| 1 | 汝ら己のために偶像を作り木像を雕刻べからず柱の像を堅べからずまた汝らの地に石像を立て之を拝むべからず其は我は汝らの神ヱホバなればなり | Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God. |
| 2 | 汝等わが安息日を守りわが聖所を敬ふべし我はヱホバなり | Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord. |
| 3 | 汝等もしわが法令にあゆみ吾が誡命を守りてこれを行はば | If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them; |
| 4 | 我その時候に雨を汝らに與ふべし地はその產物を出し田野の樹木はその實を結ばん | Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. |
| 5 | 是をもて汝らの麥打は葡萄を斂る時にまで及び汝らが葡萄を斂る事は種播時にまでおよばん汝等は飽までに食物を食ひ汝らの地に安泰に住ことを得べし | And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely. |
| 6 | 我平和を國に賜ふべければ汝等は安じて寝ることを得ん汝等を懼れしむる者なかるべし我また猛き獣を國の中より除き去ん劍なんぢらの國を行めぐることも有じ | And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land. |
| 7 | 汝等はその敵を逐ん彼等は汝等の前に劍に殞るべし | And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword. |
| 8 | 汝らの五人は百人を逐ひ汝らの百人は萬人を逐あらん汝らの敵は皆汝らの前に劍に殞れん | And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. |
| 9 | 我なんぢらを眷み汝らに子を生こと多からしめて汝等を増汝らとむすびしわが契約を堅うせん | For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you. |
| 10 | 汝等は舊き穀物を食ふ間にまた新しき者を穫てその舊き者を出すに至らん | And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new. |
| 11 | 我わが幕屋を汝らの中に立ん我心汝らを忌きらはじ | And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you. |
| 12 | 我なんぢらの中に歩みまた汝らの神とならん汝らはまたわが民となるべし | And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people. |
| 13 | 我は汝らの神ヱホバ汝らをエジプトの國より導き出してその奴隸たることを免れしめし者なり我は汝らの軛の横木を碎き汝らをして眞直に立て歩く事を得せしめたり | I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright. |
| 14 | 然ど汝等もし我に聽したがふ事をなさずこの諸の誡命を守らず | But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments; |
| 15 | わが法度を蔑如にしまた心にわが律法を忌きらひて吾が諸の誡命をおこなはず却てわが契約を破ることをなさば | And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant: |
| 16 | 我もかく汝らになさんすなはち我なんぢらに驚恐を蒙らしむべし癆瘵と熱病ありて目を壞し霊魂を憊果しめん汝らの種播ことは徒然なり汝らの敵これを食はん | I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. |
| 17 | 我わが面をなんぢらに向て攻ん汝らはその敵に殺されんまた汝らの惡む者汝らを治めん汝らはまた追ものなきに逃ん | And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you. |
| 18 | 汝ら若かくのごとくなるも猶我に聽したがはずば我汝らの罪を罰する事を七倍重すべし | And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins. |
| 19 | 我なんぢらが勢力として誇るところの者をほろぼし汝らの天を鐵のごとくに爲し汝らの地を銅のごとくに爲ん | And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass: |
| 20 | 汝等が力を用ふる事は徒然なるべし即ち地はその產物を出さず國の中の樹はその實を結ばざらん | And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits. |
| 21 | 汝らもし我に敵して事をなし我に聽したがふことをせずば我なんぢらの罪にしたがひて七倍の災を汝らに降さん | And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins. |
| 22 | 我また野獣を汝らの中に遣るべし是等の者汝らの子女を攫くらひ汝ちの家畜を噬ころしまた汝らの數を寡くせん汝らの大路は通る人なきに至らん | I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate. |
| 23 | 我これらの事をもて懲すも汝ら改めずなほ我に敵して事をなさば | And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me; |
| 24 | 我も汝らに敵して事をなし汝らの罪を罰することをまた七倍おもくすべし | Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins. |
| 25 | 我劍を汝らの上にもちきたりて汝らの背約の怨を報さんまた汝らがその邑々に集る時は汝らの中に我疫病を遣らん汝らはその敵の手に付されん | And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy. |
| 26 | 我なんぢらが杖とするパンを打くだかん時婦人十人一箇の爐にて汝らのパンを燒き之を稱りて汝らに付さん汝等は食ふも飽ざるべし | And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied. |
| 27 | 汝らもし是のごとくなるも猶我に聽したがふことをせず我に敵して事をなさば | And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; |
| 28 | 我も汝らに敵し怒りて事をなすべし我すなはち汝らの罪をいましむることを七倍おもくせん | Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. |
| 29 | 汝らはその男子の肉を食ひまたその女子の肉を食ふにいたらん | And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat. |
| 30 | 我なんぢらの崇邱を毀ち汝らの柱の像を斫たふし汝らの偶像の尸の上に汝らの死體を投すて吾心に汝らを忌きらはん | And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you. |
| 31 | またなんぢらの邑々を滅し汝らの聖所を荒さんまた汝らの祭物の馨しき香を聞じ | And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours. |
| 32 | 我その地を荒すべければ汝らの敵の其處に住る者これを奇しまん | And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it. |
| 33 | 我なんぢらを國々に散し劍をぬきて汝らの後を追ん汝らの地は荒れ汝らの邑々は亡びん | And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste. |
| 34 | 斯その地荒はてて汝らが敵の國に居んその間地は安息を樂まん即ち斯る時はその地やすみて安息を樂むべし | Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths. |
| 35 | 是はその荒てをる日の間息まん汝らが其處に住たる間は汝らの安息に此休息を得ざりしなり | As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it. |
| 36 | また汝らの中の遺れる者にはその敵の地において我これに恐懼を懐かしめん彼等は木葉の搖く聲にもおどろきて逃げその逃る事は劍をさけて逃るがごとくまた追ものもなきに顛沛ばん | And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth. |
| 37 | 彼等は追ものも無に劍の前にあるが如くたがひに相つまづきて倒れん汝等はその敵の前に立ことを得じ | And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies. |
| 38 | なんぢ等はもろもろの國の中にありて滅うせんなんぢらの敵の地なんぢらを呑つくすべし | And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up. |
| 39 | なんぢらの中の遺れる者はなんぢらの敵の地においてその罪の中に痩衰へまた己の身につけるその先祖等の罪の中に痩衰へん | And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them. |
| 40 | かくて後彼らその罪とその先祖等の罪および己が我に悸りし咎と我に敵して事をなせし事を懺悔せん | If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me; |
| 41 | 我も彼等に敵して事をなし彼らをその敵の地に曳いたりしが彼らの割禮を受ざる心をれて卑くなり甘んじてその罪の罰を受るに至るべければ | And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity: |
| 42 | 我またヤコブとむすびし吾が契約およびイサクとむすびし吾が契約を追憶しまたアブラハムとむすびしわが契約を追憶し且その地を眷顧ん | Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land. |
| 43 | 彼等その地を離るべければ地は彼等の之に居る者なくして荒てをる間その安息をたのしまん彼等はまた甘じてその罪の罰を受ん是は彼等わが律法を蔑如にしその心にわが法度を忌きらひたればなり | The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes. |
| 44 | かれ等斯のごときに至るもなほ我彼らが敵の國にをる時にこれを棄ずまたこれを忌きらはじ斯我かれらを滅ぼし盡してわがかれらと結びし契約をやぶることを爲ざるべし我は彼らの神ヱホバなり | And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the Lord their God. |
| 45 | 我かれらの先祖等とむすびし契約をかれらのために追憶さん彼らは前に我がその神とならんとて國々の人の目の前にてエジプトの地より導き出せし者なり我はヱホバなり | But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the Lord. |
| 46 | 是等はすなはちヱホバがシナイ山において己とイスラエルの子孫の間にモーセによりて立たまひし法度と條規と律法なり | These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the Lord made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses. |
