| 2 | 我到了所定 的日期， 必按正直 施行審判。 | When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly. |
| 3 | 地 和其上的居民 都 消化了；我 曾立了 地的柱子。（細拉） | The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah. |
| 4 | 我對狂傲人 說：不要 行事狂傲！對凶惡人說：不要 舉 角！ | I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn: |
| 5 | 不要 把你們的角 高 舉；不要挺著 頸項 說話。 | Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck. |
| 6 | 因為 高舉 非 從東，非從西，也非 從南而來。 | For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. |
| 7 | 惟有 神 斷定；他使這人 降卑，使那人 升高。 | But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. |
| 8 | 耶和華 手裡 有杯，其中的酒 起沫，杯內滿了 攙雜的酒；他倒 出來，地上 的惡人 必 都 喝 這酒的渣滓，而且喝盡。 | For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them. |
| 9 | 但我 要宣揚，直到永遠！我要歌頌 雅各的 神！ | But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob. |
