| 2 | Dieu est notre refuge et notre force, un secours dans les détresses, toujours facile à trouver. | Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; |
| 3 | C’est pourquoi nous ne craindrons point, quand la terre serait transportée de sa place, et que les montagnes seraient remuées [et jetées] au cœur des mers ; | Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. |
| 4 | Quand ses eaux mugiraient, qu’elles écumeraient, [et] que les montagnes seraient ébranlées à cause de son emportement. Sélah. | There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. |
