| 2 | わたしはみ前にわが嘆きを注ぎ出し、み前にわが悩みをあらわします。 | I poured out my complaint before him; I shewed before him my trouble. |
| 3 | わが霊のわがうちに消えうせようとする時も、あなたはわが道を知られます。彼らはわたしを捕えようとわたしの行く道にわなを隠しました。 | When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then thou knewest my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privily laid a snare for me. |
| 4 | わたしは右の方に目を注いで見回したが、わたしに心をとめる者はひとりもありません。わたしには避け所がなく、わたしをかえりみる人はありません。 | I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul. |
