𐌰𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌺 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰 𐍀𐌰𐍅𐌻𐌿𐍃 𐌱𐌹𐌳𐌾𐌰 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌱𐌹 𐌵𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍂𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌼𐌿𐌺𐌰𐌼𐍉𐌳𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿𐍃, 𐌹𐌺𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌿𐌲𐌹 𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌷𐍄𐌹𐍃 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐌼 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃, 𐌰𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌰𐌻𐌾𐌰𐍂 𐍅𐌹𐍃𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐍄𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃. | Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence am base among you, but being absent am bold toward you:
𐌰𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌱𐌹𐌳𐌾𐌰[𐌽] 𐌴𐌹 𐌽𐌹 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐍄𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌰𐌿 𐍄𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹, 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌰𐌹𐌴𐌹 𐌼𐌰𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌳𐌰𐌿𐍂𐍃𐌰𐌽 𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐍃𐌿𐌼𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌼𐌿𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌿𐌽𐍃 𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌱𐌹 𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌰 𐌲𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃. | But I beseech you, that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh.
𐌹𐌽 𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌰 𐌰𐌿𐌺 𐌲𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌽𐌹 𐌱𐌹 𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌰 𐌳𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌷𐍄𐌹𐌽𐍉𐌼. | For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐍅𐌴𐍀𐌽𐌰 𐌿𐌽𐍃𐌰𐍂𐌹𐍃 𐌳𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌷𐍄𐌹𐌽𐌰𐍃𐍃𐌰𐌿𐍃 𐌽𐌹 𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰, 𐌰𐌺 𐌼𐌰𐌷𐍄𐌴𐌹𐌲𐌰 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌰 𐌳𐌿 𐌲𐌰𐍄𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐍄𐌿𐌻𐌲𐌹𐌸𐍉, | (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
𐌼𐌹𐍄𐍉𐌽𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐍄𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌻𐌻 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌷𐌹𐌸𐍉𐍃 𐌿𐍃𐌷𐌰𐍆𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌹𐌶𐍉𐍃 𐍅𐌹𐌸𐍂𐌰 𐌺𐌿𐌽𐌸𐌹 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌹𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌷𐌹𐌽𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌰𐌻𐌻 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌸𐌾𐌴 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐌽 𐌿𐍆𐌷𐌰𐌿𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿𐍃 𐍄𐌹𐌿𐌷𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 | Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐍅𐌿𐌱𐌰 𐌷𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌳𐌿 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐍅𐌴𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌽 𐌰𐌻𐌻 𐌿𐍆𐌰𐍂𐌷𐌰𐌿𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐍉, 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌿𐍃𐍆𐌿𐌻𐌻𐌾𐌰𐌳𐌰 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌰 𐌿𐍆𐌷𐌰𐌿𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐍃. | And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
𐌸𐍉 𐌱𐌹 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌾𐌰 𐍃𐌰𐌹𐍈𐌹𐌸. 𐌾𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹 𐍈𐌰𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐍄𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌰𐌹𐌸 𐍃𐌹𐌺 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰𐌽 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿𐍃 𐍅𐌹𐍃𐌰𐌽, 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐌲𐌺𐌾𐌰𐌹 𐌰𐍆𐍄𐍂𐌰 𐌰𐍆 𐍃𐌹𐍃 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌹𐌽, 𐌴𐌹 𐍃𐍅𐌰𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌹𐍃 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿𐍃, 𐍃𐍅𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌴𐌹𐍃. | Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself that he is Christ’s, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ’s, even so are we Christ’s.
𐌰𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐍃𐍅𐌴𐌸𐌰𐌿𐌷 𐌾𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹 𐍈𐌰 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌹𐌶𐍉 𐍈𐍉𐍀𐌰𐌼 𐌱𐌹 𐍅𐌰𐌻𐌳𐌿𐍆𐌽𐌹 𐌿𐌽𐍃𐌰𐍂, 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐍄𐌲𐌰𐍆 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌰 𐌿𐌽𐍃𐌹𐍃 𐌳𐌿 𐍄𐌹𐌼𐍂𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌽𐌹 𐌳𐌿 𐌲𐌰𐍄𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹, 𐌽𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐌰𐌹𐍅𐌹𐍃𐌺𐍉𐌽𐌳𐌰. | For though I should boast somewhat more of our authority, which the Lord hath given us for edification, and not for your destruction, I should not be ashamed:
𐌴𐌹 𐌽𐌹 𐌸𐌿𐌲𐌺𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌼𐌰 𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌸𐌻𐌰𐌷𐍃𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌷 𐌱𐍉𐌺𐍉𐍃; - | That I may not seem as if I would terrify you by letters.
𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐌸𐍉𐍃 𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌷𐍄𐌹𐍃 𐌱𐍉𐌺𐍉𐍃, 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌳, 𐌺𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌾𐍉𐍃 𐍃𐌹𐌽𐌳 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍃𐍅𐌹𐌽𐌸𐍉𐍃, 𐌹𐌸 𐌵𐌿𐌼𐍃 𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌹𐍃 𐌻𐌰𐍃𐌹𐍅𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌺𐌿𐌽𐌸; - | For his letters, say they, are weighty and powerful; but his bodily presence is weak, and his speech contemptible.
𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐌲𐌺𐌾𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐌰 𐍃𐍅𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐍃, 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐍈𐌹𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐌹𐌿𐌼 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌳𐌰 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌷 𐌱𐍉𐌺𐍉𐍃 𐌰𐌻𐌾𐌰𐍂 𐍅𐌹𐍃𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃, 𐍃𐍅𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌰𐌹 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌹 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐍃𐍄𐍅𐌰. | Let such an one think this, that, such as we are in word by letters when we are absent, such will we be also in deed when we are present.
𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐌽𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐌳𐌰𐌿𐍂𐍃𐌿𐌼 𐌳𐍉𐌼𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌿𐌽𐍃𐌹𐍃 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌰𐌹𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌿 𐌲𐌰𐌳𐍉𐌼𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌿𐌽𐍃 𐌳𐌿 𐌸𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐍃𐌹𐌺 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌰𐌽𐌰𐍆𐌹𐌻𐌷𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌼; 𐌰𐌺 𐌴𐌹𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐍃𐌹𐍃 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰𐌼 𐍃𐌹𐌺 [𐍃𐌹𐌺] 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌼𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐌳𐍉𐌼𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐍃𐌹𐌺 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌳𐌿 𐍃𐌹𐍃 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰𐌼 𐌽𐌹 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌸𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳. | For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.
𐌹𐌸 𐍅𐌴𐌹𐍃 𐌽𐌹 𐌹𐌽𐌿 𐌼𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌸 𐍈𐍉𐍀𐌰𐌼, 𐌰𐌺𐌴𐌹 𐌱𐌹 𐌼𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌸 𐌲𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹𐍃 𐌸𐍉𐌴𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌰𐍄 𐌿𐌽𐍃𐌹𐍃 𐌲𐌿𐌸 𐌼𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌸 𐍆𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍂𐌹𐌽𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌿𐌽𐌳 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃. - | But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you.
𐌽𐌹 𐌰𐌿𐌺 𐍃𐍅𐌰𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌽𐌹 𐍆𐌰𐌹𐍂𐍂𐌹𐌽𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌿𐌽𐌳 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌿𐍆𐌰𐍂𐌰𐍃𐍃𐌰𐌿 𐌿𐍆𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌾𐌰𐌼 𐌿𐌽𐍃, 𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐌽𐌳 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐌽𐌹𐌿𐌼𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌼 𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐌹𐍅𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌴𐌻𐌾𐍉𐌽 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿𐍃. - | For we stretch not ourselves beyond our measure, as though we reached not unto you: for we are come as far as to you also in preaching the gospel of Christ:
𐌽𐌹 𐌹𐌽𐌿 𐌼𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌸 𐍈𐍉𐍀𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼𐌰𐌸𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌰𐍂𐌱𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌹𐌼, 𐌰𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐍅𐌴𐌽 𐌷𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌼 𐌰𐍄 𐍅𐌰𐌷𐍃𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌰𐌿𐌱𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌼𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌻𐌽𐌰𐌽 𐌱𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹 𐌿𐌽𐍃𐌰𐍂𐌰𐌹 𐌳𐌿 𐌿𐍆𐌰𐍂𐌰𐍃𐍃𐌰𐌿, | Not boasting of things without our measure, that is, of other men’s labours; but having hope, when your faith is increased, that we shall be enlarged by you according to our rule abundantly,
𐌿𐍆𐌰𐍂𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌽𐌰 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌰𐌹𐍅𐌰𐌲𐌲𐌴𐌻𐌾𐍉𐌽 𐌼𐌴𐍂𐌾𐌰𐌽, 𐌽𐌹 𐌹𐌽 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌼𐌰𐌸𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐌰𐍂𐌱𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌹𐌼 𐌳𐌿 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐍅𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌼 𐍈𐍉𐍀𐌰𐌽. | To preach the gospel in the regions beyond you, and not to boast in another man’s line of things made ready to our hand.
𐌰𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐍃𐌰 𐍈𐍉𐍀𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽 𐍈𐍉𐍀𐌰𐌹. | But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐌽𐌹 𐍃𐌰𐌴𐌹 𐍃𐌹𐌺 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐍅𐌹𐌺𐌿𐌽𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌸, 𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐌲𐌰𐌺𐌿𐍃𐌰𐌽[𐌳]𐍃, 𐌰𐌺 𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌴𐌹 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌰 𐌲𐌰𐍃𐍅𐌹𐌺𐌿𐌽𐌸𐌴𐌹𐌸. | For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth.
