| 1 | 神はわれらの避け所また力である。悩める時のいと近き助けである。 | God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. |
| 2 | このゆえに、たとい地は変り、山は海の真中に移るとも、われらは恐れない。 | Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; |
| 3 | たといその水は鳴りとどろき、あわだつとも、そのさわぎによって山は震え動くとも、われらは恐れない。[セラ | Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. |
| 4 | 一つの川がある。その流れは神の都を喜ばせ、いと高き者の聖なるすまいを喜ばせる。 | There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. |
| 5 | 神がその中におられるので、都はゆるがない。神は朝はやく、これを助けられる。 | God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. |
| 6 | もろもろの民は騒ぎたち、もろもろの国は揺れ動く、神がその声を出されると地は溶ける。 | The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. |
| 7 | 万軍の主はわれらと共におられる、ヤコブの神はわれらの避け所である。[セラ | The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. |
| 8 | 来て、主のみわざを見よ、主は驚くべきことを地に行われた。 | Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth. |
| 9 | 主は地のはてまでも戦いをやめさせ、弓を折り、やりを断ち、戦車を火で焼かれる。 | He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire. |
| 10 | 「静まって、わたしこそ神であることを知れ。わたしはもろもろの国民のうちにあがめられ、全地にあがめられる」。 | Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. |
| 11 | 万軍の主はわれらと共におられる、ヤコブの神はわれらの避け所である。[セラ | The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. |
