𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌽 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌽𐍃, 𐌿𐍂𐍂𐌰𐌽𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌲𐍂𐌴𐍆𐍄𐍃 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼 𐌺𐌰𐌹𐍃𐌰𐍂𐌰 𐌰𐌲𐌿𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿, 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌼𐌹𐌳𐌾𐌿𐌽𐌲𐌰𐍂𐌳. And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Cesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed.
𐍃𐍉𐌷 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌲𐌹𐌻𐍃𐍄𐍂𐌰𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐍆𐍂𐌿𐌼𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸 𐌰𐍄 [𐍅𐌹𐍃𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌽 𐌺𐌹𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐍃𐍅𐍂𐌹𐌰𐌹𐍃] 𐍂𐌰𐌲𐌹𐌽𐍉𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌹𐌼 𐌺𐍅𐍂𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹𐌰𐌿. (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.)
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐌳𐌳𐌾𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹, 𐌴𐌹 𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌹𐌳𐌰𐌹 𐍅𐌴𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰, 𐍈𐌰𐍂𐌾𐌹𐌶𐌿𐌷 𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹 𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌲. And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city.
𐌿𐍂𐍂𐌰𐌽𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐍉𐍃𐌴𐍆 𐌿𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌰, 𐌿𐍃 𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌲 𐌽𐌰𐌶𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌸, 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌿𐌳𐌰𐌹𐌰𐌽, 𐌹𐌽 𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌲 𐌳𐌰𐍅𐌴𐌹𐌳𐌹𐍃 𐍃𐌴𐌹 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌳𐌰 𐌱𐌴𐌸𐌻𐌰𐌷𐌰𐌹𐌼, 𐌳𐌿𐌸𐌴 𐌴𐌹 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌿𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐍂𐌳𐌰 𐍆𐌰𐌳𐍂𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐌳𐌰𐍅𐌴𐌹𐌳𐌹𐍃, And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:)
𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌼𐌹𐌸 𐌼𐌰𐍂𐌹𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐌴𐌹 𐌹𐌽 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌲𐌹𐍆𐍄𐌹𐌼 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌵𐌴𐌹𐌽𐍃, 𐍅𐌹𐍃𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐌺𐌹𐌻𐌸𐍉𐌽. To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.
𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸 𐌸𐌰𐌽, 𐌼𐌹𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌴𐌹 𐌸𐍉 𐍅𐌴𐍃𐌿𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰𐍂, 𐌿𐍃𐍆𐌿𐌻𐌻𐌽𐍉𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐍉𐍃 𐌳𐌿 𐌱𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌶𐌰𐌹. And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐌱𐌰𐍂 𐍃𐌿𐌽𐌿 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐍆𐍂𐌿𐌼𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌱𐌹𐍅𐌰𐌽𐌳 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌰𐌲𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌿𐌶𐌴𐍄𐌹𐌽, 𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐌽𐌹 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌹𐌼 𐍂𐌿𐌼𐌹𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌳𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌳𐌾𐍉𐍃 𐍅𐌴𐍃𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐍃𐌰𐌼𐌹𐌽 𐌻𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰, 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌷𐍅𐌰𐌺𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐍅𐌰𐌷𐍄𐍅𐍉𐌼 𐌽𐌰𐌷𐍄𐍃 𐌿𐍆𐌰𐍂𐍉 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌳𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹. And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.
𐌹𐌸 𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌹𐌻𐌿𐍃 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌵𐌰𐌼 𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌿𐌻𐌸𐌿𐍃 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌱𐌹𐍃𐌺𐌰𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐍃, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍉𐌷𐍄𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌰𐌲𐌹𐍃𐌰 𐌼𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼 𐍃𐌰 𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌹𐌻𐌿𐍃: 𐌽𐌹 𐍉𐌲𐌴𐌹𐌸, 𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐍃𐌰𐌹, 𐍃𐍀𐌹𐌻𐌻𐍉 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐍆𐌰𐌷𐌴𐌹𐌳 𐌼𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌻𐌰, 𐍃𐌴𐌹 𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌹𐌸 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌴𐌹𐌽, And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌷𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌰 𐌽𐌰𐍃𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃, 𐍃𐌰𐌴𐌹 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌿𐍃 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌰, 𐌹𐌽 𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌲 𐌳𐌰𐍅𐌴𐌹𐌳𐌹𐍃. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐍄𐌰𐌹𐌺𐌽𐍃: 𐌱𐌹𐌲𐌹𐍄𐌹𐌳 𐌱𐌰𐍂𐌽 𐌱𐌹𐍅𐌿𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌰𐌲𐌹𐌳 𐌹𐌽 𐌿𐌶𐌴𐍄𐌹𐌽. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌺𐍃 𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸 𐌼𐌹𐌸 𐌸𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌿 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌴𐌹 𐌷𐌰𐍂𐌾𐌹𐍃 𐌷𐌹𐌼𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌺𐌿𐌽𐌳𐌹𐍃 𐌷𐌰𐌶𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌴 𐌲𐌿𐌸 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌴: And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,
𐍅𐌿𐌻𐌸𐌿𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌷𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌾𐌰𐌼 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌹 𐌹𐌽 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌽𐌰𐌼 𐌲𐍉𐌳𐌹𐍃 𐍅𐌹𐌻𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃. Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸, 𐌱𐌹𐌸𐌴 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌹𐌸𐌿𐌽 𐍆𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍂𐌰 𐌹𐌼 𐌹𐌽 𐌷𐌹𐌼𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌹𐌻𐌾𐌿𐍃, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌳𐌾𐍉𐍃 𐌵𐌴𐌸𐌿𐌽 𐌳𐌿 𐍃𐌹𐍃 𐌼𐌹𐍃𐍃𐍉: 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌷𐌲𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌰𐌹𐌼𐌰 𐌾𐌿 𐌿𐌽𐌳 𐌱𐌴𐌸𐌻𐌰𐌷𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍃𐌰𐌹𐍈𐌰𐌹𐌼𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌽𐍉, 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌰 𐌲𐌰𐌺𐌰𐌽𐌽𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌿𐌽𐍃𐌹𐍃. And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌴𐌼𐌿𐌽 𐍃𐌽𐌹𐌿𐌼𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌱𐌹𐌲𐌴𐍄𐌿𐌽 𐌼𐌰𐍂𐌹𐌰𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐍉𐍃𐌴𐍆 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌱𐌰𐍂𐌽 𐌻𐌹𐌲𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍉 𐌹𐌽 𐌿𐌶𐌴𐍄𐌹𐌽. And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.
𐌲𐌰𐍃𐌰𐌹𐍈𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌺𐌰𐌽𐌽𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌱𐌹 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐍂𐍉𐌳𐌹𐌸 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼 𐌱𐌹 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌱𐌰𐍂𐌽. And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹 𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐌷𐌰𐌿𐍃𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌳𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌱𐌹 𐌸𐍉 𐍂𐍉𐌳𐌹𐌳𐍉𐌽𐌰 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌳𐌾𐌰𐌼 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼. And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.
𐌹𐌸 𐌼𐌰𐍂𐌹𐌰 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰 𐌲𐌰𐍆𐌰𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌸𐍉 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳𐌰, 𐌸𐌰𐌲𐌺𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴𐌹 𐌹𐌽 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍄𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰. But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐍅𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐍃𐌹𐌺 𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌳𐌾𐍉𐍃 𐌼𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌻𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌷𐌰𐌶𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌲𐌿𐌸 𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌶𐌴 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌴𐌴𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐌷𐌰𐌿𐍃𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐌴𐍈𐌿𐌽 𐍃𐍅𐌰𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐍂𐍉𐌳𐌹𐌸 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼. And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌱𐌹𐌸𐌴 𐌿𐍃𐍆𐌿𐌻𐌽𐍉𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐍉𐍃 𐌰𐌷𐍄𐌰𐌿 𐌳𐌿 𐌱𐌹𐌼𐌰𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐌰, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌽 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌽𐌰𐌼𐍉 𐌹𐍃 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿𐍃, 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽𐍉 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼 𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌿 𐍆𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌴𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐌽𐌿𐌼𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐍅𐌴𐍃𐌹 𐌹𐌽 𐍅𐌰𐌼𐌱𐌰. And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌱𐌹𐌸𐌴 𐌿𐍃𐍆𐌿𐌻𐌽𐍉𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐍉𐍃 𐌷𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐌹𐌶𐌴 𐌱𐌹 𐍅𐌹𐍄𐍉𐌳𐌰 𐌼𐍉𐍃𐌴𐌶𐌹𐍃, 𐌱𐍂𐌰𐌷𐍄𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌿𐍃𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌼, 𐌰𐍄𐍃𐌰𐍄𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐍆𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌰 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽, And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord;
𐍃𐍅𐌰𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌴𐌻𐌹𐌳 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐌹𐌽 𐍅𐌹𐍄𐍉𐌳𐌰 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃: 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐍈𐌰𐌶𐌿𐌷 𐌲𐌿𐌼𐌰𐌺𐌿𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌹𐌶𐌴 𐌿𐍃𐌻𐌿𐌺𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌿 𐍅𐌴𐌹𐌷𐍃 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌳𐌰, (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;)
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌴𐌹 𐌲𐌴𐌱𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌷𐌿𐌽𐍃𐌻, 𐍃𐍅𐌰𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐌹𐌽 𐍅𐌹𐍄𐍉𐌳𐌰 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃, 𐌲𐌰𐌾𐌿𐌺 𐌷𐍂𐌰𐌹𐍅𐌰𐌳𐌿𐌱𐍉𐌽𐍉 𐌰𐌹𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌿 𐍄𐍅𐍉𐍃 𐌾𐌿𐌲𐌲𐍉𐌽𐍃 𐌰𐌷𐌰𐌺𐌴. And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.
𐌸𐌰𐍂𐌿𐌷 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌿𐍃𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌼, 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌴𐌹 𐌽𐌰𐌼𐍉 𐍃𐍅𐌼𐌰𐌹𐍉𐌽, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍃𐌰 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌽𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌷𐍄𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌰𐍆𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌷𐍄𐍃, 𐌱𐌴𐌹𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌻𐌰𐌸𐍉𐌽𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐌹𐍃𐍂𐌰𐌴𐌻𐌹𐍃, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌷𐌼𐌰 𐍅𐌴𐌹𐌷𐍃 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰. And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌲𐌰𐍄𐌰𐌹𐌷𐌰𐌽 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼 𐌰𐌷𐌼𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐍅𐌴𐌹𐌷𐌹𐌽 𐌽𐌹 𐍃𐌰𐌹𐍈𐌰𐌽 𐌳𐌰𐌿𐌸𐌿, 𐍆𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌴 𐍃𐌴𐍈𐌹 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌿 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃. And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord’s Christ.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌼 𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐌷𐌼𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌰𐌹 𐌰𐌻𐌷; 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌼𐌹𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌴𐌹 𐌹𐌽𐌽𐌰𐍄𐍄𐌰𐌿𐌷𐌿𐌽 𐌱𐌴𐍂𐌿𐍃𐌾𐍉𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌱𐌰𐍂𐌽 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿, 𐌴𐌹 𐍄𐌰𐍅𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌱𐌹 𐌱𐌹𐌿𐌷𐍄𐌾𐌰 𐍅𐌹𐍄𐍉𐌳𐌹𐍃 𐌱𐌹 𐌹𐌽𐌰, And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law,
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌽𐌰𐌼 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌰𐍂𐌼𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐌹𐌿𐌸𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌸: Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said,
𐌽𐌿 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐍃𐌺𐌰𐌻𐌺 𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌰, [𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍉𐌽𐌳] 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌰, 𐌱𐌹 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳𐌰 𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌾𐌰; Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word:
𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴 𐍃𐌴𐍈𐌿𐌽 𐌰𐌿𐌲𐍉𐌽𐌰 𐌼𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌽𐌰𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰, For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,
𐌸𐍉𐌴𐌹 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐍅𐌹𐌳𐌴𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌾𐌰 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌶𐍉 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌴𐌹𐌽𐍉, Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people;
𐌻𐌹𐌿𐌷𐌰𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌷𐌿𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹 𐌸𐌹𐌿𐌳𐍉𐌼 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌿𐌻𐌸𐌿 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹 𐌹𐍃𐍂𐌰𐌴𐌻𐌰. A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌹𐍉𐍃𐌴𐍆 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌹𐌸𐌴𐌹 𐌹𐍃 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌳𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍉𐌽𐌰 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌸𐍉𐌴𐌹 𐍂𐍉𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐍅𐌴𐍃𐌿𐌽 𐌱𐌹 𐌹𐌽𐌰. And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐌹𐌿𐌸𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐍃𐍅𐌼𐌰𐌹𐍉𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌼𐌰𐍂𐌹𐌹𐌽, 𐌰𐌹𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐍃: 𐍃𐌰𐌹, 𐍃𐌰 𐌻𐌹𐌲𐌹𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌳𐍂𐌿𐍃𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐍃𐍃𐍄𐌰𐍃𐍃𐌰𐌹 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌹𐌶𐌴 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐍃𐍂𐌰𐌴𐌻𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌳𐌿 𐍄𐌰𐌹𐌺𐌽𐌰𐌹 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃𐌰𐌺𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌹. And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐍉𐌽𐍃 𐍃𐌰𐌹𐍅𐌰𐌻𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌷𐌲𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌹𐌸 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌿𐍃, 𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌷𐌿𐌻𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌿 𐌿𐍃 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍄𐌰𐌼 𐌼𐌹𐍄𐍉𐌽𐌴𐌹𐍃. (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌽𐌰 𐍀𐍂𐌰𐌿𐍆𐌴𐍄𐌴𐌹𐍃, 𐌳𐌰𐌿𐌷𐍄𐌰𐍂 𐍆𐌰𐌽𐌿𐌴𐌻𐌹𐍃, 𐌿𐍃 𐌺𐌿𐌽𐌾𐌰 𐌰𐍃𐌴𐍂𐌹𐍃; 𐍃𐍉𐌷 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼𐌰𐌻𐌳𐍂𐌰 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌴 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌹𐌶𐌴 𐌻𐌹𐌱𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴𐌹 𐌼𐌹𐌸 𐌰𐌱𐌹𐌽 𐌾𐌴𐍂𐌰 𐍃𐌹𐌱𐌿𐌽 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼 𐌼𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹, And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity;
𐍃𐍉𐌷 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐍅𐌹𐌳𐌿𐍅𐍉 𐌾𐌴𐍂𐌴 𐌰𐌷𐍄𐌰𐌿𐍄𐌴𐌷𐌿𐌽𐌳 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍆𐌹𐌳𐍅𐍉𐍂, 𐍃𐍉𐌷 𐌽𐌹 𐌰𐍆𐌹𐌳𐌳𐌾𐌰 𐍆𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍂𐌰 𐌰𐌻𐌷 𐍆𐌰𐍃𐍄𐌿𐌱𐌽𐌾𐌰𐌼 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌱𐌹𐌳𐍉𐌼 𐌱𐌻𐍉𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌽𐌰𐌷𐍄𐌰𐌼 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌼. And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.
𐍃𐍉𐌷 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌰𐌹 𐍈𐌴𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌹 𐌰𐍄𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌷𐌰𐌹𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍄 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍂𐍉𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌱𐌹 𐌹𐌽𐌰 [𐌹𐌽] 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌿𐍃𐌱𐌴𐌹𐌳𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌼 𐌻𐌰𐌸𐍉𐌽 𐌹𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌿𐍃𐌰𐌿𐌻𐍅𐌼𐍉𐍃. And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌱𐌹𐌸𐌴 𐌿𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿𐌷𐌿𐌽 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌱𐌹 𐍅𐌹𐍄𐍉𐌳𐌰 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃, 𐌲𐌰𐍅𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐍃𐌹𐌺 𐌹𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌰𐌽, 𐌹𐌽 𐌱𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌲 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌽𐌰𐌶𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌸. And when they had performed all things according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth.
𐌹𐌸 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌱𐌰𐍂𐌽 𐍅𐍉𐌷𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍃𐍅𐌹𐌽𐌸𐌽𐍉𐌳𐌰 𐌰𐌷𐌼𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐍆𐌿𐌻𐌻𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌷𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌿𐌲𐌴𐌹𐌽𐍃, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌽𐍃𐍄𐍃 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌹𐍃 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰. And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐍂𐌰𐍄𐍉𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐌱𐌹𐍂𐌿𐍃𐌾𐍉𐍃 𐌹𐍃 𐌾𐌴𐍂𐌰 𐍈𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌴𐌷 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌿𐍃𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌼 𐌰𐍄 𐌳𐌿𐌻𐌸 𐍀𐌰𐍃𐌺𐌰. Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the passover.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌱𐌹𐌸𐌴 𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸 𐍄𐍅𐌰𐌻𐌹𐌱𐍅𐌹𐌽𐍄𐍂𐌿𐍃, 𐌿𐍃𐌲𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌼 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌼 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌿𐍃𐌰𐌿𐌻𐍅𐌼𐌰 𐌱𐌹 𐌱𐌹𐌿𐌷𐍄𐌾𐌰 𐌳𐌿𐌻𐌸𐌰𐌹𐍃, And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐍃𐍄𐌹𐌿𐌷𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌼 𐌸𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌽𐍃, 𐌼𐌹𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌴 𐌲𐌰𐍅𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐍃𐌹𐌺 𐌰𐍆𐍄𐍂𐌰, 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐍄𐍉𐌸 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿𐍃 𐍃𐌰 𐌼𐌰𐌲𐌿𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌿𐍃𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌼, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌽𐌹 𐍅𐌹𐍃𐍃𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐍉𐍃𐌴𐍆 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌹𐌸𐌴𐌹 𐌹𐍃. And when they had fulfilled the days, as they returned, the child Jesus tarried behind in Jerusalem; and Joseph and his mother knew not of it.
𐌷𐌿𐌲𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍉𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐌹𐌽𐌸𐌾𐌰𐌼 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐍅𐌹𐍃𐌰𐌽 𐌵𐌴𐌼𐌿𐌽 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌹𐍃 𐍅𐌹𐌲 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍃𐍉𐌺𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌽𐌹𐌸𐌾𐌰𐌼 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐌽 𐌺𐌿𐌽𐌸𐌰𐌼. But they, supposing him to have been in the company, went a day’s journey; and they sought him among their kinsfolk and acquaintance.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌽𐌹 𐌱𐌹𐌲𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍉𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌲𐌰𐍅𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐍃𐌹𐌺 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌿𐍃𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌼 𐍃𐍉𐌺𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍉𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌽𐌰. And when they found him not, they turned back again to Jerusalem, seeking him.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌸 𐌰𐍆𐌰𐍂 𐌳𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌸𐍂𐌹𐌽𐍃, 𐌱𐌹𐌲𐌴𐍄𐌿𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐌻𐌷 𐍃𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌽 𐌼𐌹𐌳𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌻𐌰𐌹𐍃𐌰𐍂𐌾𐌰𐌼 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐍃𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌼 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌷𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌽𐍃. And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions.
𐌿𐍃𐌲𐌴𐌹𐍃𐌽𐍉𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹 𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐍃𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐍆𐍂𐍉𐌳𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳𐌾𐌰𐌼 𐌹𐍃. And all that heard him were astonished at his understanding and answers.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐌰𐌹𐍈𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌳𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐍃𐍉 𐌰𐌹𐌸𐌴𐌹 𐌹𐍃: 𐌼𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌿, 𐍈𐌰 𐌲𐌰𐍄𐌰𐍅𐌹𐌳𐌴𐍃 𐌿𐌽𐍃 𐍃𐍅𐌰? 𐍃𐌰𐌹, 𐍃𐌰 𐌰𐍄𐍄𐌰 𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐌺 𐍅𐌹𐌽𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍉𐌽𐌰 𐍃𐍉𐌺𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌼 𐌸𐌿𐌺. And when they saw him, they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼: 𐍈𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐍃𐍉𐌺𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌸 𐌼𐌹𐌺? 𐌽𐌹𐌿 𐍅𐌹𐍃𐍃𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌸 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌰𐍄𐍄𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌼𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌹𐍃 𐍃𐌺𐌿𐌻𐌳𐌰 𐍅𐌹𐍃𐌰𐌽? And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father’s business?
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐌾𐌰 𐌽𐌹 𐍆𐍂𐍉𐌸𐌿𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐍂𐍉𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌳𐌿 𐌹𐌼. And they understood not the saying which he spake unto them.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐌳𐌳𐌾𐌰 𐌼𐌹𐌸 𐌹𐌼 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌼 𐌹𐌽 𐌽𐌰𐌶𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌸, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌰𐍃 𐌿𐍆𐌷𐌰𐌿𐍃𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌹𐌼; 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌹𐌸𐌴𐌹 𐌹𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐍆𐌰𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌸𐍉 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳𐌰 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌷𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍄𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰. And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject unto them: but his mother kept all these sayings in her heart.
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐌷 𐍆𐍂𐍉𐌳𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌰𐌷𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌽𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌹 𐌰𐍄 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌽𐌰𐌼. And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.
