| 1 | （亞薩的 詩，照 耶杜頓的作法，交與伶長。）我要向 神 發聲 呼求；我向 神 發聲，他必留心聽 我。 | I cried unto God with my voice, even unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me. |
| 2 | 我在患難 之日 尋求 主；我在夜間 不 住地 舉 手禱告；我的心 不肯 受安慰。 | In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted. |
| 3 | 我想念 神，就煩躁不安；我沉吟悲傷，心 便發昏。（細拉） | I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah. |
| 4 | 你叫 我不能閉眼；我煩亂不安，甚至不能 說話。 | Thou holdest mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak. |
| 5 | 我追想 古時 之日，上古 之年。 | I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times. |
| 6 | 我想起 我夜間 的歌曲，捫 心 自問；我心裡 也仔細省察。 | I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search. |
| 7 | 難道主 要永遠 丟棄我，不 再 施恩嗎？ | Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more? |
| 8 | 難道他的慈愛 永遠 窮盡，他的應許 世世 廢棄嗎？ | Is his mercy clean gone for ever? doth his promise fail for evermore? |
| 9 | 難道 神 忘記 開恩，因發怒 就 止住 他的慈悲嗎？（細拉） | Hath God forgotten to be gracious? hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah. |
| 10 | 我便說：這是 我的懦弱，但我要追念至高者 顯出右手 之年代。 | And I said, This is my infirmity: but I will remember the years of the right hand of the most High. |
| 11 | 我要提說 耶和華 所行的；我要 記念 你古時的 奇事。 | I will remember the works of the Lord: surely I will remember thy wonders of old. |
| 12 | 我也要思想 你的經營，默念 你的作為。 | I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings. |
| 13 | 神啊，你的作為 是潔淨的；有何 神 大如 神呢？ | Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God? |
| 14 | 你 是行 奇事的 神；你曾在列邦中 彰顯 你的能力。 | Thou art the God that doest wonders: thou hast declared thy strength among the people. |
| 15 | 你曾用你的膀臂 贖了 你的民，就是雅各 和約瑟 的子孫。（細拉） | Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah. |
| 16 | 神啊，諸水 見你， 一見 就都驚惶；深淵 也 都戰抖。 | The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they were afraid: the depths also were troubled. |
| 17 | 雲 中倒出 水來；天空 發出 響聲；你的箭 也 飛行四方。 | The clouds poured out water: the skies sent out a sound: thine arrows also went abroad. |
| 18 | 你的雷 聲 在旋風中；電光 照亮 世界；大地 戰抖 震動。 | The voice of thy thunder was in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook. |
| 19 | 你的道 在海中；你的路 在大 水中；你的腳蹤 無人 知道。 | Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known. |
| 20 | 你曾藉摩西 和亞倫 的手 引導 你的百姓，好像羊群一般。 | Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron. |
