1 以下是 神 人 摩西 在未死 之先 為 以色列 人 所 祝 的福： And this is the blessing, wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.
2 他說：耶和華 從西奈 而來，從西珥 向他們 顯現，從巴蘭 山 發出光輝，從萬萬 聖者 中來臨，從他右手 為百姓 傳出烈火 的律法。 And he said, The Lord came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them.
3 他疼愛 百姓；眾 聖徒 都在他手中。他們 坐 在他的腳下，領受 他的言語。 Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet; every one shall receive of thy words.
4 摩西 將律法 傳 給我們，作為雅各 會眾 的產業。 Moses commanded us a law, even the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob.
5 百姓 的眾首領，以色列 的各支派，一同 聚會的時候，耶和華（原文是他）在耶書崙 中為 王。 And he was king in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people and the tribes of Israel were gathered together.
6 願流便 存活，不致 死亡；願他 人數 不致稀少。 Let Reuben live, and not die; and let not his men be few.
7 為猶大 祝福說：求耶和華 俯聽 猶大 的聲音，引導他 歸於 本族；他曾用手 為自己 爭戰，你必 幫助 他攻擊敵人。 And this is the blessing of Judah: and he said, Hear, Lord, the voice of Judah, and bring him unto his people: let his hands be sufficient for him; and be thou an help to him from his enemies.
8 論利未 說：耶和華啊，你的土明 和烏陵 都在你的虔誠 人那裡。 你在瑪撒 曾試驗他，在 米利巴 水 與他爭論。 And of Levi he said, Let thy Thummim and thy Urim be with thy holy one, whom thou didst prove at Massah, and with whom thou didst strive at the waters of Meribah;
9 他論自己的父 母 說：我未 曾看見；他也不 承認 弟兄，也不 認識 自己的兒女。這是因 利未人遵行 你的話，謹守 你的約。 Who said unto his father and to his mother, I have not seen him; neither did he acknowledge his brethren, nor knew his own children: for they have observed thy word, and kept thy covenant.
10 他們要將你的典章 教訓 雅各，將你的律法 教訓以色列。他們要把香 焚 在你面前，把全牲的燔祭 獻在 你的壇上。 They shall teach Jacob thy judgments, and Israel thy law: they shall put incense before thee, and whole burnt sacrifice upon thine altar.
11 求耶和華 降福 在他的財物上，悅納 他手裡 所辦的事。那些起來 攻擊他和恨惡他的人，願你刺透 他們的腰，使他們不得 再起來。 Bless, Lord, his substance, and accept the work of his hands: smite through the loins of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not again.
12 論便雅憫 說：耶和華 所親愛的 必同耶和華 安然 居住；耶和華終 日 遮蔽 他，也住 在 他兩肩之中。 And of Benjamin he said, The beloved of the Lord shall dwell in safety by him; and the Lord shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulders.
13 論約瑟 說：願他的地 蒙耶和華 賜福，得天上 的寶物、甘露，以及地裡 所藏的 泉水； And of Joseph he said, Blessed of the Lord be his land, for the precious things of heaven, for the dew, and for the deep that coucheth beneath,
14 得太陽 所曬熟的美 果，月亮 所養成 的寶物； And for the precious fruits brought forth by the sun, and for the precious things put forth by the moon,
15 得上古 之山 的至寶，永世 之嶺 的寶物； And for the chief things of the ancient mountains, and for the precious things of the lasting hills,
16 得地 和其中所充滿 的寶物，並住 荊棘中 上主的喜悅。願這些福都歸於 約瑟 的頭上，歸於那與弟兄 迥別 之人的頂上。 And for the precious things of the earth and fulness thereof, and for the good will of him that dwelt in the bush: let the blessing come upon the head of Joseph, and upon the top of the head of him that was separated from his brethren.
17 他為牛群 中頭生的，有威嚴；他的角 是野牛 的角，用以牴觸 萬 邦，直到地 極。這角是 以法蓮 的萬萬， 瑪拿西 的千千。 His glory is like the firstling of his bullock, and his horns are like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh.
18 論西布倫 說：西布倫哪，你出外 可以歡喜。以薩迦啊，在你帳棚裡可以快樂。 And of Zebulun he said, Rejoice, Zebulun, in thy going out; and, Issachar, in thy tents.
19 他們要將列邦 召到 山上，在那裡 獻 公義 的祭；因為 他們要吸取 海裡 的豐富，並沙中 所藏 的珍寶。 They shall call the people unto the mountain; there they shall offer sacrifices of righteousness: for they shall suck of the abundance of the seas, and of treasures hid in the sand.
20 論迦得 說：使迦得 擴張 的應當稱頌！迦得住 如母獅；他撕裂 膀臂，連 頭頂也撕裂。 And of Gad he said, Blessed be he that enlargeth Gad: he dwelleth as a lion, and teareth the arm with the crown of the head.
21 他為自己 選擇 頭一段地，因 在那裡 有設立律法者 的分 存留。他與百姓 的首領 同來；他施行 耶和華 的公義 和耶和華與 以色列 所立的典章。 And he provided the first part for himself, because there, in a portion of the lawgiver, was he seated; and he came with the heads of the people, he executed the justice of the Lord, and his judgments with Israel.
22 論但 說：但 為小 獅子，從 巴珊 跳出來。 And of Dan he said, Dan is a lion’s whelp: he shall leap from Bashan.
23 論拿弗他利 說：拿弗他利啊，你足沾 恩惠，滿得 耶和華 的福，可以得 西方 和南方為業。 And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the Lord: possess thou the west and the south.
24 論亞設 說：願亞設 享受多子 的福樂，得 他弟兄 的喜悅，可以把腳 蘸 在油中。 And of Asher he said, Let Asher be blessed with children; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil.
25 你的門閂（或譯：鞋）是銅的，鐵的。你的日子如何，你的力量也必如何。 Thy shoes shall be iron and brass; and as thy days, so shall thy strength be.
26 耶書崙哪，沒有能比 神的。他為幫助你，乘在 天空，顯其威榮，駕行穹蒼。 There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.
27 永生的 神 是你的居所；他永久 的膀臂 在你以下。他在你前面 攆出 仇敵，說：毀滅吧。 The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.
28 以色列 安然 居住；雅各 的本源 獨 居 五穀 新酒 之地。他的天 也 滴 甘露。 Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob shall be upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.
29 以色列啊，你是有福的！誰 像你 這蒙耶和華 所拯救 的百姓呢？他是你的盾牌，幫助你，是 你威榮 的刀劍。你的仇敵 必投降 你；你 必踏 在 他們的高處。 Happy art thou, O Israel: who is like unto thee, O people saved by the Lord, the shield of thy help, and who is the sword of thy excellency! and thine enemies shall be found liars unto thee; and thou shalt tread upon their high places.
