| 2 | 你們這上流人哪，你們將我的尊榮 變為羞辱 要到 幾時呢？你們喜愛 虛妄，尋找 虛假，要到幾時呢？（細拉） | O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah. |
| 3 | 你們要知道， 耶和華 已經分別 虔誠人 歸他自己；我求告耶和華，他 必聽我。 | But know that the Lord hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the Lord will hear when I call unto him. |
| 4 | 你們應當畏懼，不可 犯罪；在 床上的時候，要心裡 思想，並要肅靜。（細拉） | Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah. |

| 6 | 有許多人 說：誰 能指示我們 甚麼好處？耶和華啊，求你仰起 臉來，光照 我們。 | There be many that say, Who will shew us any good? Lord, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us. |
| 7 | 你使 我心裡 快樂，勝過 那豐收 五穀 新酒的人。 | Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased. |
| 8 | 我必 安然 躺下 睡覺，因為 獨有 你─耶和華 使我安然 居住。 | I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety. |
