| 1 | ヱホバまたモーセに告て言たまはく | And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, |
| 2 | 汝イスラエルの子孫の全會衆に告てこれに言へ汝等宜く聖あるべし其は我ヱホバ汝らの神聖あればなり | Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the Lord your God am holy. |
| 3 | 汝等おのおのその母とその父を畏れまた吾が安息日を守るべし我は汝らの神ヱホバなり | Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and keep my sabbaths: I am the Lord your God. |
| 4 | 汝等虚き物を恃むなかれまた汝らのために神々を鋳造ることなかれ我は汝らの神ヱホバなり | Turn ye not unto idols, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I am the Lord your God. |
| 5 | 汝等酬恩祭の犠牲をヱホバにささぐる時はその受納らるるやうに献ぐべし | And if ye offer a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the Lord, ye shall offer it at your own will. |
| 6 | 之を食ふことは之を献ぐる日とその翌日に於てすべし若殘りて三日にいたらばこれを火に燒べし | It shall be eaten the same day ye offer it, and on the morrow: and if ought remain until the third day, it shall be burnt in the fire. |
| 7 | もし第三日に少にても之を食ふことあらば是は憎むべき物となりて受納られざるべし | And if it be eaten at all on the third day, it is abominable; it shall not be accepted. |
| 8 | 之を食ふ者はヱホバの聖物を汚すによりてその罰を蒙むるべし即ちその人は民の中より絶さられん | Therefore every one that eateth it shall bear his iniquity, because he hath profaned the hallowed thing of the Lord: and that soul shall be cut off from among his people. |
| 9 | 汝その地の穀物を穫ときには汝等その田野の隅々までを盡く穫可らず亦汝の穀物の遺穂を拾ふべからず | And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy harvest. |
| 10 | また汝の菓樹園の菓を取つくすべからずまた汝の菓樹園に落たる菓を斂むべからず貧者と旅客のためにこれを遺しおくべし我は汝らの神ヱホバなり | And thou shalt not glean thy vineyard, neither shalt thou gather every grape of thy vineyard; thou shalt leave them for the poor and stranger: I am the Lord your God. |
| 11 | 汝等竊むべからず偽べからず互に欺くべからず | Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another. |
| 12 | 汝等わが名を指て偽り誓ふべからずまた汝の神の名を汚すべからず我はヱホバなり | And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the Lord. |
| 13 | 汝の鄰人を虐ぐべからずまたその物を奪ふべからず傭人の値を明朝まで汝の許に留めおくべからず | Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning. |
| 14 | 汝聾者を詛ふべからずまた瞽者の前に礙物をおくべからず汝の神を畏るべし我はヱホバなり | Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the Lord. |
| 15 | 汝審判をなすに方りて不義を行なふべからず貧窮者を偏り護べからず權ある者を曲て庇くべからず但公義をもて汝の鄰を審判べし | Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour. |
| 16 | 汝の民の間に往めぐりて人を謗るべからず汝の鄰人の血をながすべからず我はヱホバなり | Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour: I am the Lord. |
| 17 | 汝心に汝の兄弟を惡むべからず必ず汝の鄰人を勸戒むべし彼の故によりて罪を身にうくる勿れ | Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him. |
| 18 | 汝仇をかへすべからず汝の民の子孫に對ひて怨を懐くべからず己のごとく汝の鄰を愛すべし我はヱホバなり | Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the Lord. |
| 19 | 汝らわが條例を守るべし汝の家畜をして異類と交らしむべからず異類の種をまぜて汝の田野に播べからず麻と毛をまじへたる衣服を身につくべからず | Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee. |
| 20 | 凡そ未だ贖ひ出されず未だ解放れざる奴隸の女にして夫に適く約束をなせし者あらんに人もしこれと交合しなばその二人を鑓責むべし然ど之を殺すに及ばず是その婦いまだ解放れざるが故なり | And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free. |
| 21 | その男は愆祭をヱホバに携へきたるべし即ち愆祭の牡羊を集會の幕屋の門に牽きたるべきなり | And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the Lord, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, even a ram for a trespass offering. |
| 22 | 而して祭司その人の犯せる罪のためにその愆祭の牡羊をもてヱホバの前にこれがために贖罪をなすべし斯せばその人の犯せし罪赦されん | And the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before the Lord for his sin which he hath done: and the sin which he hath done shall be forgiven him. |
| 23 | 汝等かの地にいたりて諸の果實の樹を植ん時はその果實をもて未だ割禮を受ざる者と見做べし即ち三年の間汝等これをもて割禮を受ざる者となすべし是は食はれざるなり | And when ye shall come into the land, and shall have planted all manner of trees for food, then ye shall count the fruit thereof as uncircumcised: three years shall it be as uncircumcised unto you: it shall not be eaten of. |
| 24 | 第四年には汝らそのもろもろの果實を聖物となしこれをもてヱホバに感謝の祭を爲べし | But in the fourth year all the fruit thereof shall be holy to praise the Lord withal. |
| 25 | 第五年に汝等その果實を食ふべし然せば汝らのために多く實を結ばん我は汝らの神ヱホバなり | And in the fifth year shall ye eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield unto you the increase thereof: I am the Lord your God. |
| 26 | 汝等何をも血のままに食ふべからずまた魔術を行ふべからず卜筮をなすべからず | Ye shall not eat any thing with the blood: neither shall ye use enchantment, nor observe times. |
| 27 | 汝等頭の鬢を圓く剪べからず汝鬚の兩方を損ずべからず | Ye shall not round the corners of your heads, neither shalt thou mar the corners of thy beard. |
| 28 | 汝等死る人のために己が身に傷くべからずまたその身に刺文をなすべからず我はヱホバなり | Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the Lord. |
| 29 | 汝の女子を汚して娼妓の業をなさしむべからず恐くは淫事國におこなはれ罪惡國に滿ん | Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness. |
| 30 | 汝等わが安息日を守りわが聖所を敬ふべし我はヱホバなり | Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord. |
| 31 | 汝等憑鬼者を恃むなかれ卜筮師に問ことを爲て之に身を汚さるるなかれ我は汝らの神ヱホバなり | Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the Lord your God. |
| 32 | 白髮の人の前には起あがるべしまた老人の身を敬ひ汝の神を畏るべし我はヱホバなり | Thou shalt rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man, and fear thy God: I am the Lord. |
| 33 | 他國の人汝らの國に寄留て汝とともに在ばこれを虐ぐるなかれ | And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not vex him. |
| 34 | 汝等とともに居る他國の人をば汝らの中間に生れたる者のごとくし己のごとくに之を愛すべし汝等もエジブトの國に客たりし事あり我は汝らの神ヱホバなり | But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God. |
| 35 | 汝等審判に於ても尺度に於ても秤子に於ても升斗に於ても不義を爲べからず | Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure. |
| 36 | 汝等公平き秤公平き錘公平きエパ公平きヒンをもちふべし我は汝らの神ヱホバ汝らをエジブトの國より導き出せし者なり | Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall ye have: I am the Lord your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt. |
| 37 | 汝等わが一切の條例とわが一切の律法を守りてこれを行ふべし我はヱホバなり | Therefore shall ye observe all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: I am the Lord. |
