| 1 | （大衛的 詩。）耶和華啊，我曾求告你，求你快快 臨到我這裡！我求告 你的時候，願你留心聽 我的聲音！ | Lord, I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee. |
| 2 | 願我的禱告 如香 陳列 在你面前！願我舉 手祈求，如獻晚 祭！ | Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice. |
| 3 | 耶和華啊，求你禁止 我的口，把守 我的嘴！ | Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips. |
| 4 | 求你不叫 我的心 偏向 邪惡，以致我和 作 孽 的人 同行 惡 事；也不叫 我吃 他們的美食。 | Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties. |
| 5 | 任憑義人 擊打我，這算為仁慈；任憑他責備我，這算為頭上 的膏油；我的頭 不要 躲閃。正在 他們行惡的時候，我仍要 祈禱。 | Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities. |
