10 Now Chus begot Nemrod: he began to be mighty upon earth. And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be mighty upon the earth.
11 But Mesraim begot Ludim, and Anamim, and Laabim, and Nephtuim, And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,
12 Phetrusim also, and Casluim: from whom came the Philistines, and Caphtorim. And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (of whom came the Philistines,) and Caphthorim.
13 And Chanaan begot Sidon his firstborn, and the Hethite, And Canaan begat Zidon his firstborn, and Heth,
14 And the Jebusite, and the Amorrhite, and the Gergesite, The Jebusite also, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,
15 And the Hevite, and the Aracite, and the Sinite, And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,
16 And the Aradian, and the Samarite, and the Hamathite. And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.

18 And Arphaxad begot Sale, and Sale begot Heber. And Arphaxad begat Shelah, and Shelah begat Eber.
19 And to Heber were born two sons, the name of the one was Phaleg, because in his days the earth was divided; and the name of his brother was Jectan. And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; because in his days the earth was divided: and his brother’s name was Joktan.
20 And Jectan begot Elmodad, and Saleph, and Asarmoth, and Jare, And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,
21 And Adoram, and Usal, and Decla, Hadoram also, and Uzal, and Diklah,
22 And Hebal, and Abimael, and Saba, And Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba,
23 And Ophir, and Hevila, and Jobab. All these are the sons of Jectan. And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.
24 Sem, Arphaxad, Sale, Shem, Arphaxad, Shelah,
25 Heber, Phaleg, Ragau, Eber, Peleg, Reu,
26 Serug, Nachor, Thare, Serug, Nahor, Terah,
27 Abram, this is Abraham. Abram; the same is Abraham.
28 And the sons of Abraham, Isaac and Ismahel. The sons of Abraham; Isaac, and Ishmael.
29 And these are the generations of them. The firstborn of Ismahel, Nabajoth, then Cedar, and Adbeel, and Mabsam, These are their generations: The firstborn of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,
30 And Masma, and Duma, Massa, Hadad, and Thema, Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema,
31 Jetur, Naphis, Cedma: these are the sons of Ismahel. Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Ishmael.
32 And the sons of Cetura, Abraham's concubine, whom she bore: Zamran, Jecsan, Madan, Madian, Jesboc, and Sue. And the sons of Jecsan, Saba, and Dadan. And the sons of Dadan: Assurim, and Latussim, and Laomin. Now the sons of Keturah, Abraham’s concubine: she bare Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. And the sons of Jokshan; Sheba, and Dedan.
33 And the sons of Madian: Epha, and Epher, and Henoch, and Abida, and Eldaa. All these are the sons of Cetura. And the sons of Midian; Ephah, and Epher, and Henoch, and Abida, and Eldaah. All these are the sons of Keturah.
34 And Abraham begot Isaac: and his sons were Esau and Israel. And Abraham begat Isaac. The sons of Isaac; Esau and Israel.
35 The sons of Esau: Eliphaz, Rahuel, Jehus, Ihelom, and Core. The sons of Esau; Eliphaz, Reuel, and Jeush, and Jaalam, and Korah.
36 The sons of Eliphaz: Theman, Omar, Sephi, Gathan, Cenez, and by Thamna, Amalec. The sons of Eliphaz; Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.
37 The sons of Rahuel: Nahath, Zara, Samma, Meza. The sons of Reuel; Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.
38 The sons of Seir: Lotan, Sobal, Sebeon, Ana, Dison, Eser, Disan. And the sons of Seir; Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.
39 The sons of Lotan: Hori, Homam. And the sister of Lotan was Thamna. And the sons of Lotan; Hori, and Homam: and Timna was Lotan’s sister.
40 The sons of Sobal: Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Sephi, and Onam. The sons of Sebeon: Aia, and Ana. The son of Ana: Dison. The sons of Shobal; Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sons of Zibeon; Aiah, and Anah.
41 The sons of Dison: Hamram, and Eseban, and Jethran, and Charan. The sons of Anah; Dishon. And the sons of Dishon; Amram, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
42 The sons of Eser: Balaan, and Zavan, and Jacan. The sons of Disan: Hus and Aran. The sons of Ezer; Bilhan, and Zavan, and Jakan. The sons of Dishan; Uz, and Aran.
43 Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before there was a king over the children of Israel: Bale the son of Beor: and the name of his city was Denaba. Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom before any king reigned over the children of Israel; Bela the son of Beor: and the name of his city was Dinhabah.
44 And Bale died, and Jobab the son of Zare of Bosra, reigned in his stead. And when Bela was dead, Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.
45 And when Jobab also was dead, Husam of the land of the Themanites reigned in his stead. And when Jobab was dead, Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.
46 And Husam also died, and Adad the son of Badad reigned in his stead, and he defeated the Madianites in the land of Moab: the name of his city was Avith. And when Husham was dead, Hadad the son of Bedad, which smote Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Avith.
47 And when Adad also was dead, Semla of Masreca reigned in his stead. And when Hadad was dead, Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.
48 Semla also died, and Saul of Rohoboth, which is near the river, reigned in his stead. And when Samlah was dead, Shaul of Rehoboth by the river reigned in his stead.
49 And when Saul was dead, Balanan the son of Achobor reigned in his stead. And when Shaul was dead, Baal–hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his stead.
50 He also died, and Adad reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Phau, and his wife was called Meetabel the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezaab. And when Baal–hanan was dead, Hadad reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Pai; and his wife’s name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.
51 And after the death of Adad, there began to be dukes in Edom instead of kings: duke Thamna, duke Alva, duke Jetheth, Hadad died also. And the dukes of Edom were; duke Timnah, duke Aliah, duke Jetheth,
52 Duke Oolibama, duke Ela, duke Phinon, Duke Aholibamah, duke Elah, duke Pinon,
53 Duke Cenez, duke Theman, duke Mabsar, Duke Kenaz, duke Teman, duke Mibzar,
54 Duke Magdiel, duke Hiram. These are the dukes of Edom. Duke Magdiel, duke Iram. These are the dukes of Edom.
