| 1 | 唉！亞利伊勒，亞利伊勒，大衛 安營 的城，任憑你年 上 加 年，節期 照常周流。 | Woe to Ariel, to Ariel, the city where David dwelt! add ye year to year; let them kill sacrifices. |
| 2 | 我終必使亞利伊勒 困難；她必 悲傷 哀號，我卻 仍以她 為亞利伊勒。 | Yet I will distress Ariel, and there shall be heaviness and sorrow: and it shall be unto me as Ariel. |
| 3 | 我必四圍 安營 攻擊你，屯兵 圍困 你，築 壘 攻擊你。 | And I will camp against thee round about, and will lay siege against thee with a mount, and I will raise forts against thee. |
| 4 | 你必敗落，從地中 說話；你的言語 必微細 出於塵埃。你的聲音 必 像那交鬼者 的聲音出於地；你的言語 低低微微 出於塵埃。 | And thou shalt be brought down, and shalt speak out of the ground, and thy speech shall be low out of the dust, and thy voice shall be, as of one that hath a familiar spirit, out of the ground, and thy speech shall whisper out of the dust. |
| 5 | 你仇敵的 群眾，卻要 像細 塵；強暴人 的群眾，也要像飛 糠。這事必頃刻之間 忽然 臨到。 | Moreover the multitude of thy strangers shall be like small dust, and the multitude of the terrible ones shall be as chaff that passeth away: yea, it shall be at an instant suddenly. |
| 6 | 萬軍 之耶和華 必用雷轟、地震、大 聲、旋風、暴風，並吞滅的 火 焰，向她討罪。 | Thou shalt be visited of the Lord of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire. |
| 7 | 那時，攻擊 亞利伊勒 列 國 的群眾，就是一切 攻擊亞利伊勒 和她的保障，並使她困難的，必 如夢景，如夜間 的異象； | And the multitude of all the nations that fight against Ariel, even all that fight against her and her munition, and that distress her, shall be as a dream of a night vision. |
| 8 | 又必 像 飢餓的人 夢中 吃飯， 醒了 仍覺腹 空；或 像 口渴的人 夢中 喝水， 醒了 仍覺發昏，心裡 想喝。攻擊 錫安 山 列 國 的群眾 也必 如此。 | It shall even be as when an hungry man dreameth, and, behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty: or as when a thirsty man dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he awaketh, and, behold, he is faint, and his soul hath appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be, that fight against mount Zion. |

| 10 | 因為 耶和華 將沉睡的 靈 澆灌 你們，封閉 你們的眼，蒙蓋 你們的頭。你們的眼就是 先知；你們的頭就是先見。 | For the Lord hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered. |
| 11 | 所有的 默示， 你們 看如封住的 書卷，人將 這書卷 交 給 識字的，說：「請 念吧！」他說：「我不 能念，因為 是 封住了。」 | And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed: |
| 12 | 又將這書卷 交 給 不 識 字的人，說：「請 念吧！」他說：「我不 識字。」 | And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned. |
| 13 | 主 說：因為 這 百姓 親近我，用嘴 唇 尊敬我，心 卻遠離 我；他們敬畏 我，不過是 領受 人 的吩咐。 | Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men: |
| 14 | 所以，我 在 這 百姓 中要行 奇妙的事，就是奇妙 又奇妙的事。他們智慧人 的智慧 必然消滅，聰明人 的聰明 必然隱藏。 | Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid. |
| 15 | 禍哉！那些向耶和華 深 藏 謀略的， 又在暗中 行事，說：誰 看見我們呢？誰 知道我們呢？ | Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the Lord, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us? |
| 16 | 你們把事顛倒了，豈可 看 窯匠 如泥嗎？被製作的物 豈可 論製作物的 說：他沒有 製作我？或是被創造的物 論造物的 說：他沒有 聰明？ | Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter’s clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding? |
| 17 | 黎巴嫩 變為 肥田，肥田 看 如樹林，不是 只有 一點 點時候嗎？ | Is it not yet a very little while, and Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest? |
| 18 | 那 時，聾子 必聽見 這書 上的話；瞎子 的眼 必從迷矇 黑暗中 得以看見。 | And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness. |
| 19 | 謙卑人 必因耶和華 增添 歡喜；人間 貧窮的 必因以色列 的聖者 快樂。 | The meek also shall increase their joy in the Lord, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. |
| 20 | 因為，強暴人 已歸無有，褻慢人 已經滅絕，一切 找機會 作孽的 都被剪除。 | For the terrible one is brought to nought, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off: |
| 21 | 他們在爭訟的事 上定無罪的 為有罪，為城門口 責備人的 設下網羅，用虛無的事 屈枉 義人。 | That make a man an offender for a word, and lay a snare for him that reproveth in the gate, and turn aside the just for a thing of nought. |
| 22 | 所以， 救贖 亞伯拉罕 的耶和華 論 雅各 家 如此 說：雅各 必不 再 羞愧，面容 也不 致 變色。 | Therefore thus saith the Lord, who redeemed Abraham, concerning the house of Jacob, Jacob shall not now be ashamed, neither shall his face now wax pale. |
| 23 | 但 他看見 他的眾子，就是我手 的工作 在他那裡，他們必尊 我的名 為聖，必尊 雅各 的聖者 為聖，必敬畏 以色列的 神。 | But when he seeth his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel. |
| 24 | 心中 迷糊的 必得 明白；發怨言的 必受 訓誨。 | They also that erred in spirit shall come to understanding, and they that murmured shall learn doctrine. |
