| 1 | （亞薩的 詩。） 神 實在 恩待 以色列 那些清 心的人！ | Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart. |
| 2 | 至於我，我的腳 幾乎 失閃；我的腳 險些 滑跌。 | But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped. |
| 3 | 我見 惡人 和狂傲人 享平安 就 心懷不平。 | For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked. |
| 4 | 他們死的時候 沒有 疼痛；他們的力氣 卻也壯實。 | For there are no bands in their death: but their strength is firm. |
| 5 | 他們不像 別人 受苦，也不 像 別人 遭災。 | They are not in trouble as other men; neither are they plagued like other men. |
| 6 | 所以，驕傲 如鏈子戴在他們的項上；強暴 像衣裳 遮住 他們的身體。 | Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain; violence covereth them as a garment. |
| 7 | 他們的眼睛 因體胖 而凸出；他們所得的，過於 心裡 所想的。 | Their eyes stand out with fatness: they have more than heart could wish. |
| 8 | 他們譏笑人，憑惡意 說 欺壓人的話；他們說話 自高。 | They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily. |
| 9 | 他們的口 褻瀆 上天；他們的舌 毀謗 全地。 | They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walketh through the earth. |
| 10 | 所以 神的民 歸到 這裡，喝盡了 滿杯 的苦水。 | Therefore his people return hither: and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them. |
| 11 | 他們說： 神 怎能 曉得？至高者 豈有 知識呢？ | And they say, How doth God know? and is there knowledge in the most High? |
| 12 | 看哪，這就是 惡人；他們既是常 享安逸，財寶 便加增。 | Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches. |
| 13 | 我實在 徒然 潔淨了 我的心，徒然洗 手 表明無辜。 | Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocency. |
| 14 | 因為，我 終 日 遭災難；每早晨 受懲治。 | For all the day long have I been plagued, and chastened every morning. |
| 15 | 我若 說，我要這樣 講，這就是 以奸詐 待你的眾子。 | If I say, I will speak thus; behold, I should offend against the generation of thy children. |
| 16 | 我思索 怎能明白 這事，眼看實係 為難， | When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me; |
| 17 | 等 我進了 神 的聖所，思想 他們的結局。 | Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end. |
| 18 | 你實在 把他們 安 在滑地，使他們掉 在沉淪之中。 | Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction. |
| 19 | 他們轉眼之間 成了 何等的 荒涼！他們被 驚恐 滅 盡了。 | How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors. |
| 20 | 人睡醒了，怎樣看夢；主啊，你醒了 也必照樣輕看 他們的影像。 | As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image. |
| 21 | 因而，我心 裡發酸，肺腑 被刺。 | Thus my heart was grieved, and I was pricked in my reins. |
| 22 | 我 這樣愚昧 無 知，在你面前如 畜類一般。 | So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee. |
| 23 | 然而，我 常 與你同在；你攙著 我的右 手。 | Nevertheless I am continually with thee: thou hast holden me by my right hand. |
| 24 | 你要以你的訓言 引導我，以後 必接我 到榮耀裡。 | Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. |
| 25 | 除你以外，在天上 我 有誰呢？除你以外，在地上 我也沒有 所愛慕的。 | Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee. |
| 26 | 我的肉體 和我的心腸 衰殘；但 神 是我心 裡的力量，又是我的福分，直到永遠。 | My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever. |
| 27 | 遠離你的，必要死亡；凡 離棄你 行邪淫的，你都滅絕了。 | For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee. |
| 28 | 但我 親近 神 是與我 有益；我以 主 耶和華 為我的避難所，好叫我述說 你一切的 作為。 | But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may declare all thy works. |
