| 1 | 第十 年 十 月 十 二日，耶和華 的話 臨 到我 說： | In the tenth year, in the tenth month, in the twelfth day of the month, the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, |
| 2 | 「人 子啊，你要 向 埃及 王 法老 預言 攻擊他 和 埃及 全地， | Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt: |
| 3 | 說 主 耶和華 如此 說：埃及 王 法老啊，我 與你 這臥在 自己河 中 的大 魚為敵。你 曾說：這河 是我的，是我 為自己造的。 | Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself. |
| 4 | 我─耶和華必用 鉤子 鉤住 你的腮頰，又使江河 中的魚 貼 住你的鱗甲；我必將 你和所有 貼 住你鱗甲 的魚，從江河 中 拉上來， | But I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will cause the fish of thy rivers to stick unto thy scales, and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy rivers, and all the fish of thy rivers shall stick unto thy scales. |
| 5 | 把你 並 江河 中的魚 都 拋 在曠野；你必倒 在 田 間，不 被收殮，不 被掩埋。我已將你給 地上 野獸、空中 飛鳥 作食物。 | And I will leave thee thrown into the wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open fields; thou shalt not be brought together, nor gathered: I have given thee for meat to the beasts of the field and to the fowls of the heaven. |
| 6 | 「埃及 一切的 居民，因 向以色列 家 成了 蘆葦 的杖，就知道 我 是耶和華。 | And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the Lord, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel. |
| 7 | 他們用手 持住 你，你就斷折，傷了 他們的 肩；他們倚靠 你，你就斷折，閃了 他們的 腰。 | When they took hold of thee by thy hand, thou didst break, and rend all their shoulder: and when they leaned upon thee, thou brakest, and madest all their loins to be at a stand. |
| 8 | 所以 主 耶和華 如此 說：我 必使 刀劍 臨到你，從你中間 將人 與牲畜 剪除。 | Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and cut off man and beast out of thee. |
| 9 | 埃及 地 必 荒廢 淒涼，他們就知道 我 是耶和華。「因為 法老說：『這河 是我的，是我 所造的』， | And the land of Egypt shall be desolate and waste; and they shall know that I am the Lord: because he hath said, The river is mine, and I have made it. |
| 10 | 所以 我 必與你 並 你的江河為敵， 使 埃及 地，從色弗尼 塔 直到 古實 境界，全然 荒廢 淒涼。 | Behold, therefore I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste and desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the border of Ethiopia. |
| 11 | 人 的腳、獸 的蹄 都不 經過，四十 年之 久並無人 居住。 | No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years. |
| 12 | 我必 使 埃及 地 在荒涼的 國 中 成為荒涼，使埃及城 在荒廢的 城 中 變為 荒廢，共有四十 年。我必將 埃及人 分散 在列國，四散 在列邦。」 | And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries. |
| 13 | 主 耶和華 如此 說：「滿了 四十 年，我必招聚 分散 在各國民 中的 埃及人。 | Yet thus saith the Lord God; At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the people whither they were scattered: |
| 14 | 我必叫 埃及 被擄的人 回來，使他們 歸 回 本 地 巴忒羅。在那裡 必成為 低微的 國， | And I will bring again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their habitation; and they shall be there a base kingdom. |
| 15 | 必為 列國 中 最低微的，也不 再 自高 於 列國之上。我必減少他們，以致不 再轄制 列國。 | It shall be the basest of the kingdoms; neither shall it exalt itself any more above the nations: for I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations. |
| 16 | 埃及必不 再 作 以色列 家 所倚靠的；以色列家仰望 埃及人的時候，便思念 罪孽。他們就知道 我 是主 耶和華。」 | And it shall be no more the confidence of the house of Israel, which bringeth their iniquity to remembrance, when they shall look after them: but they shall know that I am the Lord God. |

| 18 | 「人 子啊，巴比倫 王 尼布甲尼撒 使 他的軍兵 大大 效 勞，攻打 泰爾，以致頭 都 光禿，肩 都 磨破；然而他 和他的軍兵 攻打泰爾， 並沒 有 從那裡 得甚麼酬勞。 | Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had served against it: |
| 19 | 所以 主 耶和華 如此 說：我 必將 埃及 地 賜 給巴比倫 王 尼布甲尼撒；他必擄掠 埃及群眾，搶 其中的財為擄物，奪 其中的貨為掠物，這就可以作 他軍兵的 酬勞。 | Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army. |
| 20 | 我將 埃及 地 賜 給他，酬他所 效的 勞，因 王與軍兵是為我 勤勞。這是主 耶和華 說的。 | I have given him the land of Egypt for his labour wherewith he served against it, because they wrought for me, saith the Lord God. |
| 21 | 「當那 日，我必使以色列 家的 角 發生，又必使 你─以西結在他們中間 得以開 口；他們就知道 我 是耶和華。」 | In that day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am the Lord. |
