| 2 | Det er forgæves, I staar aarle op og gaar sent til Ro, ædende Sliddets Brød; alt sligt vil han give sin Ven i Søvne. | It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep. |
