| 1 | 耶和華 的話 臨 到我 說： | And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, |
| 2 | 「人 子啊，你要 面 向 耶路撒冷 和聖所 滴下 預言，攻擊 以色列 地。 | Son of man, set thy face toward Jerusalem, and drop thy word toward the holy places, and prophesy against the land of Israel, |
| 3 | 對以色列 地 說，耶和華 如此 說：我 與你為敵，並要拔 刀 出鞘，從你中間 將義人 和惡人 一併剪除。 | And say to the land of Israel, Thus saith the Lord; Behold, I am against thee, and will draw forth my sword out of his sheath, and will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked. |
| 4 | 我既 要從你中間 剪除 義人 和惡人，所以 我的刀 要出 鞘，自南 至北 攻擊 一切 有血氣的； | Seeing then that I will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked, therefore shall my sword go forth out of his sheath against all flesh from the south to the north: |
| 5 | 一切 有血氣的 就知道 我─耶和華 已經拔 刀 出鞘，必不 再 入鞘。 | That all flesh may know that I the Lord have drawn forth my sword out of his sheath: it shall not return any more. |
| 6 | 人 子啊，你 要歎息，在他們眼前 彎著 腰，苦苦地 歎息。 | Sigh therefore, thou son of man, with the breaking of thy loins; and with bitterness sigh before their eyes. |
| 7 | 他們問你 說：『 為 何 歎息呢？』你就說：『因為 有風聲、 災禍要來。人心 都 必消化，手 都 發軟， 精神 衰敗， 膝 弱 如水。看哪，這災禍臨近，必然成就。這是主 耶和華 說的。』」 | And it shall be, when they say unto thee, Wherefore sighest thou? that thou shalt answer, For the tidings; because it cometh: and every heart shall melt, and all hands shall be feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall be weak as water: behold, it cometh, and shall be brought to pass, saith the Lord God. |

| 9 | 「人 子啊，你要預言。耶和華 吩咐 我如此 說：有刀、有刀，是磨快 擦亮的； | Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith the Lord; Say, A sword, a sword is sharpened, and also furbished: |
| 10 | 磨快 為 要行 殺戮，擦亮 為 要 像閃電。我們豈可 快樂嗎？罰我子 的杖 藐視 各 樹。 | It is sharpened to make a sore slaughter; it is furbished that it may glitter: should we then make mirth? it contemneth the rod of my son, as every tree. |
| 11 | 這刀 已經交 給人擦亮，為要應手 使用。這刀已經 磨快 擦亮，好交 在行殺戮的 人手中。 | And he hath given it to be furbished, that it may be handled: this sword is sharpened, and it is furbished, to give it into the hand of the slayer. |
| 12 | 人 子啊，你要呼喊 哀號，因為 這 刀臨 到我的百姓 和以色列 一切的 首領。他們 和 我的百姓 都交 在 刀下，所以 你要拍 腿歎息。 | Cry and howl, son of man: for it shall be upon my people, it shall be upon all the princes of Israel: terrors by reason of the sword shall be upon my people: smite therefore upon thy thigh. |
| 13 | 有試驗的事；若 那藐視 的杖 歸於 無有，怎麼樣呢？這是主 耶和華 說的。 | Because it is a trial, and what if the sword contemn even the rod? it shall be no more, saith the Lord God. |
| 14 | 「人 子啊，你 要拍 掌 預言。我─耶和華要使這刀，就是致死傷的 刀，一連三次 加倍刺人，進入他們的內屋，使大人 受死傷 的就是 這刀。 | Thou therefore, son of man, prophesy, and smite thine hands together, and let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword of the slain: it is the sword of the great men that are slain, which entereth into their privy chambers. |
| 15 | 我設立 這恐嚇人的 刀，攻擊 他們的一切 城門，使 他們的心 消化，加增 他們跌倒的事。哎！這刀造得 像閃電，磨得尖利，要行殺戮。 | I have set the point of the sword against all their gates, that their heart may faint, and their ruins be multiplied: ah! it is made bright, it is wrapped up for the slaughter. |
| 16 | 刀啊，你歸 在右邊，擺 在左邊；你面 向 哪方，就向那方殺戮。 | Go thee one way or other, either on the right hand, or on the left, whithersoever thy face is set. |
| 17 | 我 也 要拍 掌，並要使我的忿怒 止息。這是我─耶和華 說的。」 | I will also smite mine hands together, and I will cause my fury to rest: I the Lord have said it. |
| 18 | 耶和華 的話 又臨 到我 說： | The word of the Lord came unto me again, saying, |
| 19 | 「人 子啊，你 要定出 兩 條路，好使巴比倫 王 的刀 來。這兩 條路必從一 地 分出來，又要在 通城 的路 口 上畫出 一隻手來。 | Also, thou son of man, appoint thee two ways, that the sword of the king of Babylon may come: both twain shall come forth out of one land: and choose thou a place, choose it at the head of the way to the city. |
| 20 | 你要定出 一條路，使刀 來 到亞捫 人的 拉巴；又要定出一條路，使刀來到 猶大 的堅固城 耶路撒冷。 | Appoint a way, that the sword may come to Rabbath of the Ammonites, and to Judah in Jerusalem the defenced. |
| 21 | 因為 巴比倫 王 站 在 岔 路那裡，在兩 條路 口 上要占 卜。他搖籤（原文是箭）求問 神像，察看 犧牲的肝； | For the king of Babylon stood at the parting of the way, at the head of the two ways, to use divination: he made his arrows bright, he consulted with images, he looked in the liver. |
| 22 | 在右手 中拿著 為耶路撒冷 占卜的籤，使他安設 撞城錘，張 口 叫殺，揚 聲 吶喊，築 壘 造 臺，以撞 城錘，攻打 城門。 | At his right hand was the divination for Jerusalem, to appoint captains, to open the mouth in the slaughter, to lift up the voice with shouting, to appoint battering rams against the gates, to cast a mount, and to build a fort. |
| 23 | 據那些曾起 誓 的猶大人 看來，這是 虛假的 占卜；但巴比倫王 要使他們想起 罪孽，以致將他們捉住。」 | And it shall be unto them as a false divination in their sight, to them that have sworn oaths: but he will call to remembrance the iniquity, that they may be taken. |
| 24 | 主 耶和華 如此 說：「因 你們的過犯 顯露，使你們的罪孽 被記念，以致你們的罪惡 在行為 上都 彰顯出來；又因 你們被記念，就被 捉住。 | Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because ye have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your transgressions are discovered, so that in all your doings your sins do appear; because, I say, that ye are come to remembrance, ye shall be taken with the hand. |
| 25 | 你 這受死傷 行惡的 以色列 王啊， 罪孽 的盡頭 到了，受報的日子 已到。 | And thou, profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end, |
| 26 | 主 耶和華 如此 說：當除掉 冠，摘下 冕，景況 必不 再像先前；要使卑者 升為高，使高者 降為卑。 | Thus saith the Lord God; Remove the diadem, and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low, and abase him that is high. |
| 27 | 我要將 這國傾覆，傾覆，而又傾覆；這 國也必 不 再有，直等到 那 應得的人 來到，我就賜給他。」 | I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him. |
| 28 | 「 人 子啊，要發預言 說：主 耶和華 論到 亞捫 人 和 他們的凌辱，吩咐 我如此 說：有刀，有拔出來 的刀，已經擦亮，為行殺戮，使 他像閃電 以行吞滅。 | And thou, son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord God concerning the Ammonites, and concerning their reproach; even say thou, The sword, the sword is drawn: for the slaughter it is furbished, to consume because of the glittering: |
| 29 | 人為你 見 虛假的異象， 行謊詐的 占卜，使 你 倒在 受死傷 之惡人 的頸項上。他們 罪孽 到了 盡頭，受報的日子 已到。 | Whiles they see vanity unto thee, whiles they divine a lie unto thee, to bring thee upon the necks of them that are slain, of the wicked, whose day is come, when their iniquity shall have an end. |
| 30 | 你將刀收 入 鞘吧！在你受造 之 處、生長 之地，我必刑罰 你。 | Shall I cause it to return into his sheath? I will judge thee in the place where thou wast created, in the land of thy nativity. |
| 31 | 我必將我的惱恨 倒 在你身上，將我烈怒 的火 噴 在你身上；又將你交 在善於 殺滅的 畜類 人 手中。 | And I will pour out mine indignation upon thee, I will blow against thee in the fire of my wrath, and deliver thee into the hand of brutish men, and skilful to destroy. |
| 32 | 你必當 柴 被火焚燒，你的血 必流 在國 中，你必不 再被記念，因為 這是我─耶和華 說的。」 | Thou shalt be for fuel to the fire; thy blood shall be in the midst of the land; thou shalt be no more remembered: for I the Lord have spoken it. |
