| 2 | Herren bønhøre dig paa Nødens Dag! Jakobs Guds Navn ophøje dig! | Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion; |
| 3 | Han sende dig Hjælp fra Helligdommen og understøtte dig fra Zion! | Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah. |
| 4 | Han ihukomme alle dine Madofre, og dit Brændoffer finde han fedt! Sela! | Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel. |
| 5 | Han give dig efter dit Hjerte og opfylde alle dine Anslag! | We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the Lord fulfil all thy petitions. |
