| 2 | 你因敵人 的緣故，從嬰孩 和吃奶 的口中，建立了 能力，使仇敵 和報仇的 閉口無言。 | Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger. |
| 3 | 我觀看 你指頭 所造 的天，並你所 陳設 的月亮 星宿， | When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; |
| 4 | 便說：人 算甚麼，你竟 顧念他？世人算甚麼，你竟 眷顧他？ | What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? |
| 5 | 你叫他比天使（或譯： 神）微小 一點，並賜他榮耀 尊貴 為冠冕。 | For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. |
