| 1 | （大衛的 記念 詩。）耶和華啊，求你不要 在怒中 責備我，不要在烈怒中 懲罰我！ | O Lord, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure. |
| 2 | 因為，你的箭 射 入我身；你的手 壓住 我。 | For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand presseth me sore. |
| 3 | 因 你的惱怒，我的肉 無一 完全；因 我的罪過，我的骨頭 也不 安寧。 | There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin. |
| 4 | 我的罪孽 高過 我的頭，如同重 擔 叫我 擔當不起。 | For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me. |
| 5 | 因 我的愚昧，我的傷 發臭 流膿。 | My wounds stink and are corrupt because of my foolishness. |
| 6 | 我疼痛，大大 拳曲，終 日 哀痛。 | I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long. |
| 7 | 我滿 腰 是火；我的肉 無一 完全。 | For my loins are filled with a loathsome disease: and there is no soundness in my flesh. |
| 8 | 我被壓傷，身體疲倦；因心 裡不安，我就唉哼。 | I am feeble and sore broken: I have roared by reason of the disquietness of my heart. |
| 9 | 主啊，我的心願 都 在你面前；我的歎息 不 向你 隱瞞。 | Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee. |
| 10 | 我心 跳動，我力 衰微，連我眼中 的光 也 沒有了。 | My heart panteth, my strength faileth me: as for the light of mine eyes, it also is gone from me. |
| 11 | 我的良朋 密友 因我的災病 都躲在旁邊 站著；我的親戚本家 也遠遠地 站立。 | My lovers and my friends stand aloof from my sore; and my kinsmen stand afar off. |
| 12 | 那尋索 我命 的設下網羅；那想要 害我的 口出 惡言，終 日 思想 詭計。 | They also that seek after my life lay snares for me: and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and imagine deceits all the day long. |
| 13 | 但我 如聾子 不 聽，像啞巴 不 開 口。 | But I, as a deaf man, heard not; and I was as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth. |
| 14 | 我 如不 聽見 的 人，口中 沒有 回話。 | Thus I was as a man that heareth not, and in whose mouth are no reproofs. |
| 15 | 耶和華啊，我仰望 你！主─我的 神啊，你 必應允我！ | For in thee, O Lord, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God. |
| 16 | 我曾說：恐怕 他們向我 誇耀；我失 腳的時候，他們向我 誇大。 | For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me. |
| 17 | 我 幾乎 跌倒；我的痛苦 常 在我面前。 | For I am ready to halt, and my sorrow is continually before me. |
| 18 | 我要承認 我的罪孽；我要因我的罪 憂愁。 | For I will declare mine iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin. |
| 19 | 但我的仇敵 又活潑 又強壯，無理 恨我的 增多了。 | But mine enemies are lively, and they are strong: and they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied. |
| 20 | 以惡 報善 的與我作對，因 我是追求 良善。 | They also that render evil for good are mine adversaries; because I follow the thing that good is. |
| 21 | 耶和華啊，求你不要 撇棄我！我的 神啊，求你不要 遠離 我！ | Forsake me not, O Lord: O my God, be not far from me. |
| 22 | 拯救我 的主啊，求你快快 幫助我！ | Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation. |
