| 2 | 我的心哪，你要稱頌 耶和華！不可 忘記 他的一切 恩惠！ | Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: |
| 3 | 他赦免 你的一切 罪孽，醫治 你的一切 疾病。 | Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; |
| 4 | 他救贖 你的命 脫離死亡，以仁愛 和慈悲 為你的冠冕。 | Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; |
| 5 | 他用美物 使你所願的 得以知足，以致你如鷹 返老還 童。 | Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s. |
| 6 | 耶和華 施行 公義，為一切 受屈的人 伸冤。 | The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed. |
| 7 | 他使摩西 知道 他的法則，叫以色列 人 曉得他的作為。 | He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel. |
| 8 | 耶和華 有憐憫，有恩典，不輕易 發怒，且有豐盛的 慈愛。 | The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. |
| 9 | 他不 長久 責備，也不 永遠 懷怒。 | He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever. |
| 10 | 他沒有 按我們的罪過 待 我們，也沒有 照我們的罪孽 報應 我們。 | He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. |
| 11 | 天 離 地 何等的 高，他的慈愛 向 敬畏他的人 也是何等的大！ | For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. |
| 12 | 東 離西 有多遠，他叫 我們的過犯 離我們 也有多遠！ | As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. |
| 13 | 父親 怎樣憐恤 他的兒女，耶和華 也怎樣憐恤 敬畏他的人！ | Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him. |
| 14 | 因為 他 知道 我們的本體，思念 我們不過是 塵土。 | For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust. |
| 15 | 至於世人，他的年日 如草一樣。他發旺 如 野地 的花， | As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth. |
| 16 | 經風 一吹，便歸無有；它的原處 也不 再 認識它。 | For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more. |
| 17 | 但耶和華 的慈愛 歸於 敬畏他的人，從亙古 到 永遠；他的公義 也歸於子子 孫孫─ | But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children; |
| 18 | 就是那些遵守 他的約、記念 他的訓詞 而遵行的人。 | To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them. |
| 19 | 耶和華 在天上 立定 寶座；他的權柄（原文是國）統管 萬有。 | The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all. |
| 20 | 聽從 他命令、成全 他旨意、有大 能的 天使，都要稱頌 耶和華！ | Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. |
| 21 | 你們作他的諸 軍，作他的僕役，行 他所喜悅的，都要稱頌 耶和華！ | Bless ye the Lord, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure. |
| 22 | 你們一切 被他造的，在他所治理 的各 處，都要稱頌 耶和華！我的心哪，你要稱頌 耶和華！ | Bless the Lord, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the Lord, O my soul. |
