| 2 | 「イスラエルの人々に告げて、わたしのためにささげ物を携えてこさせなさい。すべて、心から喜んでする者から、わたしにささげる物を受け取りなさい。 | Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering. |
| 3 | あなたがたが彼らから受け取るべきささげ物はこれである。すなわち金、銀、青銅、 | And this is the offering which ye shall take of them; gold, and silver, and brass, |
| 4 | 青糸、紫糸、緋糸、亜麻の撚糸、やぎの毛糸、 | And blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats’ hair, |
| 5 | あかね染の雄羊の皮、じゅごんの皮、アカシヤ材、 | And rams’ skins dyed red, and badgers’ skins, and shittim wood, |
| 6 | ともし油、注ぎ油と香ばしい薫香のための香料、 | Oil for the light, spices for anointing oil, and for sweet incense, |
| 7 | 縞めのう、エポデと胸当にはめる宝石。 | Onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate. |
| 8 | また、彼らにわたしのために聖所を造らせなさい。わたしが彼らのうちに住むためである。 | And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them. |
| 9 | すべてあなたに示す幕屋の型および、そのもろもろの器の型に従って、これを造らなければならない。 | According to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it. |
| 10 | 彼らはアカシヤ材で箱を造らなければならない。長さは二キュビト半、幅は一キュビト半、高さは一キュビト半。 | And they shall make an ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof. |
| 11 | あなたは純金でこれをおおわなければならない。すなわち内外ともにこれをおおい、その上の周囲に金の飾り縁を造らなければならない。 | And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, within and without shalt thou overlay it, and shalt make upon it a crown of gold round about. |
| 12 | また金の環四つを鋳て、その四すみに取り付けなければならない。すなわち二つの環をこちら側に、二つの環をあちら側に付けなければならない。 | And thou shalt cast four rings of gold for it, and put them in the four corners thereof; and two rings shall be in the one side of it, and two rings in the other side of it. |
| 13 | またアカシヤ材のさおを造り、金でこれをおおわなければならない。 | And thou shalt make staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold. |
| 14 | そしてそのさおを箱の側面の環に通し、それで箱をかつがなければならない。 | And thou shalt put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them. |
| 15 | さおは箱の環に差して置き、それを抜き放してはならない。 | The staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not be taken from it. |
| 16 | そしてその箱に、わたしがあなたに与えるあかしの板を納めなければならない。 | And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I shall give thee. |
| 17 | また純金の贖罪所を造らなければならない。長さは二キュビト半、幅は一キュビト半。 | And thou shalt make a mercy seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof. |
| 18 | また二つの金のケルビムを造らなければならない。これを打物造りとし、贖罪所の両端に置かなければならない。 | And thou shalt make two cherubims of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them, in the two ends of the mercy seat. |
| 19 | 一つのケルブをこの端に、一つのケルブをかの端に造り、ケルビムを贖罪所の一部としてその両端に造らなければならない。 | And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end: even of the mercy seat shall ye make the cherubims on the two ends thereof. |
| 20 | ケルビムは翼を高く伸べ、その翼をもって贖罪所をおおい、顔は互にむかい合い、ケルビムの顔は贖罪所にむかわなければならない。 | And the cherubims shall stretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be. |
| 21 | あなたは贖罪所を箱の上に置き、箱の中にはわたしが授けるあかしの板を納めなければならない。 | And thou shalt put the mercy seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee. |
| 22 | その所でわたしはあなたに会い、贖罪所の上から、あかしの箱の上にある二つのケルビムの間から、イスラエルの人々のために、わたしが命じようとするもろもろの事を、あなたに語るであろう。 | And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel. |
| 23 | あなたはまたアカシヤ材の机を造らなければならない。長さは二キュビト、幅は一キュビト、高さは一キュビト半。 | Thou shalt also make a table of shittim wood: two cubits shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof. |
| 24 | 純金でこれをおおい、周囲に金の飾り縁を造り、 | And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about. |
| 25 | またその周囲に手幅の棧を造り、その棧の周囲に金の飾り縁を造らなければならない。 | And thou shalt make unto it a border of an hand breadth round about, and thou shalt make a golden crown to the border thereof round about. |
| 26 | また、そのために金の環四つを造り、その四つの足のすみ四か所にその環を取り付けなければならない。 | And thou shalt make for it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners that are on the four feet thereof. |
| 27 | 環は棧のわきに付けて、机をかつぐさおを入れる所としなければならない。 | Over against the border shall the rings be for places of the staves to bear the table. |
| 28 | またアカシヤ材のさおを造り、金でこれをおおい、それをもって、机をかつがなければならない。 | And thou shalt make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold, that the table may be borne with them. |
| 29 | また、その皿、乳香を盛る杯および灌祭を注ぐための瓶と鉢を造り、これらは純金で造らなければならない。 | And thou shalt make the dishes thereof, and spoons thereof, and covers thereof, and bowls thereof, to cover withal: of pure gold shalt thou make them. |
| 30 | そして机の上には供えのパンを置いて、常にわたしの前にあるようにしなければならない。 | And thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway. |
| 31 | また純金の燭台を造らなければならない。燭台は打物造りとし、その台、幹、萼、節、花を一つに連ならせなければならない。 | And thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same. |
| 32 | また六つの枝をそのわきから出させ、燭台の三つの枝をこの側から、燭台の三つの枝をかの側から出させなければならない。 | And six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side: |
| 33 | あめんどうの花の形をした三つの萼が、それぞれ節と花をもって一つの枝にあり、また、あめんどうの花の形をした三つの萼が、それぞれ節と花をもってほかの枝にあるようにし、燭台から出る六つの枝を、みなそのようにしなければならない。 | Three bowls made like unto almonds, with a knop and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other branch, with a knop and a flower: so in the six branches that come out of the candlestick. |
| 34 | また、燭台の幹には、あめんどうの花の形をした四つの萼を付け、その萼にはそれぞれ節と花をもたせなさい。 | And in the candlestick shall be four bowls made like unto almonds, with their knops and their flowers. |
| 35 | すなわち二つの枝の下に一つの節を取り付け、次の二つの枝の下に一つの節を取り付け、更に次の二つの枝の下に一つの節を取り付け、燭台の幹から出る六つの枝に、みなそのようにしなければならない。 | And there shall be a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches that proceed out of the candlestick. |
| 36 | それらの節と枝を一つに連ね、ことごとく純金の打物造りにしなければならない。 | Their knops and their branches shall be of the same: all it shall be one beaten work of pure gold. |
| 37 | また、それのともしび皿を七つ造り、そのともしび皿に火をともして、その前方を照させなければならない。 | And thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light over against it. |
| 38 | その芯切りばさみと、芯取り皿は純金で造らなければならない。 | And the tongs thereof, and the snuffdishes thereof, shall be of pure gold. |
| 39 | すなわち純金一タラントで燭台と、これらのもろもろの器とが造られなければならない。 | Of a talent of pure gold shall he make it, with all these vessels. |
| 40 | そしてあなたが山で示された型に従い、注意してこれを造らなければならない。 | And look that thou make them after their pattern, which was shewed thee in the mount. |
