| 1 | ヱホバまたモーセに告て曰たまはく | And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, |
| 2 | イスラエルの子孫に告て言へ婦女もし種をやどして男子を生ば七日汚るべし即ちその月の穢の日數ほど汚るるなり | Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be unclean. |
| 3 | また第八日に至らばその嬰の前の皮を割べし | And in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised. |
| 4 | その婦女は尚その成潔の血に三十三日を歴べしその成潔の日の滿るまでは聖物にさはるべからず聖所にいるべからず | And she shall then continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirty days; she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled. |
| 5 | 若女子を生ば二七日汚るべし月の穢におけるがごとしまたその成潔の血に六十六日を經べきなり | But if she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days. |
| 6 | 而してその男子あるひは女子につきての成潔の日滿なば燔祭の爲に當歳の羔羊を取り罪祭のために雛き鴿あるひは鳲鳩を取てこれを集會の幕屋の門に携へきたり祭司にいたるべし | And when the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first year for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest: |
| 7 | 祭司は之をヱホバの前にささげてその婦女のために贖罪をなすべし然せばその出血の穢潔まるべし是すなはち男子または女子を生る婦女にかかはるところの例なり | Who shall offer it before the Lord, and make an atonement for her; and she shall be cleansed from the issue of her blood. This is the law for her that hath born a male or a female. |
| 8 | その婦女もし羔羊にまで手の届かざる時は鳲鳩二羽か又は雛き鴿二羽を携へきたるべし是一は燔祭のため一は罪祭のためなり祭司これがために贖罪をなすべし然せば婦女は潔まるべし | And if she be not able to bring a lamb, then she shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons; the one for the burnt offering, and the other for a sin offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for her, and she shall be clean. |
