| 2 | 願以色列 因造他的主 歡喜！願錫安 的民 因他們的王 快樂！ | Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. |
| 3 | 願他們跳舞 讚美 他的名，擊鼓 彈琴 歌頌 他！ | Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp. |
| 4 | 因為 耶和華 喜愛 他的百姓；他要用救恩 當作謙卑人 的妝飾。 | For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation. |
| 5 | 願聖民 因所得的榮耀 高興！願他們在 床 上歡呼！ | Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds. |
| 6 | 願他們口中稱讚 神 為高，手裡 有兩刃 的刀， | Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand; |
| 7 | 為要 報復 列邦，刑罰 萬民。 | To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; |
| 8 | 要用鍊子 捆 他們的君王，用鐵 鐐 鎖他們的大臣； | To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; |
| 9 | 要在他們身上 施行 所記錄的 審判。 他的聖民 都有這 榮耀。你們要讚美 耶和華！ | To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord. |
