| 2 | ဆုတောင်းပဋ္ဌနာပြုခြင်းအမှုကို အမြဲပြု၍၊ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းလျက် စောင့်ရှောက်ကြလော့။ | Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving; |

| 5 | ပြင်ပလူတို့၏ မျက်နှာကိုထောက်လျက်၊ ပညာနှင့် ကျင့်ဆောင်၍ ကာလအချိန်ကို ရွေးနှုတ်ကြလော့။ | Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time. |
| 6 | လူအသီးအသီးတို့အား အဘယ်သို့ ပြန်ပြောရမည်ကို သိနိုင်မည်အကြောင်း၊ သင်တို့စကားသည် ဆားအားဖြင့်ငန်သော အရသာနှင့်ပြည့်စုံလျက်၊ အစဉ်မပြတ်တင့်တယ်လျောက်ပတ်ပါစေ။ | Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man. |

| 13 | သင်တို့မှစ၍ လောဒိကိမြို့နှင့် ဟေရပေါလိမြို့၌ ရှိသော သူတို့အဘို့ သူသည် အလွန်စေတနာစိတ် အားကြီးသည်ဟု ငါသည် သူ၏သက်သေဖြစ်၏။ | For I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you, and them that are in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis. |

| 15 | လောဒိကိမြို့၌ရှိသော ညီအစ်ကိုတို့ကို၎င်း၊ နံဖမှ စ၍ သူ၏အိမ်၌ရှိသော အသင်းတော်ကို၎င်း နှုတ်ဆက်ကြလော့။ | Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house. |
| 16 | ဤစာကို သင်တို့သည် ဘတ်ပြီးမှ လောဒိကိမြို့ အသင်းတော်ကို ဘတ်စေကြလော့။ ထိုမြို့မှရသော စာကိုလည်း သင်တို့ဘတ်ကြလော့။ | And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea. |
| 17 | အာခိပ္ပုကိုလည်း၊ သင်သည် သခင်ဘုရား၏ လက်တော်မှ ခံရပြီးသော ဓမ္မဆရာ၏အမှုအရာကို ပြည့်စုံခြင်းငှါ သတိပြုပါဟု ပြောကြလော့။ | And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it. |
