1 𐌹𐌸 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿𐍃, 𐌰𐌷𐌼𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐍅𐌴𐌹𐌷𐌹𐍃 𐍆𐌿𐌻𐌻𐍃, 𐌲𐌰𐍅𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐍃𐌹𐌺 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼 𐌹𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌿 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍄𐌰𐌿𐌷𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐌷𐌼𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐌿𐌸𐌹𐌳𐌰𐌹 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,
2 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌴 𐍆𐌹𐌳𐍅𐍉𐍂 𐍄𐌹𐌲𐌿𐌽𐍃, 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌹𐍃𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼 𐌳𐌹𐌰𐌱𐌿𐌻𐌰𐌿. 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌽𐌹 𐌼𐌰𐍄𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐌹𐌷𐍄 𐌹𐌽 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌼 𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹𐌼, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐍄 𐌿𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿𐌷𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌼, 𐌱𐌹𐌸𐌴 𐌲𐍂𐌴𐌳𐌰𐌲𐍃 𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸. Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.
3 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌳𐌹𐌰𐌱𐌿𐌻𐌿𐍃: 𐌾𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐌿𐌽𐌰𐌿𐍃 𐍃𐌹𐌾𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌹𐍃, 𐌵𐌹𐌸 𐌸𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌴𐌹 𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐌷𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌱𐍃. And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.
4 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌷𐍉𐍆 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿𐍃 𐍅𐌹𐌸𐍂𐌰 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃: 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌹𐌳 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌽𐌹 𐌱𐌹 𐌷𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌱 𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌻𐌹𐌱𐌰𐌹𐌳 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌽𐌰, 𐌰𐌺 𐌱𐌹 𐌰𐌻𐌻 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳𐌴 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌹𐍃. And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
5 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐍃𐍄𐌹𐌿𐌷𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌳𐌹𐌰𐌱𐌿𐌻𐌰𐌿𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐍆𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌲𐌿𐌽𐌹 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌷𐌰𐍄𐌰, 𐌰𐍄𐌰𐌿𐌲𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌸𐌹𐌿𐌳𐌹𐌽𐌰𐍃𐍃𐌿𐌽𐍃 𐌸𐌹𐍃 𐌼𐌹𐌳𐌾𐌿𐌽𐌲𐌰𐍂𐌳𐌹𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐍄𐌹𐌺𐌰 𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌹𐍃. And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
6 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐍃𐌰 𐌳𐌹𐌰𐌱𐌿𐌻𐌿𐍃: 𐌸𐌿𐍃 𐌲𐌹𐌱𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐌻𐌳𐌿𐍆𐌽𐌹 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌴 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌿𐌻𐌸𐌿 𐌹𐌶𐌴, 𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐌼𐌹𐍃 𐌰𐍄𐌲𐌹𐌱𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐍃𐍄, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐌹𐍃𐍈𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌴𐌷 𐌸𐌴𐌹 𐍅𐌹𐌻𐌾𐌰𐌿, 𐌲𐌹𐌱𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰. And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
7 𐌸𐌿 𐌽𐌿 𐌾𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹 𐌹𐌽𐍅𐌴𐌹𐍄𐌹𐍃 𐌼𐌹𐌺 𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌾𐌰 𐌼𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰, 𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌹𐌸 𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐌻𐌻. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.
8 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌷𐌰𐍆𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿𐍃 𐌵𐌰𐌸: 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌹𐌳 𐌹𐍃𐍄, 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌲𐌿𐌸 𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌽𐍅𐌴𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐍆𐌿𐌻𐌻𐌰𐍆𐌰𐌷𐌾𐌰𐌹𐍃. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
9 𐌸𐌰𐌸𐍂𐍉𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐍄𐌰𐌿𐌷 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌿𐍃𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌼 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐌰𐍄𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌲𐌹𐌱𐌻𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐌻𐌷𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰: 𐌾𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐌿𐌽𐌿𐍃 𐍃𐌹𐌾𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌹𐍃, 𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍀 𐌸𐌿𐌺 𐌸𐌰𐌸𐍂𐍉 𐌳𐌰𐌻𐌰𐌸; And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:
10 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌹𐌳 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐌰𐌿𐌺 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌹𐌻𐌿𐌼 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌱𐌹𐌿𐌳𐌹𐌸 𐌱𐌹 𐌸𐌿𐌺 𐌳𐌿 𐌲𐌰𐍆𐌰𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌽 𐌸𐌿𐌺, For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee:
11 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌷𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌿𐌼 𐌸𐌿𐌺 𐌿𐍆𐌷𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌽𐌳, 𐌴𐌹 𐍈𐌰𐌽 𐌽𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌲𐌵𐌾𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐌱𐌹 𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐍆𐍉𐍄𐌿 𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌰. And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
12 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌷𐌰𐍆𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌵𐌰𐌸 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐍃𐍄: 𐌽𐌹 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌹𐍃𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌲𐌿𐌸 𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌰. And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
13 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐍃𐍄𐌹𐌿𐌷𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌰𐌻𐌻 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌹𐍃𐍄𐍉𐌱𐌽𐌾𐍉 𐌳𐌹𐌰𐌱𐌿𐌻𐌿𐍃, 𐌰𐍆𐍃𐍄𐍉𐌸 𐍆𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍂𐌰 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌿𐌽𐌳 𐌼𐌴𐌻. And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season.
14 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐍅𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐍃𐌹𐌺 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐌼𐌰𐌷𐍄𐌰𐌹 𐌰𐌷𐌼𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌰𐌽, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌼𐌴𐍂𐌹𐌸𐌰 𐌿𐍂𐍂𐌰𐌽𐌽 𐌰𐌽𐌳 𐌰𐌻𐌻 𐌲𐌰𐍅𐌹 𐌱𐌹𐍃𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴 𐌱𐌹 𐌹𐌽𐌰. And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.
15 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐍃 𐌻𐌰𐌹𐍃𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌵𐌿𐌼𐌸𐌹𐌼 𐌹𐌶𐌴, 𐌼𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌻𐌹𐌳𐍃 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌼. And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.
16 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌼 𐌹𐌽 𐌽𐌰𐌶𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌸, 𐌸𐌰𐍂𐌴𐌹 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐍆𐍉𐌳𐌹𐌸𐍃, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌸 𐌹𐌽𐌽 𐌱𐌹 𐌱𐌹𐌿𐌷𐍄𐌾𐌰 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌰 𐍃𐌰𐌱𐌱𐌰𐍄𐍉 𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐍅𐌽𐌰𐌲𐍉𐌲𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐍃𐍃𐍄𐍉𐌸 𐍃𐌹𐌲𐌲𐍅𐌰𐌽 𐌱𐍉𐌺𐍉𐍃. And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.
17 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐍄𐌲𐌹𐌱𐌰𐌽𐍉𐍃 𐍅𐌴𐍃𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌱𐍉𐌺𐍉𐍃 𐌴𐌹𐍃𐌰𐌴𐌹𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐍀𐍂𐌰𐌿𐍆𐌴𐍄𐌿𐍃, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐍃𐌻𐌿𐌺𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌸𐍉𐍃 𐌱𐍉𐌺𐍉𐍃 𐌱𐌹𐌲𐌰𐍄 𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌳, 𐌸𐌰𐍂𐌴𐌹 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌹𐌳: And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,
18 𐌰𐌷𐌼𐌰 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌼𐌹𐍃, 𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌴𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐌰𐌻𐌱𐍉𐌳𐌰 𐌼𐌹𐌺 𐌳𐌿 𐍅𐌰𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌼𐌴𐍂𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌿𐌽𐌻𐌴𐌳𐌰𐌹𐌼, 𐌹𐌽𐍃𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌼𐌹𐌺 𐌳𐌿 𐌲𐌰𐌽𐌰𐍃𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌰𐌻𐍅𐌹𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍄𐌹𐌽, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
19 𐌼𐌴𐍂𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌷𐌿𐌽𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌻𐌴𐍄 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌱𐌻𐌹𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐍃𐌹𐌿𐌽, 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌻𐌴𐍄𐌰𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌸𐍂𐌰𐍆𐍃𐍄𐌴𐌹𐌽, 𐌼𐌴𐍂𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌾𐌴𐍂 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌴𐌼. To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
20 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍆𐌰𐌹𐍆𐌰𐌻𐌸 𐌸𐍉𐍃 𐌱𐍉𐌺𐍉𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐍃𐌲𐌹𐌱𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌱𐌰𐌷𐍄𐌰 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐌰𐍄. 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐍅𐌽𐌰𐌲𐍉𐌲𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐍅𐌴𐍃𐌿𐌽 𐌰𐌿𐌲𐍉𐌽𐌰 𐍆𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍅𐌴𐌹𐍄𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍉𐌽𐌰 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰. And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
21 𐌳𐌿𐌲𐌰𐌽𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐍂𐍉𐌳𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌷𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌰 𐌿𐍃𐍆𐌿𐌻𐌻𐌽𐍉𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌰 𐌸𐍉 𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐌿𐍃𐌰𐌼 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌼. And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
22 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹 𐌰𐌻𐌰𐌺𐌾𐍉 𐍅𐌴𐌹𐍄𐍅𐍉𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌳𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌱𐌹 𐌸𐍉 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳𐌰 𐌰𐌽𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐌸𐍉 𐌿𐍃𐌲𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍉𐌽𐌰 𐌿𐍃 𐌼𐌿𐌽𐌸𐌰 𐌹𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌴𐌸𐌿𐌽: 𐌽𐌹𐌿 𐍃𐌰 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐍃𐌿𐌽𐌿𐍃 𐌹𐍉𐍃𐌴𐍆𐌹𐍃? And all bare him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph’s son?
23 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼: 𐌰𐌿𐍆𐍄𐍉 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌹𐌸 𐌼𐌹𐍃 𐌸𐍉 𐌲𐌰𐌾𐌿𐌺𐍉𐌽: 𐌸𐌿 𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌹, 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐌻𐌴𐌹 𐌸𐌿𐌺 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰𐌽; 𐍈𐌰𐌽 𐍆𐌹𐌻𐌿 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐍃𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌼 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌽 𐌺𐌰𐍆𐌰𐍂𐌽𐌰𐌿𐌼, 𐍄𐌰𐍅𐌴𐌹 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌷𐌴𐍂 𐌹𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹. And he said unto them, Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in thy country.
24 𐌵𐌰𐌸 𐌸𐌰𐌽: 𐌰𐌼𐌴𐌽 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰, 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌽𐌹 𐌰𐌹𐌽𐍃𐌷𐌿𐌽 𐍀𐍂𐌰𐌿𐍆𐌴𐍄𐌴 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌴𐌼𐍃 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐌹𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹: And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country.
25 𐌰𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌱𐌹 𐍃𐌿𐌽𐌾𐌰𐌹 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐍉𐍃 𐍅𐌹𐌳𐌿𐍅𐍉𐌽𐍃 𐍅𐌴𐍃𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌽 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌼 𐌷𐌴𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐍃𐍂𐌰𐌴𐌻𐌰, 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌿𐌺𐌽𐍉𐌳𐌰 𐌷𐌹𐌼𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌳𐌿 𐌾𐌴𐍂𐌰𐌼 𐌸𐍂𐌹𐌼 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌼𐌴𐌽𐍉𐌸𐍃 𐍃𐌰𐌹𐌷𐍃, 𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸 𐌷𐌿𐌷𐍂𐌿𐍃 𐌼𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌻𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌳 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰 𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌰: But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land;
26 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌽𐌹 𐌳𐌿 𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹𐌷𐌿𐌽 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐍉 𐌹𐌽𐍃𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌸𐍃 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌷𐌴𐌻𐌹𐌰𐍃, 𐌰𐌻𐌾𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹𐍀𐍄𐌰 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌳𐍉𐌽𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐌳𐌿 𐌵𐌹𐌽𐍉𐌽 𐍅𐌹𐌳𐌿𐍅𐍉𐌽. But unto none of them was Elias sent, save unto Sarepta, a city of Sidon, unto a woman that was a widow.
27 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌹 𐌸𐍂𐌿𐍄𐍃𐍆𐌹𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹 𐍅𐌴𐍃𐌿𐌽 𐌿𐍆 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐌻𐌴𐌹𐍃𐌰𐌹𐌿 𐍀𐍂𐌰𐌿𐍆𐌴𐍄𐌰𐌿 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐍃𐍂𐌰𐌴𐌻𐌰, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌽𐌹 𐌰𐌹𐌽𐍃𐌷𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌶𐌴 𐌲𐌰𐌷𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌹𐌳𐍃 𐍅𐌰𐍃, 𐌰𐌻𐌾𐌰 𐌽𐌰𐌹𐌼𐌰𐌽 𐍃𐌰 𐍃𐌰𐌿𐍂. And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian.
28 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍆𐌿𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌸𐌿𐌽 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹 𐌼𐍉𐌳𐌹𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐍅𐌽𐌰𐌲𐍉𐌲𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐍃𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰. And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath,
29 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐍃𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌿𐍃𐌺𐌿𐍃𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌿𐍄 𐌿𐍃 𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌲 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌱𐍂𐌰𐌷𐍄𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌿𐌽𐌳 𐌰𐌿𐌷𐌼𐌹𐍃𐍄𐍉 𐌸𐌹𐍃 𐍆𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌲𐌿𐌽𐌾𐌹𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌴𐌹 𐍃𐍉 𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌲𐍃 𐌹𐌶𐌴 𐌲𐌰𐍄𐌹𐌼𐍂𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐍃, 𐌳𐌿 𐌰𐍆𐌳𐍂𐌰𐌿𐍃𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐌸𐍂𐍉. And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.
30 𐌹𐌸 𐌹𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌷𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌷 𐌼𐌹𐌳𐌾𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐌳𐌳𐌾𐌰. But he passing through the midst of them went his way,
31 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌸 𐌹𐌽 𐌺𐌰𐍆𐌰𐍂𐌽𐌰𐌿𐌼, 𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌲 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌰𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌻𐌰𐌹𐍃𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐌰𐌱𐌱𐌰𐍄𐌹𐌼. And came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbath days.
32 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌳𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌱𐌹 𐌸𐍉 𐌻𐌰𐌹𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐍃, 𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐌹𐌽 𐍅𐌰𐌻𐌳𐌿𐍆𐌽𐌾𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳 𐌹𐍃. And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power.
33 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐍅𐌽𐌰𐌲𐍉𐌲𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌽𐌰 𐌷𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌰𐌷𐌼𐌰𐌽 𐌿𐌽𐌷𐌿𐌻𐌸𐍉𐌽𐍃 𐌿𐌽𐌷𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐍆𐌷𐍂𐍉𐍀𐌹𐌳𐌰, And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice,
34 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃: 𐌻𐌴𐍄! 𐍈𐌰 𐌿𐌽𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐌿𐍃, 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿 𐌽𐌰𐌶𐍉𐍂𐌴𐌽𐌿? 𐌵𐌰𐌼𐍄 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌵𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌿𐌽𐍃𐌹𐍃? 𐌺𐌰𐌽𐌽 𐌸𐌿𐌺, 𐍈𐌰𐍃 𐌹𐍃, 𐍃𐌰 𐍅𐌴𐌹𐌷𐌰 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌹𐍃. Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God.
35 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐍈𐍉𐍄𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿𐍃 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃: 𐌰𐍆𐌳𐍉𐌱𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐍃𐌲𐌰𐌲𐌲 𐌿𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰. 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍀𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐍃𐌰 𐌿𐌽𐌷𐌿𐌻𐌸𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌼𐌹𐌳𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌿𐍂𐍂𐌰𐌽𐌽 𐌰𐍆 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰, 𐌽𐌹 𐍅𐌰𐌹𐌷𐍄𐌰𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐌺𐌰𐌸𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰. And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the midst, he came out of him, and hurt him not.
36 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸 𐌰𐍆𐍃𐌻𐌰𐌿𐌸𐌽𐌰𐌽 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌽𐍃, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍂𐍉𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌳𐌿 𐍃𐌹𐍃 𐌼𐌹𐍃𐍃𐍉 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃: 𐍈𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳𐌴 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰, 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌼𐌹𐌸 𐍅𐌰𐌻𐌳𐌿𐍆𐌽𐌾𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌼𐌰𐌷𐍄𐌰𐌹 𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌱𐌹𐌿𐌳𐌹𐌸 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌿𐌽𐌷𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌾𐌰𐌼 𐌰𐌷𐌼𐌰𐌼 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐍃𐌲𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌰𐌽𐌳? And they were all amazed, and spake among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out.
37 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐍃𐌹𐌳𐌳𐌾𐌰 𐌼𐌴𐍂𐌹𐌸𐌰 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌰𐌽𐌳 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌳𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌸𐌹𐍃 𐌱𐌹𐍃𐌿𐌽𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌴 𐌻𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌹𐍃. And the fame of him went out into every place of the country round about.
38 𐌿𐍃𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌿𐍃 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐍅𐌽𐌰𐌲𐍉𐌲𐌰𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌸 𐌹𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐍂𐌳 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌼𐍉𐌽𐌹𐍃. 𐍃𐍅𐌰𐌹𐌷𐍂𐍉 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌸𐌹𐍃 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌼𐍉𐌽𐌹𐍃 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌷𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌱𐍂𐌹𐌽𐌽𐍉𐌽 𐌼𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌹, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌱𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌱𐌹 𐌸𐍉. And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon’s house. And Simon’s wife’s mother was taken with a great fever; and they besought him for her.
39 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐍄𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌿𐍆𐌰𐍂 𐌹𐌾𐌰 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐍉𐌺 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌰𐌹 𐌱𐍂𐌹𐌽𐌽𐍉𐌽, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐍆𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌻𐍉𐍄 𐌹𐌾𐌰. 𐍃𐌿𐌽𐍃𐌰𐌹𐍅 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌿𐍃𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌱𐌰𐌷𐍄𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌹𐌼. And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she arose and ministered unto them.
40 𐌼𐌹𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌴𐌹 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐍃𐌰𐌲𐌵 𐍃𐌿𐌽𐌽𐍉, 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐍅𐌰 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌷𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐍃𐌹𐌿𐌺𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐍃𐌰𐌿𐌷𐍄𐌹𐌼 𐌼𐌹𐍃𐍃𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌰𐌹𐌼, 𐌱𐍂𐌰𐌷𐍄𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌰𐍄 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰: 𐌹𐌸 𐌹𐍃 𐌰𐌹𐌽𐍈𐌰𐍂𐌾𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌴𐌷 𐌹𐌶𐌴 𐌷𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌿𐌽𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌻𐌰𐌲𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐌷𐌰𐌹𐌻𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌹𐌽𐍃. Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.
41 𐌿𐍃𐌹𐌳𐌳𐌾𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐌽𐌷𐌿𐌻𐌸𐍉𐌽𐍃 𐌰𐍆 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌷𐍂𐍉𐍀𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌸𐌿 𐌹𐍃 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌿𐍃, 𐍃𐌿𐌽𐌿𐍃 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌹𐍃. 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐌰𐌺𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌹𐌼 𐌽𐌹 𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌻𐍉𐍄 𐌸𐍉𐍃 𐍂𐍉𐌳𐌾𐌰𐌽, 𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐍅𐌹𐍃𐍃𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 [𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰𐌽] 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌿 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐍅𐌹𐍃𐌰𐌽. And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.
42 𐌱𐌹𐌸𐌴𐌷 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐍃, 𐌿𐍃𐌲𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌸 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌰𐌿𐌸𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌳, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌴𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐍃𐍉𐌺𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌴𐌼𐌿𐌽 𐌿𐌽𐌳 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐌷𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐌰, 𐌴𐌹 𐌽𐌹 𐌰𐍆𐌻𐌹𐌸𐌹 𐍆𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍂𐌰 𐌹𐌼. And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert place: and the people sought him, and came unto him, and stayed him, that he should not depart from them.
43 𐌸𐌰𐍂𐌿𐌷 𐌹𐍃 𐌵𐌰𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌰𐌽𐌸𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌲𐌹𐌼 𐍅𐌰𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌼𐌴𐍂𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌺 𐍃𐌺𐌰𐌻 𐌱𐌹 𐌸𐌹𐌿𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌲𐌰𐍂𐌳𐌾𐌰 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌹𐍃, 𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐌳𐌿𐌸𐌴 𐌼𐌹𐌺 𐌹𐌽𐍃𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌰. And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.
44 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌼𐌴𐍂𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐍅𐌽𐌰𐌲𐍉𐌲𐌹𐌼 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌰𐍃. And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee.
