| 1 | （可拉 後裔的 詩歌，交與伶長。調用 女音。） 神 是我們的 避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中 隨時的 幫助。 | God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. |
| 2 | 所以，地 雖改變，山 雖搖動 到海 心， | Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; |
| 3 | 其中的水 雖匉訇 翻騰，山 雖因海漲 而戰抖，我們也不 害怕。（細拉） | Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. |
| 4 | 有一道河，這河的分汊使 神 的城 歡喜；這城就是至高者 居住 的聖所。 | There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. |
| 5 | 神 在其中，城必不 動搖；到天一 亮， 神 必幫助這城。 | God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. |
| 6 | 外邦 喧嚷，列國 動搖； 神發 聲，地 便鎔化。 | The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. |
| 7 | 萬軍 之耶和華 與我們同在；雅各的 神 是我們的 避難所！（細拉） | The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. |
| 8 | 你們來 看 耶和華 的作為，看他使 地 怎樣 荒涼。 | Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth. |
| 9 | 他止息 刀兵，直到 地 極；他折 弓、斷 槍，把戰車 焚燒 在火中。 | He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire. |
| 10 | 你們要休息，要知道 我是 神！我必在外邦中 被尊崇，在遍地上 也被尊崇。 | Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. |
