| 2 | 我 羨慕 渴想 耶和華 的院宇；我的心腸，我的肉體 向 永生 神 呼籲（或譯：歡呼）。 | My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the Lord: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God. |
| 3 | 萬軍 之耶和華─我的王，我的 神啊，在 你祭壇那裡， 麻雀 為自己找著 房屋，燕子 為自己找著 菢 雛 之窩。 | Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O Lord of hosts, my King, and my God. |

| 9 | 神啊，你是我們的盾牌；求你垂顧 觀看 你受膏者 的面！ | Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed. |
| 10 | 在你的院宇 住一日，勝 似在別處住千日；寧可在我 神 殿中 看門，不願住 在惡人 的帳棚裡。 | For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. |
| 11 | 因為 耶和華─ 神 是日頭，是盾牌， 要賜下 恩惠 和榮耀。他未嘗 留下 一樣好處 不給那些行動 正直的人。 | For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. |
