| 1 | 斯て安息日の終、即ち一週の首の黎明に、マグダレナ、マリアと他のマリアと、墓を見んとて至りしに、 | In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. |
| 2 | 折しも大地震あり、即ち主の使天より降り、近づきて石を転ばし退け、然て其上に坐せしが、 | And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. |
| 3 | 其容は電光の如く、其衣服は雪の如し。 | His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: |
| 4 | 番兵等怖れ慄きて死人の如くなれり。 | And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men. |
| 5 | 天使婦人等に答へて云ひけるは、汝等懼るること勿れ、蓋我汝等が十字架に釘けられ給ひしイエズスを尋ぬるを知れり。 | And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. |
| 6 | 彼は此處に在さず、即ち曰ひし如く復活し給へり。來りて主の置かれ給ひたりし處を見、 | He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. |
| 7 | 且疾く往きて弟子等に其復活し給ひし事を告げよ。彼は汝等に先ちて既にガリレアに往き給ふ、汝等彼處に之を見るべし[と云へ]、我預之を汝等に告げたるぞ、と。 | And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you. |
| 8 | 婦人等畏と大なる喜とを懐きて速に墓を去り、弟子等に告げんとて走れり。 | And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word. |
| 9 | 折しもイエズス彼等に行遇ひ、安かれ、と曰ひければ、彼等近づきて御足を抱き、之を禮拝せり。 | And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. |
| 10 | 時にイエズス彼等に曰ひけるは、懼るること勿れ、往きて我兄弟等にガリレアに往けと告げよ、彼等彼處に我を見るべし、と。 | Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me. |
| 11 | 婦人等の去りし折しも番兵の中數人の者市に至り、有りし事を悉く司祭長等に告げしかば、 | Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done. |
| 12 | 彼等は長老等と相集りて協議し、金を多く兵卒等に與へて、 | And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers, |
| 13 | 云ひけるは、汝等斯く云へ、彼の弟子等夜來りて、我等の眠れる中に彼を盗めりと。 | Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. |
| 14 | 此事若総督に聞えなば、我等彼を説きて汝等を無事ならしめん、と。 | And if this come to the governor’s ears, we will persuade him, and secure you. |
| 15 | 番兵等金を取りて、云含められし如くにしたれば、此談は今日に至るまでもユデア人の中に広まれり。 | So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day. |
| 16 | 斯て十一の弟子ガリレアに往き、イエズスの彼等に命じ給ひし山に[至り]、 | Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. |
| 17 | イエズスを見て禮拝せり。然れど疑ふ者もありき。 | And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. |
| 18 | イエズス近づきて彼等に語りて曰ひけるは、天に於ても地に於ても、一切の権能は我に賜はれり。 | And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. |
| 19 | 故に汝等往きて萬民に教へ、父と子と聖霊との御名によりて是に洗禮を施し、 | Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: |
| 20 | 我が汝等に命ぜし事を悉く守るべく教へよ。然て我は世の終まで日々汝等と偕に居るなり、と。 | Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. |
