| 1 | （大衛 在獻 殿的時候，作這詩 歌。）耶和華啊，我要尊崇你，因為 你曾提拔我，不 叫仇敵 向我 誇耀。 | I will extol thee, O Lord; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me. |
| 2 | 耶和華─我的 神啊，我曾呼求 你，你醫治了我。 | O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me. |
| 3 | 耶和華啊，你曾把我的靈魂 從 陰間 救上來，使我存活，不至於下 坑。 | O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. |
| 4 | 耶和華 的聖民哪，你們要歌頌他，稱讚 他可記念的 聖名。 | Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. |
| 5 | 因為，他的怒氣 不過是轉眼之間；他的恩典 乃是一生之久。一宿 雖然有 哭泣，早晨 便必歡呼。 | For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. |
| 6 | 至於我，我凡事平順 便說：我永 不 動搖。 | And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved. |
| 7 | 耶和華啊，你曾施恩，叫我的江山 穩固；你掩了 面，我就 驚惶。 | Lord, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled. |
| 8 | 耶和華啊，我曾求告 你；我向 耶和華 懇求，說： | I cried to thee, O Lord; and unto the Lord I made supplication. |
| 9 | 我被害流血，下 到 坑中，有甚麼 益處呢？塵土 豈能稱讚你，傳說 你的誠實麼？ | What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth? |
| 10 | 耶和華啊，求你應允我，憐恤我！耶和華啊， 求你幫助 我！ | Hear, O Lord, and have mercy upon me: Lord, be thou my helper. |
| 11 | 你已將我的哀哭 變為 跳舞，將我的麻衣 脫去，給我披上 喜樂， | Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness; |
| 12 | 好叫我的靈（原文是榮耀）歌頌你，並不 住聲。耶和華─我的 神啊，我要稱謝你，直到永遠！ | To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever. |
