절Gothic (Nehemiah NT Portions)King James Version
— We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.
— Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.
. . . . 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌴 𐌹𐌳𐍅𐌴𐌹𐍄𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌴 𐌸𐌿𐌺 𐌲𐌰𐌳𐍂𐌿𐍃𐌿𐌽 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌼𐌹𐌺. For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me.
𐍃𐍅𐌰 𐍆𐌹𐌻𐌿 𐌰𐌿𐌺 𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐍆𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌹𐌸 𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸, 𐌳𐌿 𐌿𐌽𐍃𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹 𐌻𐌰𐌹𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌹𐌸 𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸, 𐌴𐌹 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌷 𐌸𐌿𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐌸𐍂𐌰𐍆𐍃𐍄𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌱𐍉𐌺𐍉 𐍅𐌴𐌽 𐌷𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹𐌼𐌰. For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
𐌹𐌸 𐌲𐌿𐌸 𐌸𐌿𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐍂𐌰𐍆𐍃𐍄𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐌲𐌹𐌱𐌰𐌹 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐍃𐌰𐌼𐍉 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌸𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌼𐌹𐍃𐍃𐍉 𐌱𐌹 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌿 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿, Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:
𐌴𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐍅𐌹𐌻𐌾𐌰𐌹 𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌼𐌿𐌽𐌸𐌰 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌷𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌸 𐌲𐌿𐌸 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐍄𐍄𐌰𐌽 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌿𐌽𐍃𐌰𐍂𐌹𐍃 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿𐌹𐍃 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿𐍃. That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌽𐌹𐌼𐌰𐌹𐌸 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌼𐌹𐍃𐍃𐍉, 𐍃𐍅𐌰𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌿𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌽𐌰𐌼 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌳𐌿 𐍅𐌿𐌻𐌸𐌰𐌿 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌹𐍃. Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰 𐌰𐌿𐌺 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌿 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌱𐌰𐌷𐍄 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼 𐍃𐌿𐌽𐌾𐌰𐌹 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌹𐍃 𐌳𐌿 𐌲𐌰𐍄𐌿𐌻𐌲𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍄𐌰 𐌰𐍄𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌴, Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:
𐌹𐌸 𐌸𐌹𐌿𐌳𐍉𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐍂𐌼𐌰𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍄𐌴𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌷𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌲𐌿𐌸, 𐍃𐍅𐌰𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌹𐌸 𐌹𐍃𐍄: 𐌳𐌿𐌸𐌸𐌴 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍄𐌰 𐌸𐌿𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌹𐌿𐌳𐍉𐌼, 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌰, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌽𐌰𐌼𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌻𐌹𐌿𐌸𐍉. And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐍆𐍄𐍂𐌰 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌹𐌸: 𐍃𐌹𐍆𐌰𐌹𐌸 𐌸𐌹𐌿𐌳𐍉𐍃 𐌼𐌹𐌸 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐍃. And again he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐍆𐍄𐍂𐌰 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌹𐌸: 𐌷𐌰𐌶𐌾𐌹𐌸 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐍉𐍃 𐌸𐌹𐌿𐌳𐍉𐍃 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌷𐌰𐌶𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐍉𐍃 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌴𐌹𐌽𐍃. And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; and laud him, all ye people.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐍆𐍄𐍂𐌰 𐌴𐍃𐌰𐌴𐌹𐌰𐍃 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌹𐌸: 𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌹𐌸 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐍄𐍃 𐌹𐌰𐌹𐍃𐍃𐌰𐌹𐌶𐌹𐍃, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍃𐌰 𐌿𐍃𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐍂𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌽𐍉𐌸 𐌸𐌹𐌿𐌳𐍉𐌼; 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌸𐌹𐌿𐌳𐍉𐍃 𐍅𐌴𐌽𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳. And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust.
𐌹𐌸 𐌲𐌿𐌸 𐌻𐌿𐌱𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐍆𐌿𐌻𐌻𐌾𐌰𐌹 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌶𐍉𐍃 𐍆𐌰𐌷𐌴𐌳𐌰𐌹𐍃 . . . . Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
— And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another.
— Nevertheless, brethren, I have written the more boldly unto you in some sort, as putting you in mind, because of the grace that is given to me of God,
— That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.
— I have therefore whereof I may glory through Jesus Christ in those things which pertain to God.
— For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed,
— Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.
— Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man’s foundation:
— But as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand.
— For which cause also I have been much hindered from coming to you.
— But now having no more place in these parts, and having a great desire these many years to come unto you;
— Whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for I trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first I be somewhat filled with your company.
— But now I go unto Jerusalem to minister unto the saints.
— For it hath pleased them of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem.
— It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things.
— When therefore I have performed this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will come by you into Spain.
— And I am sure that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ.
— Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ’s sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me;
— That I may be delivered from them that do not believe in Judea; and that my service which I have for Jerusalem may be accepted of the saints;
— That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed.
— Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.
