1 茲にヱホバ、モーセに告て言たまはく And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 イスラエルの子孫に告て之に言へ我が汝等に與へて住しむる地に汝等到り Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land of your habitations, which I give unto you,
3 ヱホバに火祭を献る時すなはち願を還す時期又は自意の禮物を爲の時期または汝らの節期にあたりて牛あるひは羊をもて燔祭または犠牲を献げてヱホバに馨しき香を奉つる時は And will make an offering by fire unto the Lord, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice in performing a vow, or in a freewill offering, or in your solemn feasts, to make a sweet savour unto the Lord, of the herd, or of the flock:
4 その禮物をヱホバに献る者もし羔羊をもて燔祭あるひは犠牲となすならば麥粉十分の一に油一ヒンの四分の一を混和たるをその素祭として供へ酒一ヒンの四分の一をその灌祭として供ふべし Then shall he that offereth his offering unto the Lord bring a meat offering of a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of an hin of oil.
5 その禮物をヱホバに献る者もし羔羊をもて燔祭あるひは犠牲となすならば麥粉十分の一に油一ヒンの四分の一を混和たるをその素祭として供へ酒一ヒンの四分の一をその灌祭として供ふべし And the fourth part of an hin of wine for a drink offering shalt thou prepare with the burnt offering or sacrifice, for one lamb.
6 若また牡羊を之に用ふるならば麥粉十分の二に油一ヒンの三分の一を混和たるをその素祭として供へ Or for a ram, thou shalt prepare for a meat offering two tenth deals of flour mingled with the third part of an hin of oil.
7 また酒一ヒンの三分の一をその灌祭として献げヱホバに馨しき香をたてまつるべし And for a drink offering thou shalt offer the third part of an hin of wine, for a sweet savour unto the Lord.
8 汝また願還あるひは酬恩祭をヱホバになすに當りて牡牛をもて燔祭あるひは犠牲となすならば And when thou preparest a bullock for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice in performing a vow, or peace offerings unto the Lord:
9 麥粉十分の三に油一ヒンの半を混和たるを素祭となしてその牡牛とともに献げ Then shall he bring with a bullock a meat offering of three tenth deals of flour mingled with half an hin of oil.
10 また酒一ヒンの半をその灌祭として献ぐべし是すなはち火祭にしてヱホバに馨しき香をたてまつる者なり And thou shalt bring for a drink offering half an hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the Lord.
11 牡牛あるひは牡羊あるひは羔羊あるひは羔山羊は一匹ごとに斯爲べきなり Thus shall it be done for one bullock, or for one ram, or for a lamb, or a kid.
12 即ち汝らが献ぐるところの數にてらしその數にしたがひて一匹ごとに斯なすべし According to the number that ye shall prepare, so shall ye do to every one according to their number.
13 本國に生れたる者火祭を献げてヱホバに馨しき香をたてまつる時には凡て斯のごとく是等の事を行ふべし All that are born of the country shall do these things after this manner, in offering an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the Lord.
14 また汝らの中に寄寓る他國の人あるひは汝らの中に代々住ふところの人火祭をささげてヱホバに馨しき香をたてまつらんとする時は汝らの爲がごとくにその人もなすべきなり And if a stranger sojourn with you, or whosoever be among you in your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the Lord; as ye do, so he shall do.
15 汝ら會衆および汝らの中に寄寓る他國の人は同一の例にしたがふべし是は汝らが代々永く守るべき例なり他國の人のヱホバの前に侍ることは汝等と異るところ無るべきなり One ordinance shall be both for you of the congregation, and also for the stranger that sojourneth with you, an ordinance for ever in your generations: as ye are, so shall the stranger be before the Lord.
16 汝らと汝らの中に宿寓る他國の人とは同一の法同一の禮式にしたがふべし One law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you.
17 ヱホバまたモーセに告て言たまはく And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
18 イスラエルの子孫に告てこれに言へ我が汝等を導き往ところの地に汝等いたらん時は Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land whither I bring you,
19 その地の食物を食ふにあたりて汝ら擧祭をヱホバにささぐべし Then it shall be, that, when ye eat of the bread of the land, ye shall offer up an heave offering unto the Lord.
20 即ち汝らはその麥粉の初をもてパンを作りてこれを擧祭にそなふべし是は禾場より擧祭をそなふるが如くに擧てそなふべきなり Ye shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough for an heave offering: as ye do the heave offering of the threshingfloor, so shall ye heave it.
21 汝ら代々その麥粉の初をもて擧祭をヱホバにたてまつるべし Of the first of your dough ye shall give unto the Lord an heave offering in your generations.
22 汝等もし誤りてヱホバのモーセに告たまへるこの諸の命令を行はず And if ye have erred, and not observed all these commandments, which the Lord hath spoken unto Moses,
23 ヱホバがモーセをもて命じたまひし事等並にその命ずることを始めたまひし日より以來汝らの代々にも命じたまはんところの事等を行はざる事有ん時 Even all that the Lord hath commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that the Lord commanded Moses, and henceforward among your generations;
24 すなはち會衆誤りて犯す所ありて之を知ざることあらん時は全會衆少き牡牛一匹を燔祭にささげてヱホバに馨しき香とならしめ之にその素祭と灌祭を禮式のごとくに加へまた牡山羊一匹を罪祭にささぐべし Then it shall be, if ought be committed by ignorance without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour unto the Lord, with his meat offering, and his drink offering, according to the manner, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering.
25 而して祭司イスラエルの子孫の全會衆のために贖罪を爲べし斯せば是は赦されん是は過誤なればなり彼等はその禮物として火祭をヱホバにささげまたその過誤のために罪祭をヱホバの前にささぐべし And the priest shall make an atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it is ignorance: and they shall bring their offering, a sacrifice made by fire unto the Lord, and their sin offering before the Lord, for their ignorance:
26 然せばイスラエルの子孫の會衆みな赦されんまた彼等の中に寄寓る他國の人も然るべし其は民みな誤り犯せるなればなり And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the children of Israel, and the stranger that sojourneth among them; seeing all the people were in ignorance.
27 人もし誤りて罪を犯さば當歳の牝山羊一匹を罪祭に献ぐべし And if any soul sin through ignorance, then he shall bring a she goat of the first year for a sin offering.
28 祭司はまたその誤りて罪を犯せる人が誤りてヱホバの前に罪を獲たるが爲に贖罪をなしてその罪を贖ふべし然せば是は赦されん And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly, when he sinneth by ignorance before the Lord, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.
29 イスラエルの子孫の國の者にもあれまた其中に寄寓る他國の人にもあれ凡そ誤りて罪を犯す者には汝らその法を同じからしむべし Ye shall have one law for him that sinneth through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.
30 本國の人にもあれ他國の人にもあれ凡そ擅横に罪を犯す者は是ヱホバを瀆すなればその人はその民の中より絶るべし But the soul that doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the Lord; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
31 斯る人はヱホバの言を軽んじその誡命を破るなるが故に必ず絶れその罪を身に承ん Because he hath despised the word of the Lord, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.
32 イスラエルの子孫曠野に居る時安息日に一箇の人の柴を拾ひあつむるを見たり And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the sabbath day.
33 是においてその柴を拾ひあつむるを見たる者等これをモーセとアロンおよび會衆の許に曳きたりけるが And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation.
34 之を如何に爲べきか未だ示諭を蒙らざるが故に之を禁錮おけり And they put him in ward, because it was not declared what should be done to him.
35 時にヱホバ、モーセに言たまひけるはその人はかならず殺さるべきなり全會衆營の外にて石をもて之を撃べしと And the Lord said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.
36 全會衆すなはち之を營の外に曳いだし石をもてこれを撃ころしヱホバのモーセに命じたまへるごとくせり And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the Lord commanded Moses.
37 ヱホバ亦モーセに告て言たまはく And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
38 汝イスラエルの子孫に告げ代々その衣服の裾に襚をつけその裾の襚 の上に靑き紐をほどこすべしと之に命ぜよ Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue:
39 此襚は汝らに之を見てヱホバの諸の誡命を記憶して其をおこなはしめ汝らをしてその放縦にする自己の心と目の欲に從がふこと無らしむるための者なり And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the Lord, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:
40 斯して汝等吾もろもろの誡命を記憶して之を行ひ汝らの神の前に聖あるべし That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.
41 我は汝らの神ヱホバにして汝らの神とならんとて汝らをエジプトの地より導きいだせし者なり我は汝らの神ヱホバなるぞかし I am the Lord your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the Lord your God.
