| 13 | 「你們去 為我、為 民、為 猶大 眾人，以 這 書 上的話 求問 耶和華；因為 我們列祖 沒有 聽從 這 書 上的言語，沒有遵著 書上所吩咐 我們 的去行， 耶和華 就 向我們 大 發 烈怒。」 | Go ye, enquire of the Lord for me, and for the people, and for all Judah, concerning the words of this book that is found: for great is the wrath of the Lord that is kindled against us, because our fathers have not hearkened unto the words of this book, to do according unto all that which is written concerning us. |

| 19 | 就是聽見 我指著 這 地 和 其上的居民 所 說、要使這地變為 荒場、民受咒詛的話，你便 心裡 敬服，在我 面前 自卑，撕裂 衣服，向我 哭泣，因此 我 應允了你。這是我─耶和華 說的。 | Because thine heart was tender, and thou hast humbled thyself before the Lord, when thou heardest what I spake against this place, and against the inhabitants thereof, that they should become a desolation and a curse, and hast rent thy clothes, and wept before me; I also have heard thee, saith the Lord. |
| 20 | 我必 使你平平安安地 歸 到 墳墓 到 你列祖那裡；我 要降 與 這 地 的 一切 災禍，你也不 致親眼 看見。』」他們就回 覆 王去了。 | Behold therefore, I will gather thee unto thy fathers, and thou shalt be gathered into thy grave in peace; and thine eyes shall not see all the evil which I will bring upon this place. And they brought the king word again. |
