| 1 | （大衛的 詩，交與伶長。）耶和華啊，你已經鑒察我，認識我。 | O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me. |
| 2 | 我坐下，我起來，你 都曉得；你從遠處 知道 我的意念。 | Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. |
| 3 | 我行路，我躺臥，你都細察；你也深知 我一切 所行的。 | Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. |
| 4 | 耶和華啊， 我舌頭上 的話，你沒有一句 不知道的。 | For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether. |
| 5 | 你在我前 後 環繞我，按 手 在我身上。 | Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me. |
| 6 | 這樣的知識 奇妙，是我不能測的，至高，是我不 能及的。 | Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it. |
| 7 | 我往哪裡 去 躲避你的靈？我往哪裡 逃、躲避你的面？ | Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? |
| 8 | 我若 升 到天上，你 在那裡；我若在陰間 下榻，你也在那裡。 | If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. |
| 9 | 我若展開 清晨 的翅膀，飛到海 極 居住， | If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; |
| 10 | 就是 在那裡，你的手 必引導我；你的右手 也必扶持我。 | Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. |
| 11 | 我若說：黑暗 必定 遮蔽我，我周圍 的亮光 必成為黑夜； | If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me. |
| 12 | 黑暗 也 不能 遮蔽我，使你不見，黑夜 卻如白晝 發亮。黑暗 和光明，在你看都是一樣。 | Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee. |
| 13 | 我的肺腑 是你 所造的；我在母 腹中，你已覆庇我。 | For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. |
| 14 | 我要稱謝你，因 我受造，奇妙可畏；你的作為 奇妙，這是我心 深 知道的。 | I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. |
| 15 | 我在暗中 受造，在地 的深處 被聯絡；那時，我的形體 並不 向你 隱藏。 | My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. |
| 16 | 我未成形的體質，你的眼 早已看見了；你所定的日子，我尚未度一日（或譯：我被造 的肢體尚未 有其 一），你都 寫 在 你的冊上了。 | Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. |
| 17 | 神啊，你的意念 向我 何等 寶貴！其數 何等 眾多！ | How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them! |
| 18 | 我若數點，比海沙 更多；我睡醒的時候，仍 和你同在。 | If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee. |
| 19 | 神啊，你必要 殺戮 惡人；所以，你們好流人血 的，離開 我去吧！ | Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men. |
| 20 | 因為 他們說 惡言頂撞你；你的仇敵 也妄 稱你的名。 | For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain. |
| 21 | 耶和華啊，恨惡你的，我豈不 恨惡他們嗎？攻擊你的，我豈不憎嫌他們嗎？ | Do not I hate them, O Lord, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee? |
| 22 | 我切切地 恨惡他們，以他們為 仇敵。 | I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies. |
| 23 | 神啊，求你鑒察我，知道 我的心思，試煉我，知道 我的意念， | Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: |
| 24 | 看 在我裡面 有甚麼 惡 行沒有，引導我 走永生 的道路。 | And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. |
