절	Union Traditional	King James Version
1	所羅門建造耶和華殿和王宮，二十年才完畢了。	And it came to pass at the end of twenty years, wherein Solomon had built the house of the Lord, and his own house,
2	以後所羅門重新修築希蘭送給他的那些城邑，使以色列人住在那裡。	That the cities which Huram had restored to Solomon, Solomon built them, and caused the children of Israel to dwell there.
3	所羅門往哈馬瑣巴去，攻取了那地方。	And Solomon went to Hamath–zobah, and prevailed against it.
4	所羅門建造曠野裡的達莫，又建造哈馬所有的積貨城，	And he built Tadmor in the wilderness, and all the store cities, which he built in Hamath.
5	又建造上伯‧和崙、下伯‧和崙作為保障，都有牆，有門，有閂；	Also he built Beth–horon the upper, and Beth–horon the nether, fenced cities, with walls, gates, and bars;
6	又建造巴拉和所有的積貨城，並屯車輛馬兵的城，與耶路撒冷、黎巴嫩，以及自己治理的全國中所願意建造的。	And Baalath, and all the store cities that Solomon had, and all the chariot cities, and the cities of the horsemen, and all that Solomon desired to build in Jerusalem, and in Lebanon, and throughout all the land of his dominion.
7	至於國中所剩下不屬以色列人的赫人、亞摩利人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人，	As for all the people that were left of the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which were not of Israel,
8	就是以色列人未曾滅絕的，所羅門挑取他們的後裔作服苦的奴僕，直到今日。	But of their children, who were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel consumed not, them did Solomon make to pay tribute until this day.
9	惟有以色列人，所羅門不使他們當奴僕做工，乃是作他的戰士、軍長的統領、車兵長、馬兵長。	But of the children of Israel did Solomon make no servants for his work; but they were men of war, and chief of his captains, and captains of his chariots and horsemen.
10	所羅門王有二百五十督工的，監管工人。	And these were the chief of king Solomon’s officers, even two hundred and fifty, that bare rule over the people.
11	所羅門將法老的女兒帶出大衛城，上到為她建造的宮裡；因所羅門說：「耶和華約櫃所到之處都為聖地，所以我的妻不可住在以色列王大衛的宮裡。」	And Solomon brought up the daughter of Pharaoh out of the city of David unto the house that he had built for her: for he said, My wife shall not dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the places are holy, whereunto the ark of the Lord hath come.
12	所羅門在耶和華的壇上，就是在廊子前他所築的壇上，與耶和華獻燔祭；	Then Solomon offered burnt offerings unto the Lord on the altar of the Lord, which he had built before the porch,
13	又遵著摩西的吩咐在安息日、月朔，並一年三節，就是除酵節、七七節、住棚節，獻每日所當獻的祭。	Even after a certain rate every day, offering according to the commandment of Moses, on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the solemn feasts, three times in the year, even in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles.
14	所羅門照著他父大衛所定的例，派定祭司的班次，使他們各供己事，又使利未人各盡其職，讚美耶和華，在祭司面前做每日所當做的；又派守門的按著班次看守各門，因為神人大衛是這樣吩咐的。	And he appointed, according to the order of David his father, the courses of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their charges, to praise and minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required: the porters also by their courses at every gate: for so had David the man of God commanded.
15	王所吩咐眾祭司和利未人的，無論是管府庫或辦別的事，他們都不違背。	And they departed not from the commandment of the king unto the priests and Levites concerning any matter, or concerning the treasures.
16	所羅門建造耶和華的殿，從立根基直到成功的日子，工料俱備。這樣，耶和華的殿全然完畢。	Now all the work of Solomon was prepared unto the day of the foundation of the house of the Lord, and until it was finished. So the house of the Lord was perfected.
17	那時，所羅門往以東地靠海的以旬‧迦別和以祿去。	Then went Solomon to Ezion–geber, and to Eloth, at the sea side in the land of Edom.
18	希蘭差遣他的臣僕，將船隻和熟悉泛海的僕人送到所羅門那裡。他們同著所羅門的僕人到了俄斐，得了四百五十他連得金子，運到所羅門王那裡。	And Huram sent him by the hands of his servants ships, and servants that had knowledge of the sea; and they went with the servants of Solomon to Ophir, and took thence four hundred and fifty talents of gold, and brought them to king Solomon.
