3	에녹, 므두셀라, 라멕,	Henoch, Methuselah, Lamech,
4	노아, 셈, 함과 야벳은 조상들이라	Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
5	야벳의 자손은 고멜과 마곡과 마대와 야완과 두발과 메섹과 디라스요	The sons of Japheth; Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.
6	고멜의 자손은 아스그나스와 디밧과 도갈마요	And the sons of Gomer; Ashchenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.

9	구스의 자손은 스바와 하윌라와 삽다와 라아마와 삽드가요 라아마의 자손은 스바와 드단이요	And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabta, and Raamah, and Sabtecha. And the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.
10	구스가 또 니므롯을 낳았으니 세상에서 첫 영걸이며	And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be mighty upon the earth.
11	미스라임은 루딤과 아나밈과 르하빔과 납두힘과	And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,
12	바드루심과 가슬루힘과 갑도림을 낳았으니 블레셋 종족은 가슬루힘에게서 나왔으며	And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (of whom came the Philistines,) and Caphthorim.
13	가나안은 맏아들 시돈과 헷을 낳고	And Canaan begat Zidon his firstborn, and Heth,
14	또 여부스 종족과 아모리 종족과 기르가스 종족과	The Jebusite also, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,
15	히위 종족과 알가 종족과 신 종족과	And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,
16	아르왓 종족과 스말 종족과 하맛 종족을 낳았더라	And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.
17	셈의 자손은 엘람과 앗수르와 아르박삿과 룻과 아람과 우스와 훌과 게델과 메섹이라	The sons of Shem; Elam, and Asshur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram, and Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Meshech.
18	아르박삿은 셀라를 낳고 셀라는 에벨을 낳고	And Arphaxad begat Shelah, and Shelah begat Eber.
19	에벨은 두 아들을 낳아 하나의 이름을 벨렉이라 하였으니 이는 그 때에 땅이 나뉘었음이요 그의 아우의 이름은 욕단이며	And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; because in his days the earth was divided: and his brother’s name was Joktan.
20	욕단이 알모닷과 셀렙과 하살마웻과 예라와	And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,
21	하도람과 우살과 디글라와	Hadoram also, and Uzal, and Diklah,
22	에발과 아비마엘과 스바와	And Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba,
23	오빌과 하윌라와 요밥을 낳았으니 욕단의 자손은 이상과 같으니라	And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.
24	셈, 아르박삿, 셀라,	Shem, Arphaxad, Shelah,
25	에벨, 벨렉, 르우,	Eber, Peleg, Reu,
26	스룩, 나홀, 데라,	Serug, Nahor, Terah,
27	아브람 곧 아브라함은 조상들이요	Abram; the same is Abraham.
28	이스마엘의 세계(창 25:12-16) 아브라함의 자손은 이삭과 이스마엘이라	The sons of Abraham; Isaac, and Ishmael.
29	이스마엘의 족보는 이러하니 그의 맏아들은 느바욧이요 다음은 게달과 앗브엘과 밉삼과	These are their generations: The firstborn of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,
30	미스마와 두마와 맛사와 하닷과 데마와	Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema,
31	여둘과 나비스와 게드마라 이들은 이스마엘의 자손들이라	Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Ishmael.
32	아브라함의 소실 그두라가 낳은 자손은 시므란과 욕산과 므단과 미디안과 이스박과 수아요 욕산의 자손은 스바와 드단이요	Now the sons of Keturah, Abraham’s concubine: she bare Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. And the sons of Jokshan; Sheba, and Dedan.
33	미디안의 자손은 에바와 에벨과 하녹과 아비다와 엘다아니 이들은 모두 그두라의 자손들이라	And the sons of Midian; Ephah, and Epher, and Henoch, and Abida, and Eldaah. All these are the sons of Keturah.
34	에서의 자손(창 36:1-19, 20-30) 아브라함이 이삭을 낳았으니 이삭의 아들은 에서와 이스라엘이더라	And Abraham begat Isaac. The sons of Isaac; Esau and Israel.
35	에서의 아들은 엘리바스와 르우엘과 여우스와 얄람과 고라요	The sons of Esau; Eliphaz, Reuel, and Jeush, and Jaalam, and Korah.
36	엘리바스의 아들은 데만과 오말과 스비와 가담과 그나스와 딤나와 아말렉이요	The sons of Eliphaz; Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.
37	르우엘의 아들은 나핫과 세라와 삼마와 밋사요	The sons of Reuel; Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.
38	세일의 아들은 로단과 소발과 시브온과 아나와 디손과 에셀과 디산이요	And the sons of Seir; Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.
39	로단의 아들은 호리와 호맘이요 로단의 누이는 딤나요	And the sons of Lotan; Hori, and Homam: and Timna was Lotan’s sister.
40	소발의 아들은 알랸과 마나핫과 에발과 스비와 오남이요 시브온의 아들은 아야와 아나요	The sons of Shobal; Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sons of Zibeon; Aiah, and Anah.
41	아나의 아들은 디손이요 디손의 아들은 하므란과 에스반과 이드란과 그란이요	The sons of Anah; Dishon. And the sons of Dishon; Amram, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
42	에셀의 아들은 빌한과 사아완과 야아간이요 디산의 아들은 우스와 아란이더라	The sons of Ezer; Bilhan, and Zavan, and Jakan. The sons of Dishan; Uz, and Aran.
43	에돔 땅을 다스린 왕들(창 36:31-43) 이스라엘 자손을 다스리는 왕이 있기 전에 에돔 땅을 다스린 왕은 이러 하니라 브올의 아들 벨라니 그의 도성 이름은 딘하바이며	Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom before any king reigned over the children of Israel; Bela the son of Beor: and the name of his city was Dinhabah.
44	벨라가 죽으매 보스라 세라의 아들 요밥이 대신하여 왕이 되고	And when Bela was dead, Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.
45	요밥이 죽으매 데만 종족의 땅의 사람 후삼이 대신하여 왕이 되고	And when Jobab was dead, Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.
46	후삼이 죽으매 브닷의 아들 하닷이 대신하여 왕이 되었으니 하닷은 모압 들에서 미디안을 친 자요 그 도성 이름은 아윗이며	And when Husham was dead, Hadad the son of Bedad, which smote Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Avith.
47	하닷이 죽으매 마스레가의 사믈라가 대신하여 왕이 되고	And when Hadad was dead, Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.
48	사믈라가 죽으매 강 가의 르호봇 사울이 대신하여 왕이 되고	And when Samlah was dead, Shaul of Rehoboth by the river reigned in his stead.
49	사울이 죽으매 악볼의 아들 바알하난이 대신하여 왕이 되고	And when Shaul was dead, Baal–hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his stead.
50	바알하난이 죽으매 하닷이 대신하여 왕이 되었으니 그의 도성 이름은 바이요 그의 아내의 이름은 므헤다벨이라 메사합의 손녀요 마드렛의 딸이더라	And when Baal–hanan was dead, Hadad reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Pai; and his wife’s name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.
51	하닷이 죽으니라 그리고 에돔의 족장은 이러하니 딤나 족장과 알랴 족장과 여뎃 족장과	Hadad died also. And the dukes of Edom were; duke Timnah, duke Aliah, duke Jetheth,
52	오홀리바마 족장과 엘라 족장과 비논 족장과	Duke Aholibamah, duke Elah, duke Pinon,
53	그나스 족장과 데만 족장과 밉살 족장과	Duke Kenaz, duke Teman, duke Mibzar,
54	막디엘 족장과 이람 족장이라 에돔의 족장이 이러하였더라	Duke Magdiel, duke Iram. These are the dukes of Edom.
