| 1 | 雅各 家，稱為 以色列 名下，從猶大 水源 出來的，當聽我言！你們指著耶和華 的名 起誓，提說 以色列的 神，卻不 憑誠實，不 憑公義。 | Hear ye this, O house of Jacob, which are called by the name of Israel, and are come forth out of the waters of Judah, which swear by the name of the Lord, and make mention of the God of Israel, but not in truth, nor in righteousness. |
| 2 | 他們自稱為 聖 城的人，所倚靠 的是名 為萬軍 之耶和華─以色列的 神。 | For they call themselves of the holy city, and stay themselves upon the God of Israel; The Lord of hosts is his name. |
| 3 | 主說：早先的事，我從古時 說明，已經出了 我的口，也是我所指示的；我忽然 行做，事便成就。 | I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass. |
| 4 | 因為我素來知道 你 是頑梗的─你的頸項 是鐵 的；你的額 是銅的。 | Because I knew that thou art obstinate, and thy neck is an iron sinew, and thy brow brass; |
| 5 | 所以，我從古時 將這事給你 說明，在未成 以先 指示你，免得 你說：這些事是我的偶像 所行的，是我雕刻的偶像 和我鑄造的偶像 所命定的。 | I have even from the beginning declared it to thee; before it came to pass I shewed it thee: lest thou shouldest say, Mine idol hath done them, and my graven image, and my molten image, hath commanded them. |

| 7 | 這事是現今 造的，並非 從古就有；在今日 以先，你也未 曾聽見，免得 你說： 這事我早已知道了。 | They are created now, and not from the beginning; even before the day when thou heardest them not; lest thou shouldest say, Behold, I knew them. |
| 8 | 你未 曾聽見， 未 曾知道； 你的耳朵 從來 未 曾開通。 我原知道 你行事極其 詭詐，你 自從出胎以來，便稱為 悖逆的。 | Yea, thou heardest not; yea, thou knewest not; yea, from that time that thine ear was not opened: for I knew that thou wouldest deal very treacherously, and wast called a transgressor from the womb. |
| 9 | 我為 我的名 暫且忍 怒，為我的頌讚 向你 容忍，不 將你剪除。 | For my name’s sake will I defer mine anger, and for my praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off. |
| 10 | 我熬煉你，卻不 像熬煉銀子；你在苦難 的爐中，我揀選你。 | Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction. |
| 11 | 我為 自己的緣故 必行這事，我焉 能 使我的名被褻瀆？我必不 將我的榮耀 歸 給假神。 | For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another. |
| 12 | 雅各─我所選召 的以色列啊，當聽 我言：我是耶和華，我 是首先的， 也 是末後的。 | Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last. |
| 13 | 我手 立了 地的根基；我右手 鋪張 諸天；我 一招呼 便都 立住。 | Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: when I call unto them, they stand up together. |
| 14 | 你們都 當聚集 而聽，他們（或譯：偶像）內中 誰 說過 這些事？耶和華 所愛 的人必向巴比倫 行 他所喜悅的事；他的膀臂 也要加在迦勒底人身上。 | All ye, assemble yourselves, and hear; which among them hath declared these things? The Lord hath loved him: he will do his pleasure on Babylon, and his arm shall be on the Chaldeans. |
| 15 | 惟有 我 曾說過，我又 選召他，領他來，他的道路 就必亨通。 | I, even I, have spoken; yea, I have called him: I have brought him, and he shall make his way prosperous. |
| 16 | 你們要就近 我 來聽 這話：我從起頭 並未 曾在隱密處 說話；自從 有這事，我 就在那裡。現在，主 耶和華 差遣我 和他的靈來（或譯：耶和華和他的靈差遣我來）。 | Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord God, and his Spirit, hath sent me. |
| 17 | 耶和華─你的救贖主，以色列 的聖者 如此 說：我 是耶和華─你的 神，教訓你，使你得益處，引導你 所當行 的路。 | Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. |
| 18 | 甚願 你素來聽從 我的命令！你的平安 就 如河水；你的公義 就如海 浪。 | O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea: |
| 19 | 你的後裔 也必 多如海沙；你腹 中所生的 也必多如沙粒。他的名 在我面前 必不 剪除，也不 滅絕。 | Thy seed also had been as the sand, and the offspring of thy bowels like the gravel thereof; his name should not have been cut off nor destroyed from before me. |
| 20 | 你們要從巴比倫 出來，從迦勒底人 中逃脫，以歡呼 的聲音 傳揚 說：耶和華 救贖了 他的僕人 雅各！你們要將這事 宣 揚 到 地 極。 | Go ye forth of Babylon, flee ye from the Chaldeans, with a voice of singing declare ye, tell this, utter it even to the end of the earth; say ye, The Lord hath redeemed his servant Jacob. |
| 21 | 耶和華引導他們 經過沙漠。他們並不 乾渴；他為他們 使水 從磐石 而流，分裂 磐石，水 就湧出。 | And they thirsted not when he led them through the deserts: he caused the waters to flow out of the rock for them: he clave the rock also, and the waters gushed out. |
| 22 | 耶和華 說：惡人 必不 得平安！ | There is no peace, saith the Lord, unto the wicked. |
