| 1 | 主よ、わたしをさばいてください。わたしは誠実に歩み、迷うことなく主に信頼しています。 | Judge me, O Lord; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the Lord; therefore I shall not slide. |
| 2 | 主よ、わたしをためし、わたしを試み、わたしの心と思いとを練りきよめてください。 | Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my reins and my heart. |
| 3 | あなたのいつくしみはわたしの目の前にあり、わたしはあなたのまことによって歩みました。 | For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth. |
| 4 | わたしは偽る人々と共にすわらず、偽善者と交わらず、 | I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers. |
| 5 | 悪を行う者のつどいを憎み、悪しき者と共にすわることをしません。 | I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked. |
| 6 | 主よ、わたしは手を洗って、罪のないことを示し、あなたの祭壇をめぐって、 | I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O Lord: |
| 7 | 感謝の歌を声高くうたい、あなたのくすしきみわざをことごとくのべ伝えます。 | That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works. |
| 8 | 主よ、わたしはあなたの住まわれる家と、あなたの栄光のとどまる所とを愛します。 | Lord, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth. |
| 9 | どうか、わたしを罪びとと共に、わたしのいのちを、血を流す人々と共に、取り去らないでください。 | Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men: |
| 10 | 彼らの手には悪い企てがあり、彼らの右の手は、まいないで満ちています。 | In whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes. |
| 11 | しかしわたしは誠実に歩みます。わたしをあがない、わたしをあわれんでください。 | But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful unto me. |
| 12 | わたしの足は平らかな所に立っています。わたしは会衆のなかで主をたたえましょう。 | My foot standeth in an even place: in the congregations will I bless the Lord. |
