| 1 | 我又 看見 一個獸 從 海 中上來，有 十 角 七 頭， 在 十角 上 戴著十個 冠冕， 七頭 上 有褻瀆的 名號。 | And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. |
| 2 | 我所 看見 的獸， 形狀像 豹， 腳 像 熊的腳， 口 像 獅子 的口。 那龍 將自己的 能力、 座位，和 大 權柄 都給了 牠。 | And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. |
| 3 | 我看見 獸的 七頭中，有一個 似乎 受了 死 傷， 那 死 傷 卻醫好了。 全 地 的人都希奇 跟從 那獸， | And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. |
| 4 | 又 拜 那龍─因為 牠將自己的權柄 給了 獸，也 拜 獸，說：「誰 能比 這獸， 誰 能 與 牠 交戰呢？」 | And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? |
| 5 | 又 賜給 牠 說 誇大 褻瀆 話的口，又有 權柄 賜給 牠，可以任意而行 四十 二 個月。 | And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. |
| 6 | 獸就開 口 向 神 說 褻瀆的話，褻瀆 神 的名 並 他的 帳幕，以及那些住 在天 上的。 | And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. |
| 7 | 又 任憑 牠 與 聖徒 爭戰，並且 得勝；也把 權柄 賜給 牠，制伏 各 族、 各民、 各方、 各國。 | And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. |
| 8 | 凡 住 在地 上、 名字 從 創 世 以來沒有 記 在被殺之 羔羊 生命 冊 上的人，都要拜 牠。 | And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. |
| 9 | 凡 有 耳的，就應當聽！ | If any man have an ear, let him hear. |
| 10 | 擄掠人的，必被 擄掠； 用 刀 殺人的， 必被 刀 殺。聖徒 的忍耐 和 信心 就是 在此。 | He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. |
| 11 | 我又 看見 另有一個 獸 從 地 中上來，有 兩 角 如同 羊羔， 說話 好像 龍。 | And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. |
| 12 | 牠在頭一個獸 面前，施行 頭一個 獸 所有的 權柄，並且 叫 地 和 住 在地 上 的人 拜 那 死 傷 醫好 的頭一個 獸。 | And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. |
| 13 | 又 行 大 奇事，甚至 在人 面前，叫 火 從 天 降 在地 上。 | And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, |
| 14 | 牠因 賜給牠 權柄 在獸 面前 能行 奇事，就 迷惑 住 在地 上的人，說：「要給那 受 刀 傷 還活著的 獸 作 個像。」 | And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. |
| 15 | 又有 權柄 賜給牠，叫獸 像 有 生氣， 並且 能說話，又 叫 所有 不 拜 獸 像 的人 都被殺害。 | And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. |
| 16 | 牠又 叫 眾人，無論大 小、 貧 富、 自主的、 為奴的， 都在 右 手 上 或是 在 額 上 受 一個印記。 | And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: |
| 17 | 除了 那受 印記、 有了獸 名 或 有獸 名 數目的，都不得 做買 賣。 | And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. |
| 18 | 在這裡 有 智慧：凡有 聰明的，可以算計 獸 的數目；因為 這是 人的 數目， 它的 數目 是六百 六十 六。 | Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. |
