန်သူတို့သည် အသီးအနှံကို စားကြလိမ့်မည်။ | I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
သင်တို့ကို ငါ မျက်နှာထား၍၊ ရန်သူရှေ့မှာ ဆုံးစေမည်။ သင်တို့သည် ရန်သူ၏ အုပ်စိုးခြင်းကို ခံရ၍၊ အဘယ်သူမျှ မလိုက်သော်လည်း၊ ပြေးကြလိမ့်မည်။ | And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.
ထိုမျှလောက် ခံရသော်လည်း၊ ငါ့စကားကို နားမထောင်ဘဲ နေသေးလျှင်၊ သင်တို့အပြစ်ကြောင့် ခုနစ်ဆသော ဒဏ်ကို ငါပေးဦးမည်။ | And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

သင်တို့သည် အချည်းနှီး ကြိုးစားအားထုတ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင်တို့မြေသည် မိမိဘဏ္ဍာကို မပေး။ ဥယျာဉ်အပင်တို့သည် အသီးမသီးကြ။ | And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.
သင်တို့သည် ငါ့စကားကို နားမထောင်၊ ငါ့ကို ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်ပြုလျှင်၊ သင်တို့အပြစ်အလျောက် ခုနစ်ဆ သောဘေးကြီးကို ငါသက်ရောက်စေမည်။ | And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.
သင်တို့၏ သားသမီးများကို ချီသွား၍၊ သင်တို့၏ တိရစ္ဆာန်များကို ဖျက်ဆီးလျက်၊ သင်တို့ကို နည်းစေခြင်း ငှါ၊ သားရဲများကို ငါစေလွှတ်သဖြင့်၊ သင်တို့သွားရာ လမ်းမတို့သည် လူဆိတ်ညံရာ ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ | I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.
ထိုသို့ ခံရသော်လည်း၊ သင်တို့သည် သတိမရ၊ ငါ့ကို ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက် ပြုသေးလျှင်၊- | And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;
ငါသည်လည်း သင်တို့ကို ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်ပြု၍၊ သင်တို့အပြစ်ကြောင့် ခုနစ်ဆသော ဒဏ်ကို ပေးဦးမည်။ | Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.
ငါ့ပဋိညာဉ်ဘက်၌ နေ၍၊ တရားစီရင်ရသော ထားဘေးကိုသင်တို့အပေါ်မှာ ငါသက်ရောက်စေမည်။ သင်တို့သည် မြို့ထဲ၌၊ စုဝေးသောအခါ၊ ကာလနာဘေးကို ငါစေလွတ်၍၊ ရန်သူလက်သို့ ရောက်စေမည်။ | And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
သင်တို့၏ အစာအာဟာရ အထောက်အပင့်ကို ငါ ပယ်ရှားသောအခါ၊ မိန်းမတကျိပ်တို့သည် သင်တို့၏ မုန့်ကို မီးဖိုတဖို၌ ဖုတ်ပြီးမှ၊ ထိုမုန့်ကို ချိန်ပေးသဖြင့် သင်တို့သည် ဝစွာမစားရကြ။ | And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.
ထိုမျှလောက် ခံရသော်လည်း၊ ငါ့စကားကို နားထောင်၊ ငါ့ကို ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက် ပြုသေးလျှင်၊- | And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;
ငါသည်လည်း အမျက်ထွက်၍ သင်တို့ကို ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်ပြုသဖြင့်၊ သင်တို့အပြစ်ကြောင့် ခုနစ်ဆ သော ဒဏ်ကို ပေးဦးမည်။- | Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.
သင်တို့သည် ကိုယ်သားသမီးတို့၏ အသားကို စားရကြလိမ့်မည်။ | And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.

သင်တို့မြို့များကို ငါဖျက်ဆီး၍၊ သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်ကို သုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်းသဖြင့်၊ သင်တို့ နံ့သာ ပေါင်း အမွှေးအကြိုင်ကို ငါမနမ်း။ | And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.
တပြည်လုံးကို ငါသုတ်သင် ပယ်ရှင်းသော အမှုကို၊ ထိုပြည်၌နေသော သင်တို့၏ ရန်သူတို့သည် မြင်၍ မိန်းမောတွေဝေကြလိမ့်မည်။ | And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.
သာသနာပလူတို့တွင် သင်တို့ကို အရပ်ရပ် ငါကွဲပြားစေ၍၊ ထားမိုးလျက် လိုက်မည်။ သင်တို့ပြည် သည်လည်း လူဆိတ်ညံလျက်၊ မြို့သည်လည်း ပျက်စီးလျက်ရှိလိမ့်မည်။ | And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.
ထိုသို့ သင်တို့သည် ရန်သူပြည်၌နေ၍၊ ကိုယ်ပြည်သည် လူဆိတ်ညံလျက်နေသော ကာလပတ်လုံး ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာနေ၍၊ မိမိဥပုသ်နေ့တို့၌ မွေ့လျော်ရလိမ့်မည်။ | Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.
လူဆိတ်ညံလျက်နေရသော ကာလပတ်လုံး ငြိမ်ဝပ်လိမ့်မည်။ သင်တို့ရှိနေသောအခါ၊ ဥပုသ်နေ့တို့၌ ပြည်ည် မငြိမ်မဝပ်ရ။ | As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.
ရန်သူပြည်မှာ ကျန်ကြွင်းသော သင်တို့ စိတ်နှလုံးထဲသို့၊ ထိတ်လန့်သော သဘောကို ငါပေးသွင်းသဖြင့်၊ သစ်ရွက်လှုပ်သံကြောင့် သင်တို့သည် ကြောက်၍၊ ထားဘေးမှ ပြေးသကဲ့သို့ ပြေးကြလိမ့်မည်။ အဘယ် သူမျှ မလိုက်သော်လည်း လဲကြလိမ့်မည်။ | And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.
အဘယ်သူမျှမလိုက်ဘဲ ထားဘေးမှ ပြေးသောသူကဲ့သို့ တယောက်အပေါ်မှာ တယောက်လဲကြလိမ့် မည်။ ရန်သူရှေ့မှာ ရပ်နိုင်သော တန်ခိုးမရှိရ။ | And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.
ရန်သူပြည်သည် သင်တို့ကို မျိုးစား၍၊ သာသနာပလူတို့တွင် ဆုံးရှုံးကြလိမ့်မည်။ | And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
ကျန်ကြွင်းသော သင်တို့သည်၊ ရန်သူပြည်၌ ကိုယ်အပြစ်၊ ဘိုးဘတို့အပြစ်ကို ခံလျက်၊ ဘိုးဘနှင့်တကွ အားလျော့ကြလိမ့်မည်။ | And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.
သို့ရာတွင် သူတို့သည် ငါ့ကို ပြစ်မှား၍၊ ငါ့ကို ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်ပြုသောကြောင့်၊- | If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;
ငါသည် သူတို့ကို ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်ပြု၍ ရန်သူပြည်သို့ ပို့ဆောင်သော အကြောင်းများနှင့်တကွ၊ ကိုယ် အပြစ်၊ ဘိုးတတို့ အပြစ်များကို ဘော်ပြတောင်းပန်လျှင်၎င်း၊ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကို မခံသော မိမိတို့ နှလုံးကို နှိမ့်ချ၍၊ မိမိတို့အပြစ်ကြောင့် ခံရသောဒဏ်ကို ဝန်ခံလျှင်၎င်း၊- | And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
ငါသည် ယာကုပ်နှင့်ပြုသော ပဋိညာဉ်၊ ဣဇာက်နှင့်ပြုသော ပဋိညာဉ်၊ အာဗြတံနှင့်ပြုသော ပဋိညာဉ်ကို ၎င်း၊ ထိုပြည်ကို၎င်း ငါအောက်မေ့မည်။ | Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.
ထိုပြည်သည် သူတို့ လက်မှလွတ်၍၊ သူတို့မရှိဘဲ လူဆိတ်ညံလျက်နေစဉ်တွင် မိမိဥပုသ်နေ့တို့၌ မွေ့လျော်လိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့သည် ငါ့စီရင်ထုံးဖွဲ့ချက်များကို ရွံရှာ၍ မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုသောအပြစ်ကြောင့်၊ ခံရသောဒဏ်ကို ဝန်ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။ | The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
သို့ရာတွင် ရန်သူပြည်၌ နေကြသောအခါ၊ သူတို့ကို ရှင်းရှင်းဖျက်ဆီး၍၊ သူတို့နှင့်ငါပြုသော ပဋိညာဉ်ကို ပယ်သည်တိုင်အောင် သူတို့ကို ငါမစွန့်ပစ် မရွံရှာ။ ငါသည် သူတို့၏ ဘုရားခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ဖြစ်၏။ | And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the Lord their God.
ငါသည် သူတို့၏ ဘုရားသခင် ဖြစ်အံ့သောငှါ သာသနာပလူတို့ မျက်မှောက်၌၊ အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်မှ ငါနှုတ်ဆောင်သော သူတို့ဘိုးဘေးနှင့် ငါပြုသော ပဋိညာဉ်ကို သူတို့အတွက် ငါအောက်မေ့မည်၊ ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရားဖြစ်သည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။ | But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the Lord.
ဤရွေ့ကား ထာဝရဘုရားသည်၊ သိနာတောင်ပေါ်မှာ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့အဘို့ မောရှေလက် တွင် ထားတော်မူသော စီရင်ထုံးဖွဲ့ချက် ပညတ်တရား ဖြစ်သတည်း။ | These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the Lord made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.
