| 2 | Skyer og Mulm er om ham, Retfærd og Ret er hans Trones Støtte; | Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne. |
| 3 | Ild farer frem foran ham og luer iblandt hans Fjender. | A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about. |
| 4 | Hans Lyn lyste op paa Jorderig, Jorden saa det og skjalv; | His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled. |
| 5 | Bjergene smelted som Voks for HERREN, for hele Jordens Herre; | The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth. |
